Every time I put in my credit card information to buy a flight it says reservation failed. And then the customer service tells me to buy again. I tried 6 times with different devIces and different listings but failed.
We booked the Hotel Molino Bajo at Monreal de Campo for an overnight visit.
Literally full of flies, the reception area, the dining room, the staircase and our room with no attempt to resolve the problem.
The place looked overall grubby in need of a good clean. Our room smelt, of what we weren't sure but certainly not pleasant.
Probably the last time to be stched up by their web site. Do not book this hotel!

I booked a dream Italian vacation and one of the reservations I booked required an international wire transfer for the deposit. My dates changed and I had to cancel the reservation. I have been attempting for almost 3 months, no less than 15 phone call to get my $1500 deposit back, They have used every excuse to not refund. I called booking.com prior to making the deposit to make certain they would stand behind the booking. If yo use them absolutely only pay with credit card they will not assist you if you need help.
Hotel we stayed at was dirty.

I had confirmed booking via booking. Com but once I arrived at the Hotel, I was told that the hotel was overbooked. It was 10pm and I had to find another hotel in that hour. I contacted to customer service and i was told that they will cover the price difference.
The new Hotel was very far from the place I was commuting, so i stayed there only 2 days and other 2 days the initial Hotel (they were available after 2 days).
After the trip, i requested to cover difference to booking. Com but they told me since i stayed 2 different hotels they will not cover the difference.
They do not have integrity and can not be trusted.
I was lucky i found the another hotel in that time within 1 hour, otherwise I had to say in the streets.

Booking.com doesn't support its customers. They are a third party that collects money for properties that are false advertising. Do not trust this site and pictures.
All the way to Georgia. Booked a nice hotel. 2 rooms 5 people. Arrive at the hotel. No room available. The owner of the hotel knew nothing about it. Also they gave us the wrong location. Really really bad. We called them a lot with no result

Do not book here otherwise you will waste your money. I lost around 300£, when i called them up several times by the way over the span of a month, they did absolutely nothing and gave me false promises.

I'm using booking.com for past 10 years (genius level 3). The other day I have recommended it to my friend. He searched for a hotel without being even registered. Then I searched for the same hotel on the same date. The result: my hotel with Genius 3! 124 €, same hotel for my not registered friend 79€. Then I tried some platforms that do searching through many pages like Booking.com and even there I get better prices from booking.com then on my own profile. They take advantage of your trust and loyalty to sell you the same hotels at a higher price To cover the price difference for acquiring new customers. Goodbye Booking.com, never ever again.

