Been using boohoo for a long time now and their customer service does change quite often! But mostly it is quite good. And very fast delivery times and good pricing so i will definitely continue to use!
I am beyond disgusted from this website. It is NOT trustworthy to shop here. Don't believe me? Go to their website and see for yourself. They advertise that "they pay for duties and taxes" and that there "will be no surprise charges". However, I am being SLAMMED with duties and taxes (I live in Canada). I am beyond livid because that is the whole purpose I shopped there, and spent over $100 which isn't pretty with taxes and duties. Under their terms and conditions it says that the customer is responsible for duties and taxes. So how come they are advertising that THEY pay for them? Who runs a business like this?! Their customer service is horrible as well, I have sent 5 e-mails regarding my purchase and have not had one back in at least 2 weeks. I feel like I'm being scammed. I hate boohoo.
Nice clothes, nice sizes, nice prices and good service! Except from one dress that was not the one I ordered the rest were excelent.
STOP! Recently ordered a $50 dress which was a cheap piece of see through fabric. Returned it and my package "mysteriously" never made it. Sent them proof of my postage payment and they refuse to reimburse me. I should have listened to the reviews! Plus, they don't even have a telephone number to speak to someone-Don't make the same mistake I did!
I have been ordering few times from BooHoo. The web site is ok but quality of the items and their prices are not a well match. If the prices were a bit lower than they would have more satisfied customers!
They have cute clothes occasionally, mainly just in the fall and winter they'll have cute plaid skirts and fur products. In the summer time their clothes are disgusting and tragic. Trashy neon and jewels sewed on everywhere I look. The WORST of all is now they added $4.99 for shipping? It used to be free for every purchase. They often have a measly 20% off coupon but it ends up being the same price with the dumb shipping. I recently haven't ordered from them multiple times because of the unfair shipping cost.
I checked their sizing guide but I would have been able to pitch a tent with the dresses I received, so I returned them. Their customer service timelines are pretty awful. It took three weeks for their warehouse to register that my return parcel had arrived. I have had to email them about three times to prompt any communication about the process. Still am waiting for a refund. By the time it's all over I bet the whole process would have taken about two months. Not purchasing from this company again, which is a shame because their clothes are cute - but just not worth the hassle.
Im a regular shopper with boohoo.com and i have been for years. The first time i placed my order i realized that their sizes are a little bigger than i would normally expect the size to be. So ive always placed a smaller dress size order (i'm usually a size 8- but i'd order a size 6 from boohoo). I've never had a problem with their clothes. The delivery has always come on time and ive never felt the need to return the clothes. I believe that you get what you pay for - granted i will look for bargains but i really love their style steals range - its so multi-funtional.
So whereas I've never had to deal with a returns policy if you are looking for something that's not going to cost an arm and a leg but will still look good i'd recommend this site. I'd just order a smaller size and you should be okay!
I've got no complaints about this site and i'd highly recommend it to anyone - so i'll continue to spend my buck there :)
Um I used to shop with boohoo until now. I've been through the return process and they would make u wait 21-30 days after they received the item to give your money back (which was terrible but I always got a refund). BUT, recently not only did they "deliver" my item late after I paid for express shipping, when I got home it wasn't there. I emailed them how many times over the course of two weeks and no one responded. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. They just sent me an email to review the item that I never received but they can't respond about my missing package? Some $*#@! Nerve. No no boohoo, no no. As for shopping with them again? That's out of the question.
I occasionally order online and have never had an issue until ordering from boohoo! First off one of the items was not how it appeared in the picture.
Secondly I received the wrong item, so I returned it of my own cost being told I would be refunded and they would send out the correct item for free.
Well I received the next parcel with the incorrect item again! And still no refund,
With no explanation other than a 'technical difficulty.' What a load of crap!
Reading this thread shows how many mistakes financially they seem to mess up, boohoo I strongly recommend you get a telephone service because Twitter and email just does not seem to solve a damn thing!
Never ever purchasing from you theiving a*s* holes again and I will do everything I can to warn others of how badly you operate!

