Excellent interaction booking room with Jeannie for 2 queen beds for Wednesday 19th 2024 in Gainesville, Florida

Flight delay and late arrival. Needed several rooms and a good nights sleep. We were able to get nice affordable rooms and much needed sleep.

Lakeshia was incredible. She went above and beyond to help me get the rooms I needed on my budget. She was extremely kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding.

Carlos made booking our rooms for ourselves, my mom, and granddaughter effortlessly. Made us feel at peace.

Thanks Mark, for being so prompt and helping my family out. I have 3 kids and we were stressed that our original booking didn't work out.

I just had a good exchange while making a reservation for the Coachman Inn in Kittery. Nicole was polite, lovely, and presented the room options clearly.

James booked 2 reservations for Madison Ms and booked a 3rd reservation for Madison Wi.
I was not notified of the non refundable state changed in Wi nor did I request it. Now I still need to book a reservation for those 2 nights and I do not have my refund. I am now being tossed around and was told I need to wait 24-48 hrs

Terrible. Specially asked for early check in was told no problem, a room is available. Asked 2x to make sure we could check in right away. They lied just to make the sale.
