We have met at Hyatt place in San Jose CA for the last 3 years. I was not able to figure why the price keeps on jumping. She booked me 2 room without telling me how much total for each and an insurance fee on top of that. I called to cancel in less than 24 hours because I felt something was not right here and it is going to take 2 weeks to get my money back