I returned a top two weeks ago and have still not received a refund! Emailed 4 times now, they replied saying I'd have my money in 48 hours this has now been 3 days, I've still not had my money back! Never going to use again and I'd advise everyone else to do the same! Avoid!
Wow. Thanks a lot for taking my money and then telling me afterwards that you don't have the dress in stock. Even after you have claimed to have shipped it. Thanks a lot. Please refund me my $$ ASAP.

Cependant la livraison devrait être gratuite indépendamment de l'argent dépensé. En profiter uniquement lorsque l'on dépasse la barre des 25 euros, c'est... nul!
Étant passionnée par la mode, je trouve que ce site est une vraie petite merveille. Les prix sont certes assez élevés, mais quand on prend en considération la qualité des matières, on n’hésite plus à passer à la caisse.

I returned items 1 month ago and still have not received my refund. I shop online regularly and have NEVER had a problem returning an item. I emailed them because they do no have a contact number. They asked me for a proof of purchase and said without it, I would not be able go get a refund. I am furious. Not only did I lose money from them I also had to pay for the return shipping fee. I will be contacting better business bureau. This should be illegal. Based on the other comments this company are crooks!
I am not a regular online shopper and as much as I enjoyed the initial convenience of online shopping it turned into the biggest headache. I ordered two dresses and a sweater from boohoo and I received damaged goods. The sweater was fine but one dress had a dirty stain on the back as if someone stepped on it and a missing button on the back. The other dress had a missing stone. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing one of the dresses a day later. Boohoo offered a $12.00 refund... I explained that would not cover the dry cleaning and sewing that was needed to fix the dresses but they did not seem to care. They said I could send it all back and wait for new items but I did not want to pay the shipping fees or wait another few weeks to be disappointed again. Will NOT shop at boohoo again, what a HEADACHE!
I ordered a pair of boots a size 8 to be exact, when i got my confirmation email, it said a US size2. That is not what i ordered, i ordered a 8. I quickly sent them an email asking them to please send me the right size and that a US size 2 does not exist!. I did not receive a reply back till 48 hours later and their policy clearly says 24 hours to receive a reply. My order had not shipped and i was hoping they put a hold on my order. I received a reply 48 hours later asking me to verify my information. My order number was clearly the subject of my email. Well my order shipped and from the email i got, boohoo sent the wrong size. Lets not add the fact i didn't get free shipping. Boohoo's customer service is such joke. I am so disappointed, now i have to go through the year long hassle of returning the boots back to boohoo. (Yes it takes what feels like a year to return items to boohoo).
RIDICULOUS SIZING - SEE THROUGH - DON'T USE
This was my first experience and I will NEVER EVER buy from Boohoo again.
I ordered two dresses from Boohoo, I'm always in sizes 6-8 and I ordered both in size 8 - NO way were they both a size 8. One of the dresses being more like a size 4, fitted me as a very tight top once I'd finally managed to get it on, I'm only 5'6 so I couldn't possibly be too tall for it. With both dresses it was hard to get them over my head and stretch my arms out into the sleeves, they were just so small and there was no stretch. The other dress was far far too tight on top, pinching my arms and there was no room at all for my boobs, it looked stupid, the skirt of the dress was baggy and the bottom hems were not sewn so after a few wears it would begin to fray, and the material was COMPLETELY see through, I could clearly see my bra and knickers through it, including the pattern of them and even my belly button! It was not supposed to be see through. It also came with a hole in. Very disappointed with Boohoo.
I had paid for next day delivery as I was so excited for my pretty dresses and it arrived early the next morning but all I got was sadness from opening the parcel. I sent it back and in 8 days I was given confirmation they received it, thankfully I did get my money back, I was really worried I wouldn't because so many other people don't, I feel very lucky. I'm never using Boohoo again, and I'd advise everyone else not to. No wonder this is such a growing company because if all the people they scam.

Try dealing with customer service and they ask you the same questions over and over again and do nothing about it. It has been 2 months since I paid these criminals and I have still not received a refund or my order. I have sent over 6 emails to this company.
I bought 50 euro from them and they should give me free shipping but after two days they cancel all of my orders except one and charge me the shipping and also get all money from my credit card!
