Unlike few other travel websites that I have come across, this website is always up and running. No issues on the website performances as well as on the amazing deals that are on offer. Keep up the great work.
Placed a reservation. Shortly after that I received an email that there was a problem.
-Called back promptly and waited for 30-40 minutes to talk to someone in customer service... finally had someone who said that they would reprocess the order.
-Continued to get emails about a problem... called again after another long wait. I was told the same thing again, they would reprocess the order.
-Continued to get emails about a problem... called again left a message... no one's called me back.
-Next day called again... seems calling the reservation number you get someone faster... then they just transfer you to the credit department... been waiting for over an hour and no one answers.
-Called on another phone and asked to speak to management - no management on site I'm told for the weekend.
Very frustrating!

This issue has now been taken care of. It appears that they had some technical issues on the day that I was trying to contact them. Still frustrating, but sometimes "Stuff happens".

My travel voucher has since been expired twice after twice artificially getting extended by "some automated" response.

We also see that the first email dropped in out account was on 12th Feb asking to use the travel voucher for a travel date of 21st Jan 2017. As per the airline restrictions and policy in place a passenger can only use future credit within 1 year of span from the time of your purchase. It has been advised to you that your travel has to be completed by 18th Feb 2016. The travel dates asked cannot be fulfilled by the airline hence would request you to kindly look at the Future credit voucher email and cross check on the terms and condition advised. We have always tried to explain you the same information by email and call attended by the Supervisor over the phone. You may also cross check the policy of Future Credit with the airlines to be assured on the policy. Feel free to write us back on [email protected] for any further assistance.
