I reserved a three day stay at the Sonesta. Neal was my reservationist. Neal was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of my question to my satisfaction. He was courteous and attentive to all my concerns. Neal is a valuable asset to the Sonesta family and should be acknowledged as such.

It was a very long wait at the time I called, but I hung on and waiting not to even hear a few fun facts about hotels around the country. Lauren was especially patient As I had to confirm with my daughter via messenger, to confirm exactly what she wanted for our stay. She was especially friendly and took care of everything quickly and effectively.

I looked up the inn on line and called the number listed for best western. I thought i was booking directly with best western and found out you are a third party site. I paid $60 more than I would have paid booking directly with best western.

My experience depends on whether I am being charged $14.41 for a
"plan " that allows me to cance my resv if needed. If so I don't feel like those details were explained. I will be canceling my resv if that is the case.

When I tried to purchase on online, my price was way too high for what I had been quoted per room. When I called the number given, she was very helpful and and gave me the correct price.

I spoke with Carolyn to make our reservation, she was both knowledgeable and helped me make some decisions while I would be staying in Richmond. I appreciate all the help that she had given me. It is great to know your staff have a great personality and are very knowledgeable about all of your Hilton hotel chain resorts.

Crowned plaza was booked solid for the date I requested. Lindsey was very helpful with directing me and booking my room close by at another hotel within minutes. The booking was quick ad simple.

We have booked with this Hotel along with recommending it to our family members,Over the last few years. Everything thing is within walking distance, If not just a short trip on the trolley.
