Wish I could give 0 rating. Ordered December 15th and paid $15.00 for express shipping (up to 4 days). The package was to arrive (late) on December 23rd. Never arrived. Updated to December 27th. Nope. Now changed to December 30th. Absolutely unacceptable. This has nothing to do with overseas. I have ordered from sites in China and they have been more reliable. This is ridiculous. Please do not order from here if you live in USA. If you do, I advise you to use PayPal so it is easy to get your money back.

If I could out no stars I would. I ordered a pair of boots well over three weeks ago for New Years and I still have not received them. It's now 12/27/16. I emailed them yesterday and they sent me an email back saying my shoes will arrive on 1/2/17. There is no way a pair of shoes should take four to five weeks to get to me. This is ridiculous and I will never order from here again. I'm livid

This company offers express but ready does not. They do not tell you that your package could be held in customs (which I think is a lie they use). My shipment was suppose to be delivered on the 23rd and I have yet to receive it. If you go on their twitter account there are hundreds of people complaining about the same thing. If you have money to lose then sop with them. Oh, and the customer service does nothing. All they say is," I'm sorry". You're sorry alright! I made a complaint with the BBB trying to see what I can do legally to get this company shut down.

I heard about this website from one of my best friends. I was very amazed at how cheap their prices were and how often they did these bizarre sales. I was ordering from them about every week, never had an issue with my shipment until NOW! They are so lucky they don't have a store that I can personally walk in and whoop someone $#*!. I ordered my parcels December 11th, 2016 at 11am when they had the 60% off. I purchased a pair of boots and two dresses and guess what? It is now December 26th and I got NOTHING! They refunded me $6 dollars for shipment after like the 6th email. Just like everyone else in these reviews... CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! They don't do anything to make sure the customer is happy. Like, what the hell is $6 dollars? I just need them to tell me where my package is at? The tracking number is fake. I contacted my post office and they didn't know what that number was... THIS COMPANY DONT CARE. They suck you in by letting them be on time with first, second and third shipment and when they see you ordering and ordering. That's when they want to f@@@ up your order. I want to believe and think it's taking this long because of the holidays, but not almost a whole month and then I'm getting notifications telling me about next day delivery and stuff! Like, how can you put up next day delivery when ppl already don't have their package?. Just look at the name. We complain and they're like "boooo hooo" lmao

The company is disgusting

I will never order from here again. My order never showed up and their excuse was that it's being held in customs. I requested a cancellation and refund and they refused to cancel the order and wouldn't even give back my $6 paid on shipping for an order that did not arrive as promised. Take your money elsewhere!

Please do not order from them. I paid for express shipping on Dec. 14 and it is now Dec. 26 and I still have not received my package. When you use the link they send to track your package you get not much information. When you email them they reply with no concreate answers and just try to buy time. Horrible. There are more reliable sites out there. I'm shocked that boohoo even exists with this type of customer service.

The Freaking Worst

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I had purchased 2 items on December 14th. By December 16th i got an email saying they were shipped. I paid the extra money so that they could be sent to me by the 21st. In total i spent 74$. My products have been sitting in a postoffice in NY since December 18th. I just received an email saying im being refunded 20$ because my items are out of stock! Both items were over 20$. Im highly pissed offf. Customer service doesnt work and basically doesn't exist with this business. If i could give negative stars i would. The tracking number they give is a fraud and doesnt even work

I placed an order on October17th and October 18th 2016, both orders got here 2 day's earlier I got them on the 29th off October. I returned some stuff that didn't fit a week later Nov 7th. I barely got my refund on Dec15th! After i requested and submitted pictures of my receipts several times even detailing product name, code and size! Never ever ordering from these people again. I'm sticking to Charlotte russe.

I ordered from boohoo.com and my order never arrived after 3 weeks with express shipping. Customer service does not get back to you if you email them as suggested through the site link. I used an offer code for 50% off but they charged me full price, the discount didn't go through. I made them aware of the incident and they said they would refund me and honor the 50% but they never did. They disappeared and never got back to me again; and I followed.

The fleece jacket I bought also arrived new with a huge hole ripped in in the pocket. The clothing is very poor quality. Beware.

They're a mess!

I ordered 4 items and only received 2. When I called they told me they would send out the other 2. Then they told me one was out of stock so they only sent one. The one they were supposed to send I got an email that it was returned. Really annoyed because I needed it for the holidays and could have ordered from somewhere else. Also there is no one to talk to. Everything is by email so I have to wait for a response.