Planning to visit BC during August of 2022, but got scammed for over 1000 dollars. Selected CAD as payment but charged me in USD. Therefore I called to ask for refund but they refuse to give it saying that it's my fault for not selecting CAD as the payment which I totally did when checking out. Terrible customer service that is rude and not helpful at all, literally ignore customers' inquiry and yell at the customers with kids screaming and crying at the background. Their customer service also is extremely hard to contact, keep you waiting on phone for half hour and the kick you from place to place, but never solve your problem.
Never going to book with them anymore and good luck if you still thinking about booking with them.
Worst company to use in making hotel reservations and refunds till waiting on one refund that they double charged 6 months ago and keep getting some response 7 to 15 days, and a month ago used booking.com they took the money we didn't stay at the hotel because it was nasty, gross, water damage, paint peeling off ceiling and walls smelled like mold and mildew, one pillow on a king size bed, called booking.com to let them know we wanted our money refunded, 7 to 15 days they don't put notes in the file so it's just a run around each rep after days of not hearing from booking.com tells us 7 to 15 days. WE ARE NEVER USING BOOKING.COM AGAIN!
Don't ever book with Booking- you will pay a third party for non-existing services. Once anything goes wrong with your booking- no customer service. They outsource all customer service to Cambodia where these poor people have no knowledge or resources to help you.
The worst booking experience I have ever had. I made a mistake, but called within 15 min to fix. The said bc there is a no refund policy you cannot change the days. Which is NOT WHAT THE FINE PRINT SAYS.
I am fuming. I booked through this site and they continually charge my card, they have overcharged me double the amount of what I was advertised originally, the customer service is useless, I am out of town for work and they are just draining my account. I'm an artist I don't make a ton of money and this has been so stressful for this trip to deal with. They just keep making charges when I am supposed to be getting refunds, this is RIDICULOUS. I have been with hotels for 25 years from housekeeping to front desk to management. Nothing about a third party booking agent is good. The hotel industry has this thing called rate parity. Meaning a booking agent can't offer a hotel's rooms any cheaper than the hotel can offer them. Priceline gets around this by offering rooms in your location and in your preferred "quality" bracket. But this means that you really WANT a Hilton, but they put you in the Comfort Inn that's falling apart, but the price allows them to get their commission and still offer you a rate you're willing to take. Booking.com also won't let hotels respond to reviews criticizing them, it's in their review guidelines, and they won't publish it if we encourage calling the brand directly (TOTALLY DO THIS! WE WILL WORK WITH YOU! We aren't able to be flexible if you booked outside of the brand!) or if we say anything negative about booking.com. I get so many reviews that are about "Booking.com is horrible, I'm rating this stay a 1 out of 10 because booking.com screwed up" and those kinds of things are dings on the HOTEL. You may have had an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel where the staff treated you like royalty, but booking.com was the WORST. Where are you directed to leave your review? To booking.com... where you're reviewing the HOTEL, not the booking agent/travel agent. But as the staff of the hotel, we only see that we got hit with a 1, even though everything about the hotel is great on the review, but the agent was terrible. So please, if you have a problem with the reservation, not the hotel - don't review on the travel agent site. Review on Google or TripAdvisor or the brand directly. Those things help the good hotels stay good and call out the bad hotels on their shenanigans.
I am very disappointed with Booking.com and their customer service. I was unaware a $100 cash deposit at the hotel upon arrival. I called and the person I spoke to was rude and unempathic of the situation. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused. I will no longer use their services.
Booked accommodation through booking.com in Southampton to attend our sons graduation. Booked a couple of months in advance. After his graduation we called as requested to give a check in time to be told we had been "re designated". Arrived at the accommodation to be told our reservation was cancelled and we should have been notified. We had not. Then they stated it was only cancelled an hour previously. We had been driving since five am. We were left stranded in Southampton and the only alternative booking. Com offered was in West Sussex, nearly two hours drive away. Sickeningly tired after the day. We had no choice but to drive home through the night as we could not find alternative at such late notice. Will NEVER use them again. Their customer service agent was rude and patronising,
Upset with booking.com! Told them I'd pay at check in. Money was taken from my account without my knowledge! Also they mixed up check out day and we had to leave a day early. This caused numerous problems, since we were in a high altitude health could have been compromised due to the hotel basically kicking us out! Owners were not cooperative in any way once they found out we'd used booking. Owners are hard to reach. They said they could not tell me my room rate or provide a receipt since booking.com was used. Also this hotel had glowing reviews, but not from me. Numerous problems occurred. No screen on window, hot room heat on? Coffee pot quit. Shower not regulated as to temperature, no matter how the handle was turned stream was either scalding hot or freezing cold - this is dangerous. There were like 8 things plugged into a power strip which is a FIRE HAZARD. We will not be staying at Mountain View Lodge, Red River. NM again, nor using booking.com. We feel as if we were ripped off and treated badly all the way around! I have no receipt. They would not provide one!
We were traveling to a foreign country. We made a reservation for a rental car and an apartment and paid for them immediately. The next day we received confirmations for both. The payments were charged to our credit card. Then, without notice, both reservations were canceled. We showed up and did not have a rental car, then we ended up on the streets of Sao Paulo without a place to stay. When we finally got ahold of Booking, they told us that our account had been blocked and "due to security reasons" they couldn give us any more information. They have not refunded our money and are blocking all other transactions. They have stolen our money and they say our account is "under investigation" for some reason they will not tell us. Our credit card company has confirmed that no payments were rejected and there has not been any reason for Booking to complain.
Answer: In my case they took my payment information and paid the hotel where I was going to be staying. Only to find out that the hotel was out of business and I had to prove that it was charged to my account. They did not find me a replacement hotel to stay in for the same price. Nor did they care that I was left without a place to stay. So beware before you purchase.

When you check into your hotel, it's billed to your Bookings.com reservation plus incidentals (local calls, parking fees, resort fees, dining, bar fees, Europe charges local or city tax, spa fees...) the hotel will ask for a card as a hold for these fees. Use bookings.com, find the hotel you wish to stay in (get all info and contact them directly via website and price match) the Marriott in Rome had a room for $80.00 less on the Marriott website than these, so called MONEY SAVING SITES.

I had to go to American Express customer serviced to complain and they gave a dead line for explanation. They had no explanation for crappy service and had to repay me.
