This company is awful I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered my clothes over 2 weeks ago and they gave me one update on it exactly one week ago that it was "shipped". I am switching adressss in 2 days and shipping said it would take no more than a week. They have not replied to my angry email so I decided to give them a $#*!ty review on here. I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. They are disorganized and not worth it if you want to receive your clothes within the next year.
I wasn't so sure about the credibility of the website when I was ordering but I'm really glad that I did, especially when it was on black Friday sale when it was 60% off. Only thing it was that it took a little bit longer than it was supposed to to be delivered. But I definitely recommend ordering from Boohoo.com
Worst online company ever, the quality of the clothes suck, they don't ship out when they say they will. My tracking number didn't even work, and last but not least I was missing half the items from my order. No way to get in contact with them but "twitter" and they reply when they feel like it. The email does you no good. They don't reply to emails at all. SAVE YOURSELF!
One thing: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a dress on a next day delivery but haven't received anything and you can't get any support as customer service is not helping at all. My bank account has been charged of course. This has been done quickly! It is simply theft! I will definitely report them as it is simply not acceptable. They gave me a tracking number that is not working. I am even wondering if they actually sent anything.
Also, you can't call them, you can contact them only by email, facebook or twitter wich is also unacceptable. How is that allowed? They dont reply or when they do, it is to tell you to send a private message even when you have already done it 2, 3, 4 times and didn't get any reply!
I will definitely report them and even use the Ombudsman association if I have to.
First and last time ordering thru BooHoo. Today makes an official 2 weeks since placing my order. Although I live in Alaska we are a part of the United States, we have zip codes, so I'm unsure why BooHoo would not just utilize USPS who consistently ships and delivers items within 3-5 days. (I order from clothing boutiques on the East Coast ALL THE TIME and consistently in 3-5 business days my things are delivered). My entire order was to be worn this Friday for my husbands Christmas party. Looks like I'll need to spend additional $$$ to find a Plan B. For whatever reason BooHoo utilizes a shipping partner who is slower than molasses! My items sat in Inidiana for nearly a week. Today, they've barely left Nevada. I tried to stay positive but I'm certain my parcel will not arrive on time. It definitely didn't arrive within the 7 business days BooHoo said it would. I'm giving 2 stars because my shopping experience was great, I was able to take advantage of the 50% off pre-Thanksgiving sale. I did try emailing customer service this past Monday morning. I was given an automated response letting me know they'd get back to me within 48hrs. Just like the 7 day delivery time, 48hrs has come and gone. I won't even try to go thru the return process once my parcel actually comes. If I can't depend on this company to do what they say, I certainly won't depend on them to give me a refund. "BooHoo" is right, sad!
Ordered items in 4th Dec paid for next day delivery. Dispatched and now with courier but no delivery or update on tracking. No help from customer service just being told to wait which is outrageous as should have had it following day as paid for this. I urge everyone please report this company to anyone you can e. G trading standards, consumer ombudsman and let's show this company that how they treat customers is unacceptable.
Didn't get my order, as in didn't even get the tracking information and they went and took the money from my account. The worst thing is that I couldn't log in anymore with my email and password... the worst online shopping website ever. Please don't order from them...
DO NOT order from Boohoo, especially if you are from the U.S. if you return items they will tell you they never received it. Hence you will never get your refund. BTW they don't have a phone number to contact so you have to email back and forth. Save yourself the heartache.
I have never done business with this company, yet two charges to them showed up on my credit card. After reading the reviews here, I wouldn't be surprised if this is a bogus company in business only to take your money. Order your stuff from somewhere else.
Please don't order from them - I placed orders from them in July this year and never received one of the orders but they took my money! Worked out they owe me £289 in total - the customer service is the worst ever - I have spent hours and hours trying to explain my case through email, and their Facebook messager - everytime I message someone new replies, I then have to explain the case all over and again just to be referred to someone new who hasn't a clue, on average I send 3 messages a day asking for my money, do the maths -that's a lot of time. I'm also having to pay interest on my credit card as I have an outstanding bill, so I'm in debt because of this shambolic company. They are now completely ignoring my messages and they do not have a phone number - I'm going to take legal action and contacting watchdog- reading all the other reviews I would urge you all to do the same as we have such a strong case to expose them for what they are - scam artists with the most diabolical customer services- will not let them get away with this day light robbery! Please spread the word - DO NOT USE BOOHOO!
It's really annoying how you paid for express shipping cause you need the package as soon as possible right! I paid for 4 day shipping thinking that they would sent it the next day and no I've been contacting them all day wondering why my package wasn't sent now I do not have anything to wear for my sister shower!
I ordered stuff last year and I was thoroughly happy with my order, the sizes were right and my clothes fit perfectly well. I was a bit disappointed with the fact that it took longer than the promised 2 weeks. I'm waiting for my latest order.
