Products are made cheap not at all like showing on site, second they will never refund your money, they give you months of run around stories and drag it out and then just disappear and never answer emails once they say they have a 21 day return policy but after 90 days or no refund and they have had your merchandise and accounted for it you will never get your refund. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
First time user; items ordered are good quality, they match the descriptions and sizes perfectly, and the delivery was on time and hassle-free. Pricing is unbelievable! What's not to like?
Ordered prior to my b-day on 02.04.2015, waited 2 weeks for the paid "3-5 days delivery " to find out that they sent it to the wrong address, nobody knew because Hermes tossed it in their bin... found out about this on the 16.04.2015, emailed them, after over 10 emails and poof from the wrong address where they sent it that the parcel was returned, they said they can't give me the 2 items i ordered because they do not have them in stock(i replied, that all they had to do was to return the same parcel... they said they can't... and that they will give a refund, can i please confirm the address... i confirmed the address AGAIN)... THE NEW PARCEL ONLY WITH 1 ITEM THIS TIME ENDED UP AGAIN AT THE SAME WRONG ADDRESS, disturbing my 84 year old neighbour which looked at me like i am the crazy one, not the incompetent people at BOOHOO), interesting how parcels from River Island, Amazon ordered on 02.04.2015 arrived to my address in time, not to a neighbour, no problems... first time in years of ordering on line this happens... never again i will order from them... TOO MUCH STRESS
Honestly I'm really surprised that a lot of people had very terrible experience with Boohoo. I'm kinda new to Boohoo; I started shopping there last year. Majority of my items came on time, and they were of good quality. Their sales are amazing unlike anything I've ever seen before. They always answered my emails in a timely manner. Maybe because I live in the United States I have no problems. I get plenty of stares from strangers whenever I wear their products especially their shoes. The only problem I had with them is the sizing of a particular jacket that was too large for me, other than that no problem. They always email me whenever my parcel is getting closer to my destination. If I buy a product from boohoo and I don't like it, I'll either give it to my sister or donate it. I'm too lazy to do returns because mainly all my purchases are items on sale. To all the shoppers who had bad experiences with boohoo I'm really sorry, but I do highly recommend them to people.
The size guide is not right and you will not receive the right sizes no matter what you do! I emailed them about this three times about the fact that their sizes never are correct and all I got as an answer was "use the size guide". WTF? Thats not what I asked about! The sizes simply arent what you order! Doesnt matter if you are a size 10 cause the chlothes you receive arent a size 10!
This company is great. I got my order to the United States in less than a week. The dress I ordered for me perfectly and was great material! I couldn't have asked for a better experience from Boohoo. Don't be scared to order from them.
Their clothes are terrible quality. They are ill-fitting and one of the items I brought even had a black stain on the shoulder (it was a white blouse). The last item I brought was so bad it was falling apart at the seams, however I had to pay for my own return postage even though they told me I would be reimbursed. When I contacted them they told me that they did not reimburse return postage despite the fact that I had proof that they said they would reimburse me. Terrible customer service and terrible clothes.
I had placed 2 orders simultaneously within a few days because they messed up my first order. My fave item was suddenly cancelled of course. They have no customers service number, just e-mAil they never replied to. I had to take to twitter to get any response. Even then they were useless, didn't care i was upset aNd basically said i was SOL. Also its obvious their CS Twitter is over seas and baRely connected to the company. After many frustrating complaints i finally told them i would never be ordering again aNd how upset i was and they said "sorry you feel that way " and ignored my request for a supervisor. SO FRUSTRATING and sad i was excited for them, they wont last with horrible service. Smh
I am absolutely ashamed that I didn't take my friends advice when I ordered from boohoo. On a Saturday night I ordered four dresses for a party the next weekend, and on the site they promised my dress to be delivered in 3-5 working days. So I've waited all week, I'd already been charged for the dresses and I was expecting that they would have been dispatched on Monday, however Thursday night I received an email "Your items have been dispatched, we expect them to reach you on Tuesday 7th, thank you for shopping with us". Now I'm sure that next Tuesday is not 3-5 days? So thanks to Boohoo I am now without a dress for the party, so my Saturday night is ruined. Thank you. (Also don't bother contacting customer services, they may reply quickly but it's pointless.)
I returned 3 dresses and received only $56.00 of what was supposed to be a refund 110.00 after logging 6 email requests customer service says i have been correctly refunded guess that cant be bothered checking the info
I had a really good experience with boohoo.com! Maybe it was because I live in the United States. But they kept me updated with every shipping step along every way with emails and tracking numbers that actually worked and the shipping only took 1 week. The clothing were true to size and greatly made considering the price! The only thing I would have to say I didn't like was that I had originally purchased 3 things but they emailed me later that day and said they didn't have one of the items I purchased in stock and they would be giving me a refund soon and keep me updated with emails. I just knew I was getting ripped off, but they put the money back in my paypal account right away with no hassle. I will DEFINANTLY be purchasing from boohoo again.
Very upset, once an order is placed within the minute of ordering it you cannot change the details of delivery. Boohoo had my school address as my default address as soon as I realized within 30 secs after I tried to change the address. I also contacted customer service a minute after and they said they couldn't change it a day later. Well, they just lost me as a customer I needed this for an important event and they are not accommodating.
Customer service is the worst. The measurements they give on their site are not the actual measurements (yes I checked how to measure, etc.). The order arrived 3 weeks after the time frame they tell you it will arrive. Items were ripped, defective. Items were missing from package. What they tell you or have written on website is never the same a 2nd time (not honest). Just a bad experience from top to bottom. I am waiting (of course that's what you do with them) to see if I will receive proper refunds, if not (I don't expect much from them) I have other options to deal with them. So disappointed
UPDATE: things only got a lot worse with them well after this review. You could not pay me enough to ever do business with these people again. Holy cow. No.

