Originally my parents were booked at another hotel that unfortunately was truly unsafe to stay at. Although I am here in Phoenix, AZ- Paige helped me to locate a safe location, great price, and even took the time to ensure that my parents check in went smoothly. My dad is 79 and my mother is 68 and are both not tech savvy; thus Paige helping me navigate their past minute room accommodations.
She truly was indeed a blessing. Lastly, Paige was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind.

Prompt and pleasant. Neal was courteous and helpful. I made the reservation without much fanfare. I do not like having trip insurance being added to my bill without my consent. Change that policy.
