I was lied to about my reservation I was bookin late after 12 midnight she said are check out would be on Sunday the 5th and that was a lie and we was suppose to get wine that was a lie also

Booked over the phone and Cinna verified my phone number. When the hotel received the reservation they had no rooms available and the reservation did not have a my contact number so they could advise me before driving for an hour. The hotel then made arrangements for us to go to another hotel. We made our plans so we did not have to go out in the snowstorm to get to our planned destination

1st attempt was not successful. I found out when I called reservations # b/c I had not received an email confirmation. 2nd attempt reservationist confirmed reservation but still no email confirmation. 3rd attempt Gio Marco redid the reservation and FINALLY it went through.
