I received my order today April 23rd not to mention I paid for my order to get here before and received it a week later then usual there customer service is terrible and the clothes looks nothing like what is advertised I am appalled by the quality if the clothing and will be returning asap never again and just to think I have another order coming in save your money and don't shop at Boohoo the pictures are deceiving
I am appalled - boohoo messed up my order and sent me completely wrong sizes and they are asking me to complete a form and wait 14 days for a refund after i have spent hundreds of pounds with their company! It is ridiculous that they still continue as a business when they make so many mess ups and the customer always has to pay for it. Not any more! I am not filling out stupid return forms for the items you have messed up for me... i am not a size 8, im a 12 so therefore this should be dealt with immediately - not after 14 days! The customer care is a disgrace and i will let the world know about this!
I order my clothes from 7 days ago and it is still not here yet. They refuse to refund me 3 days shipment, because they did to investigate the claim. I showed them screenshots of the order. They guaranteed the items to be here by April 21st and today is April 23rd. While it is 3 days shipment, I am here still waiting on my 8th day.
Seriously need to question their customer service and delivery service. Marketing shouldn't advise it if the business can't deliver it.
I have paid for express shipping on my last 4 orders, and all arrived weeks (not days) late! Now, I am in a situation where my current order has been delivered at all, and my tracking number is showing up as "invalid/no data available". It was a $300 order, and Boohoo keeps telling me that they are "looking into it, and to stop emailing them!" I am fed up with this company. The clothes are cheaply made, and there is no customer service number to call. I will be reporting them to my bank and the BBB if my money is not fully refunded. Shame on you Boohoo- do not offer express shipping if you can't deliver!
I used to love this site! I think I've spent over 1500 dollars here and at first the clothing I ordered was pretty good quality for the price and the shipping was reasonable as well. But lately the things I've ordered have ripped or just looked horrible after one wash. I just received a shirt yesterday and I tried removing the tag on the inside and it made a huge hole in the shirt! The Boohoo tag is still on the back of the shirt and I will never get wear it. Also a really cute flow-y dress was ripped at the bust when I put it on for the second time only. I'm not a big person so it doesn't make sense to me that these things keep happening. I've ordered two pair of black leggings and they were completely see-through. I tried giving Boohoo more chances because everything is good pricing and I've never had any real issues with shipping, but I am officially done ordering from them.
I ordered from Boohoo US site earlier this month because they had everything on the site 50% off. I took the chance and ordered almost $200 worth of stuff for 1/2 the price. I also chose the Super Save shipping which at the time of purchase was $0. My delivery tracking said it would take about a week 1/2 to get here and it came 5 days earlier. I am a size 2 US, I ordered everything in a size 4 and it all fit perfectly. Very pleased with my experience and also lucky it seems like others have had a bad experience.
This company is obviously disorganized. You pay extra money for shipping and it never gets to your location on time. I have received orders from China in 2 days yet this place takes forever. Please avoid.
They take forever to ship out your package but their clothes are decent quality for the price that you pay
Ordered something in a US size 4 and it came in a U. K. size 4, but US size 1. I have been emailing them for weeks trying to get an exchange for the product I ordered and explained the situation very clearly with pictures to back it up and they replied that they sent me the correct size (they didn't) and can't do anything. Wish I could just return everything. Very low quality and sheer clothes. Don't look like the website.
I spent $140 on this site, with expedited shipping - never got a package, never get more than an automated response both on email and Facebook. I am submitting a claim with my bank. This company needs to be shut down!
I ordered my items March 29th, I paid for express 4 day delivery. It is now April 17th, they have no updates where my package is, and they keep telling me to wait a little longer. This is a scam, they took my money, do not know where my package is and keep giving me the run around! Absolutely horrible I do not recommend

Delivery never arrives on time, even when you pay for extra. Items arrived holes in them which I had to sew- it took so long to get delivered, I didnt want to risk doing and exchange and delivery all over again. Quality shabby. The customer service from the email team was rubbish.
First, I should say that I haven't even received my products... however, I'm very frustrated because I paid extra to have this outfit shipped to me in 2-3 business days for an event and I have yet to receive it 6 days later. I emailed customer service, and they said that it will arrive on the 17th of April... that's an additional 3 days... and the event that I wanted this outfit for was yesterday. Sent another email back requesting to have my money back for the "fast" shipping... waiting for a response. This will be MY LAST purchase from this company... I'll be sure to tell everyone I know never to purchase from this company. Worst experience I have ever had, bad enough to make me write a review which I have NEVER done. Wish I would have read these other 1 star reviews prior to ordering.
First and last experience with this company! 20% off promo wouldn't work, then expired, then £1.99 next day postage promo didn't work. Got charged full price for next day delivery. After paying for the items my confirmation email gave me a date of the following Tuesday not the next day which was Friday. Upon further investigation by going to their FAQ's I found that there is no way they would deliver next day to my post code. Why even list next day northern Ireland as a postage option (at an increased rate I might add) if it is simply not going to happen. I checked carefully about the postage, this postcode restriction is not highlighted or clear during the process.
I now have to travel miles into town, scramble around to find something when I should be travelling to my venue, I'm £40quid down that I wont get back until I go through a lengthy return and refund process that will take about 2 weeks, they don't even have a customer call center, just an email they might reply to in 24 hours! Terrible site, terrible experience. Never using again
I ordered everything from jeans, sweaters to cardigans and the quality is abysmal. The jean pockets are thin and aren't even deep enough to hold a wallet and the cardigan feels like a thin dishcloth.The belt sized L/XL would only fit a 25 stone man. I can't make it to a post office so I'm hoping they will cooperate with a courier pickup.
Poorest quality clothes, many garments with questionable "fabrics", if you can even call it fabrics, more like plastic. Very, very overwhelming expensive returns from Sweden, some of the clothes had been worn and smelled. And then the lingering feeling and thought about the slave/child labor that was probably used to make such cheap clothes.
When I received my package in December of 2016 one of my items was damaged and quite worn looking so I contacted boohoo for a return following all the steps. I was told that I would receive a refund for the shipping cost for sending the faulty item back and after countless e-mails explaining my story over and over again I have still yet to be refunded and it is April 8th 2017 (4 months and no refund). Most disturbing customer service experience!
If I could rate this negative stars, I would. I ordered three items from Boohoo. Two of the products were such thin, terrible quality that I may as well have been wearing a napkin.
These things happen right? So I contact them letting them know I need to return the items. I followed their instructions to return the products to Atlanta and I (thankfully) held onto the receipt.
After hearing nothing for over 2 weeks following the products being returned to Atlanta, I contacted them letting them know of the issue. I received an email quickly, letting me know I needed to wait an additional 2 weeks, which I did.
Following that 2 weeks, I contacted them again and they told me that it still had not been received by them. At that point they asked for a picture of my receipt and a description of the product, which I gave them. At that point, after tons of emails and an incredible hassle, they refunded me $14 of the $40 that I spent. My experience wasn't pleasant.
Answer: No... run. Don't walk...
Answer: I wouldn't I had to fight so hard for my refund. It took them about 4 months to acknowledge that they had actually received it
