The worst customer service in the world. My parcel has been missing for the last 24days, numerous emails sent and all of them I receive a pathetic automated respond. NO-ONE can tell me where my parcel is. Now try getting a refund what a nightmare. They a bunch of scammers, running what is supposed to a legitimate online fashion company but instead it's taking g money for items that probably don't or will never be received! They need to be shut down!
I've been ordering from boohoo for three years now and not once have I had a problem, until now. If I could give this company a lower rating I would. I ordered on April 11 and it said my package would be delivered April 18, I got the confirmation and everything that it was dispatched. Well on April 15 my package basically fell off the grid in New Jersey. I e-mailed them because unlike literally every other retailer in the world, they don't have a phone number. Fast forward a month, 35 E-MAILS LATER, and a very serious threat of reporting them for fraud and they magically came up with a solution when I called them out for lying about contacting the courier about my package (one said it was DHL and the other said it was USPS). I wanted a reissue on the merchandise I ordered because I still wanted it, but nope all I got was a confirmation refund e-mail for not even half of the money I spent. I had to call them out AGAIN for the full amount and I didn't receive a response, just another confirmation for the remaining amount. They're a bunch of scam artists who think you'll just go away and let them keep your money if they give you the go around for long enough. They're honestly disgusting. I will never spend another penny at this unethical and immoral company, nor will any of my family or friends.
P.S. Their customer service department and how they operate is simply atrocious, if you're just going to respond "I'm so sorry about this or I'm sorry you feel that way" 35 times, why bother responding at all? They're obviously trying to fake compassion but all it was was annoying and condescending and really pissed me off by the end of the whole ordeal.
I hace been ordering from this company for the last few months. But lately they got me pissed off! I placed an order for a special occassion on may 1st, usually it takes 4 days to reach but today is 11th may and i have still not gotten the item. Guess what!? I contacted boohoo (i got jess on msg) and complained about my delivery. She said the item has been returned to them because the carrier came and i was not around. Usually they leave a mesaage directing you on where you can pick up your item but they did not even deliver my item because those few days i was at home. I asked the lady to resend the item and she refused as it is not in their policy. This is a very bad customer service. I am very frustrated! And i am not alone. Friend of mine got the same experience. I wanna place an order from them again but i am afraid the item wld not arrive. Very disapointed about boohoo.
Boohoo will have you boohooing! I didn't have really high expectations because the clothes look pretty cheap and they are... actually cheaper than I imagined. I sent 1/2 of the items back... and kept the ones I was okay to wear. Thank God it was 50% everything! I would not recommend paying full price. I received it in a reasonable time considering it came from the UK to the US. It arrived a day or two after it's expected arrival date. The problem is returning items! It says 7 business days, but I was just told 28 days via email. They said once it's sent to their warehouse in GA, they send it to the UK to process, they don't even open it. Thankfully, it wasn't a great deal of money, but I will never order from them again. I want my money back. Definitely pay for insurance and track the item. I keep seeing people saying that they've been told their return was never received.
A friend and I wanted to buy clothes for Prom. The site said the clothes would arrive a week before prom.
We were worried and mailed boohoo, they said the clothes were going to arrive in 48h.
Today is the day before prom and still nothing has arrived.

I made an order of some pearl sandals and a blouse from Boohoo online. I'm absolutely happy with this purchase, I received my stuff today and everything fits great also the material on the sandals i ordered is amazing! I wouldn't think twice about purchasing from Boohoo <3
Somehow I got directed to boohoo.com via Pinterest. They were having a 50% off sale, so I decided to take a chance. Mind you, I had not read the reviews or I probably wouldn't have. I guess I got lucky considering all the issues everyone else seems to have. I ordered a peplum dress and a jumper. The total was $40, so I wasn't exactly expecting the highest quality for such a low price. I didn't pay for expedited service. I ordered my items on 4/5/17 and I received them on 4/14/17 (estimated delivery was 4/12/17), so my items weren't super late. The quality seemed to be what one would expect for the price but everything was in good condition when it arrived. I actually just noticed that the print for the dress is slightly different than what was advertised, but it's still really pretty and it doesn't bother me since the color scheme is still the same. Would I order again? I am not sure since I feel like maybe I got lucky. I am not sure if where you order from makes a difference. I am in the US - NC and my return site is Atlanta, GA which is only a few hours away.
This company takes the biscuit when it comes to incapable customer service, ordered something on the 04/05/2017 (worth up to £40), they failed to get it delivered to me via their courier (MyHermes of all people), claimed that it'd been refused by myself (which it hand't even the courier apologised today for the previous courier holding my parcel he never bothered delivering it at all, they're gone to the dogs this company literally.
I have therefore informed trading standards via Citizens Advice (The CAB) and going to inform them that this is completely unacceptable conduct by a company, saying I refused it when another courier actually apologised today for the previous one refusing to deliver to my address on the 05/05/2017 as promised in the order by boohoo.com.
Not going to bother buying anything from these idiots ever again that's for certain!
I have been buying from boohoo.com for over an year. They initially had some delivery related issues (late deliveries, products dont arrive but appropriate replacement or refund was provided) but i have noticed the same has improved in the last couple of months. The clothing material is good, but they do have some cheap type clothing too however I feel this is reflected in the price anyway. So far i have found their clothes to be of good quality.
WOW! You have so many bad reviews. I've been looking at so many of your clothing to buy while you have the latest special going but thankfully I had the brains to read reviews first. You should be shut down!
I too paid an extra $15 for the 2-3 day shipping. 7 days later and my package is no where to be found! I actually needed this for a project which I will not get a horrible grade on since the clothes didn't come on time! I emailed customer service too and they said they would respond in 24 hours. It has been 72 hours and Ive heard no response. Never using this company again!
You can get cheaper clothes at Forever21 for much, much better quality! I ordered some clothes from the Boohoo but, when I received them they were terrible quality even if they were a higher priced item. Very cheaply made items!
Boohoo has really bad customer service and take MONTHS to deal with returns. I literally bought a lot of clothes 2 months ago and have not recieved my refund. Do not buy!
I paid for my order to get here earliest. Because i had an event on saturday. I hope it come today because i called then and they did not anwer the phone.
Just wanted to express my disgust to this company and its business practices. Their clothes are trash and low quality. Returns are extremely hard and overall customer care is miserable. Just because they provide cheap clothes doesnt mean they have to source the worst quality clothing so that they can get those high margins.
I ordered through the canadian site. Paid in true CAD (Unike puma-- what a nightmare) and it came before expected. I have to return a few things so i'm hoping it all goes well.
I was nervous at first to order from here because it was so cheap and when I placed my order it took a little while for my confirmation email to come. Within an hour, though, I got the confirmation email and my stuff came 9 days later and I have no complaints. I'm very happy with all my things and they don't look cheap at all.

I returned some of my clothes and they provide u with the return sticker the one that u can trace where is your package I did that with the last one it worked. This time my return package got lost they ask me for receit which I not supposed to have since they should trace my package. No customer telephone they don't seem to care at the customer service. Their sizes are very big in M so sometimes u have to return clothe, the problem your clothes might disappear when returning so u loose money!
