Her accent made it very hard to understand half of what she said. I lost my spouse and am going there for a memorial. She kept trying to sell me stuff and give me discounts as a gift. I think it's deplorable how far down Marriott of all brands has sunk with the stuff they make their people do. Not happy or impressed. Madison has limited options or I would have stayed somewhere else.

Very helpful and explained everything well. Kraig was very patient in my deciding what type of reservation would best suit my needs. He took his time and made sure everything was correct. He also explained about typing my number in so we could be sure it was correct. Thank you again Kraig!

Hey I wouldn't recommend this place they said they will give me back my service fee after 3-4 days and it's been pass that and still haven't got my money back
