We were trying to find out if the radisson offered parking for our pontoon boat. Susan was kind enough to text the hotel and find out that they do not offer this service.
I call the Reservations phone # to ask a question about the hotel.
I am told to call the front desk to inquire.
So then I ask for the front desk phone number.
I am told she does not have the front desk #.
Waste of time
Explaining a problem I have about a missing confirmation number the agent just hung up. This happened 3 times with different agents. Hanging up on a caller is a rude. Will avoid doing business with BookOnline in the future
