I ordered a digital book and the code did not even work, customer service took over a week to get back to me only to not respond again and never looked further into the issue. I sold two books to BooksRun and was given an initial estimate of about $38. When they received the books, they reduced their offer to $14 because the books had some minor cosmetic damage on the covers. I was pretty conservative when estimating the condition of the books and I selected the worst option, so I was surprised when the books were evaluated to be less than half the original estimate. I would have asked for the books to be returned, but BooksRun would have charged me for shipping and the shipping fee was pretty expensive.