Im usually an asos user and thought i would give boohoo a go (BIG MISTAKE)
So me and my boyfriend booked a holiday to new zealand and i thought i would treat myself and purchase a few new items for my trip we left 20/2/15
I purchased a few items on the 3/2/15 spending well over $100 and it said it should arrive in australia around the 14/2/15. Ok sounds good? Plenty of time to arrive before i leave right? WRONG! It is now 9/3/15 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING! The tracking number they gave me says "still in transit" ARE U EFFING KIDDING ME? So i go to the post office to see if they can track the whereabouts of my damn parcel and they tell me it has been sitting in the boohoo warehouse in australia for TWO WEEKS and are yet to release to australia post for delivery! WTF!? So i contact boohoo via facebook and all they can say is "we apologize but it is now in the hands of our courier, it is out of our control as soon as we get more info we will contact you" 2 weeks go by and still no info... seriously boohoo this is by far the worst form of customer service and i will NEVER EVER EVER buy from you again
Lets hope i will actually get my order sometime this yearr that has been sitting in your warehouse for weeks. But i wont hold my breath

I ordered a pair of the suede creepers from boohoo because they were a British site which shipped to Canada. Upon ordering I got my shipping free (not sure if it was a promo or normal) and prices were great. I noticed it said they pay for duties and taxes, which is important because I don't like in the UK. After I ordered, I read some troubling reviews, and just prayed that I wouldn't have any problems. No problems at all. They came in the amount of time boohoo had said they would, they had the correct tracking info and I had no problems with duties and taxes. I absolutely love the shoes, they're great quality and a true to size 10 (Canadian) fit. I would recommend this site because I had no issues! Will be buying from them again.

Paid for express delivery (2-3 days) on Monday, it is now Sunday. On Thursday afternoon I sent an email to their "customer service". The response was they had had tracked my delivery and it was on its way. I didn't realise that that I could track the skirt myself and what they had failed to tell me (because they are dishonest liars that run a questionable business), was they already knew I wasn't going to receive my package until next week at the earliest. What the?!?!
I run a store and yes mistakes happen, but firstly I would do everything to fix the problem and secondly I would not lie to a customer! I paid for express because I needed it for an event, if they had the decency to let me know it wasn't coming I could have bought something at a store beforehand.
Now because the "customer service" (I stress I use that term losely) team via email did not follow up, try to fix anything and are liars, I thought I'd let others know though Facebook. Its funny how quick they are to respond when you let others know about their lousy business. Suddenly I was responded to straight away. The lady was lovely and they refunded the express post, but would not acknowledge the fact I had been lied to or apologize on behalf of the company. I do stress that she was lovely and helpful.
Since then I have sent numerous emails to Boohoo and have had no response.
This does not seem to be an isolated incidence from all the other reviews, just wish I'd seen them beforehand.
I will never shop here again and will tell everybody else not to.

I am a male fashion blogger, I always try online shops from all over the world and review them, even if they don't sponsor me. Followed by many on Lookbook and Instagram, a lot of people rely on my sincere reviews.
I found Boohoo long ago and put it on my wait list. Two months ago, I decided to place my first order and try it out, it was sales so I picked a jacket with faux fur in khaki.
They said on their website that I will receive it in between 5 and 15 days as I shipped it to Morocco. Although I am always ok with delays because it's out of compagnies control, this one was just too much! 15 days went by and still nothing. Ok. I waited 5 more days. I sent a message to ask where it was, but it's always the same thing: "Please wait few more days".
One month and a half later, still nothing. No refund, no Boohoo credit to have something else. NOTHING. After exactly two months (even parcels I get from China arrive after 20 days max) I received the jacket. Happy because it's here, I was so keen to discover how good it is.
Big surprise, a jacket with no fur! The fur was missing! I was so pissed, I will surely slam this irresponsible compagny on my blog. Expect thousands of followers all over the world to be alarmed!
My order came in no problem. However, we ordered the wrong size for the item. I have followed the 'return item' process. And, I have not yet received my refund for my item. I cannot find any contact number for BOOHOO; and they have not responded to my queries over email. The contact for the Return Center in Canada (Aramex) is "just the middleman" and apparently does not have any contact information for the company to whom they provide services. Yes: BOOHOO is a good name for this company.
Ordered two sweaters months ago, never got them. When I asked them for a refund, they refused because they had started an "inquiry". After months of not hearing back, I demanded a refund but I have since changed my debit card and will not get my money back. DO NOT order boohoo!
