Do NOT use BookAir! They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Trying to reach them via phone is near impossible and once you do, they are rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. When I finally had the opportunity to speak to someone on the phone about a credit I was supposed to be given, I was yelled at. I politely asked the employee to stop yelling/raising his voice at me. This made him very mad and he said he would transfer me to his manager (I did not ask to speak to a manager, I just wanted to know how to use my flight credit!). I sat on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to a manager and when I was finally connected to someone, I spent another 30 minutes on the phone and nothing was resolved. This company is a joke. They point the finger at the airlines, however I believe they just don't care about their customers. I will NEVER use them again. I would recommend going through the airlines. It may be more pricey, but it's the safest bet.

I booked a super cheap ticket to Ecuador through this site, which was amazing! I was so excited to go that I took a picture of the online confirmation and sent it to all my friends. The confirmation then told me I would receive an email within 48 hours. I never did. I called them and was on hold for over an hour. When I finally talked to someone he kept asking for my confirmation number, which pissed me off because I hadn't recieved one and that's why I was calling. Thankfully, I had taken the picture of my flight number and it had a PNR number (if I hasn't done this I would be out $400). He then retook my email and said he sent the confirmation. It never came, so I repeated all the above steps. This time, when trying to tell the man on the phone how frustrating this was, he yelled at me and said how could we have charged you if you didn't recieved a confrontation. I said, I don't know, that's why I'm calling you! He belittled me and yelled at me and constantly talked over me, and when I tried to give him the PNR number, even extremely slowly, he couldn't get it right. He yelled at me and said, mam could you just do this in phonetics. I then asked if I could give him a second email this time to make sure I got the tickets, once again was yelled at and told that was not the problem. I do finally have the tickets in my possession, after being yelled at and put on hold for hours. I work in customer service and would never have treated someone the way I was just treated on the phone. 5 stars for price, 1 for customer service.
