I ordered my book in late November yet, it did not arrive till early January my book was missing chapters one through three and part of four yet when I try to return it, I can't as it's too late even though the book arrived late missing almost 1/6 of its contents notes it is a three hole punch book yet these people should still be checking to see if any of the material is missing, which it was when it arrived I have tried to contact the phone number yet. The people do not answer even when I call at the required time I have left reviews and even emailed the people yet. I have not gotten a response. The only thing I want is either my money back or a new book shipped in its place.

I ordered a used book with BooksRun. It was a decent value; however, the condition of the book was worse than I expected. Apparently, it had been used as a textbook for some college class and had gone through at least seven owners based on all of the stickers on it. The condition of the pages were fine. There was some highlighting and underlining in it. All of that was fine. The condition of the cover of the book was what was what surprised me. It was in pretty bad shape. I would have thought the description would have been a little more explicit about the possible condition of the book. With all of that said, it is still very usable. It just looks like a piece of trash on the outside.