I've placed a lot of orders with them. But the last one just got me out of my nerves! They refunded me for a shipping fee I paid. But for some strange reason they didn't want to do it on my credit card (which is the one I use every time I buy at the site) they asked for my bank acc info (very wierd) but ok. Turns out I got charged $15 wire fee for something they didn't made me aware of. When I reached to them asking for the refund, they said they couldn't help and didn't provide the refund. I couldn't believe it. Never heard of worst CS in my life
I made a purchase at Boohoo and after putting in my billing and shipping information I received a email and the shipping address was incorrect. I emailed them 5 minutes after making the purchase and they emailed me the next day saying it was too late to change. So once I received the tracking information I contacted USPS. After speaking with USPS they told me the tracking number they provided me with was incorrect. I have been emailing then ever since no response! Never again! Im out of my money and clothing!
Ok, it's going on 3 weeks since I returned my order (NA*******). Not only has it reached your warehouse in Georgia but it also reached its final destination in the UK. I want my refund of $44.99 sent to me immediately. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company ever again. I order online OUT OF THE COUNTRY daily as well as make returns and I have NEVER experienced such poor business (customer service) before. SEND ME MY MONEY. I keep emailing them asking for my money and I get the same email saying that I will hear from them within 24 hours but I don't hear anything from them and yes I check my spam too and nothing's here from them. I also attached my return receipt (in addition to paying $10) as well as my tracking information showing them that I know they received my return. It wasn't until AFTER I ordered from them that I was told this place was a scam because I have a co-worker that had an issue with them when she returned items and showed proof with receipt that then it took her 3 months to even get a refund. I have NEVER experienced this kind of customer service while shopping online in and out of the USA... NEVER! I WANT MY MONEY!
At first I was scared to order from boohoo because of the bad reviews but I did anyway with my hopes high. On my order the sizes changed to U. K so I thought they were going to send the wrong size I dm'd boohoo on twitter and they helped me. The sizes convert because it is a U. K. based store, but when my items got to me it was the correct US size I order on November 9th, 2016 & my order came November 15th, 2016, so in total it took 4 business days, I opened my items and it LOOKS exactly like the picture, my set fit me like a glove and the color was spot on it doesn't feel like cheap material at all. I spend $25.50 and the original prices was $52.50. I'm satisfied with my items I will be ordering again. For those of you who are having trouble please beware that in the confirmation email the sizes convert to U. K. but you will receive your correct US size. You have to be patient with this site if your shopping for an special occasion try to order in advance maybe a month or 3 weeks so your not stuck waiting for your items, my order came fast. Be careful at what material you order as well, stay away from cheap material that may arrive see through you have to be smart when ordering from them. But I will be ordering again I'm not sure why orders have issues, patience is key order in advance and be smart. Love my co ord set looks very expensive. Wish you guys the best this is my honest review. Good luck
Usually I have a good experience with them but I have not received an order and have contacted customer service at least 6 times and they have failed to respond to me.
I wont be ordering anymore from them unless they resolve this issue.

Im an online shopper so ive had bad experiences with CS and clothing so ive learned alot, the clothing are real clothing good quality period what is int he picture you get, ive never had an issue with that im in the US so i was very specific about sizing charts and ive never been wrong always know your measurements and always read reviews to see how it fits and you wont be disappointed i LOVE the fact that it tells you what size the model is wearing it helps me alot! And the fact that they ALWAYS have random 40-50 percent off takes the cake for me
Awful experience with this website. I ordered size 8 boots, assuming it was US sizes since it just said "8," and I was ordering from a US computer. Minutes after I ordered, I sent customer service an email to double check that I ordered US 8. It took 36 HOURS for someone to respond, and she did not even look into my order, even though there was time to fix it before it had been shipped. She sent me: "As we are a UK company the sizing is converted at the checkout to UK sizing. You are able to compare these sizes to your desired size using our size guide." She clearly did not even read my email! Absolutely terrible customer service. I emailed back explaining AGAIN that I wanted to confirm that I ordered a US size 8, but by the time they emailed back, my wrong-size shoes had arrived at my house. I was informed that they do not offer an exchange service, and had to pay almost $10 to return the stupid shoes. Boohoo is a waste of your time and money.
It saddens me to write this review but I'm forced to. I placed an hour and got a confirmation that it would arrive by 11/10 and then When it did not, I received an email that it would be here by 11/16. How unfortunate because I leave for an out of the country trip for which I wanted the items. I emailed twice and got no response (except for the automated one that states we'll contact you back within 24hours) so I contacted BooHoo via Facebook and Instagram. They told me here is nothing they could do though they do see their mistake. You would think theyd offer to express me my items with 1 or 2 day shipping but instead they are doing nothing to accommodate me. I'm posting screenshots of my correspondence with them so I hope it doesn't happen to you. Do not order from Boo Hoo. You'll be the one crying! Next stop better business bureau!