I made a purchase on December 2nd the money came out instantly as did a shipping confirmation and after two weeks of waiting for my package I tried to track my shipment and it showed absolutely nothing. Even my order confirmation was no longer valid. I sent them an email and they refunded the $10 USD shipping and promised my package was shipped but held by customs. They then proceeded to ask me to review the products that I NEVER recieved. It is now December 23 and my package is finally at my local post office. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 21 days to deliver a package... even overseas.

Horrific clothes, more appalling customer service.

You have to PAY to mail back returns, and when u do, they will not refund u anyway because they are con artists. They owe me $75 from October and are refusing to refund me. I'm disputing the charge with my bank. Never ever shop here! They do not deserve a dime of your money. The clothes are god awful as well. I hate this company and if I could spit on them I would. Spread the word, do not shop here. They need to be shut down.

Been waiting on my refund, for almost a month. After reading these reviews, I've noticed people have experienced the same as I have. I purchased my items in November, I had to return 2 of the four items because of fitting. I've emailed them about this several times, & they asked for a receipt from the postal office, I've sent it twice. I've yet to get my refund & it's going on a month.

I ordered my college graduation dress from this site a week and a half before graduation and requested express shipping where I paid $15.00 extra. I was given an expected delivery date of December 14th, graduation was the 17th so that was fine. I didn't get my items until today, December 22nd. Needless to say, I denied the package from usps because I no longer need the items. Customer service is just as terrible, I contacted them over 6x and got a response twice, each time the rep was rude and nonchalant about my situation. I will NEVERRRRRRRRR order from this site again.

Horrible Customer Service

I have been ordering from Boohoo.com for over a year now. I have not had any problems until the last few months. The shipping times take forever and most of the time it goes over the 8-10 day time frame they give. The tracking numbers that they give randomly stop working and you are unable to track your package. I ordered 7 items as Christmas gifts from them on Black Friday. I received the package 13 days later and there was only one small package which I found weird for 7 items. 4 of my items were missing from my order. When I contacted them over twitter because that is the only way to contact them other than FB or email they took 3 days to respond to me. After sending them 4 direct messages I got a response saying they would resend my items at express delivery. I was happy with that because the items would come before Christmas. That was on December 13. The estimated delivery date for express delivery was December 20. A whole week for express delivery?! Ridiculous. December 20th came and nothing so I messaged them again. I got a reply at 3 a. M from someone saying "Hey! Unfortunately the packaging on the reorder became damaged and had to be returned to us, once a replacement is sent out we are unable to replace it again". How crazy if I never messaged them no one would have contacted me to let me know my package was never going to come. Now a couple days before Christmas I have to go out and get replacement gifts for the 4 I ordered from them over a month ago. I am horrified by their customer service and will never order from them again.

I ordered a size 10, my order says a size 4. According to the tracking system my order should have arrived already and it didn't. I will NEVER order from them again and will tell all my friends not to do so either. No customer phone number either, very suspect. They'll never get my business, ever again!

Today is 12-21-16. I'm having the same exact issue as everyone else. For starters, I ordered an item and it was the wrong size so I shipped it back on December 6th. On the same day I went back to the site and ordered the correct size. The tracking number shows that the item I returned had been received by one of their agents two days later on December 8th. However my return has not been processed nor have I been refunded for the original order. Meanwhile I still have not received the second order with the correct sized item. I received emails last week telling me that my item has been shipped and that I should expect it on December 14th. It never came. The tracking information isn't telling me anything. I sent an email 3 days ago and still haven't received a response. Between these two orders that I have made, this is my first time doing business with this company and will definitely be my last. If I don't hear something soon, I will be forced to do chargebacks with my bank regarding both orders.

Don't get me wrong... I've been a customer of Boohoo for quite some time. I'm located in America and realize things take a bit to ship from the U. K. That being said I ordered a holiday outfit 11/28/16 for a party I was attending 12/10/16. Plenty of buffer room right? 12/20 passes and no package still. I've already gone around circles with their "customer service" twitter and email alias. The items arrive that night 10 days too late and every item the incorrect size. I reach out asking for a refund because it's past the return dates and I don't really want to wait over a month for my Christmas money back. They only refunded me the $6.00 in shipping! I am irate at this point and dealing with their awful service team and no one will give me my refund. They literally proceed to block me. I can't wait to see how many complaints arise from the holidays and how many customers they lose. This business is a disgrace and full of theives!
