I am a very frequent customer. I returned a full parcel over $200 worth of clothing and they claimed it never made it. I printed the return label from there company and they claim to have no knowledge of the shipping information...

They don't give a $#*! about what they're sending. Since their site doesn't support polish signs the adress came out a little efed up, so I quickly sent them an e-mail correcting it. They didn't take it into consideration and... get this: they just ignored the parts that were formated wrong and sent the package to my city and country. That's all the information they put in. Not my name, neither the street or anything else. It's like people who work there have no brains, they can't think. Now they're not responding to my messages and e-mails (I contacted them on every possible platform). So I'm going to have to wait 2 weeks till the packed comes here, another two for it to get back to them and then... who knows. Maybe I'll lose my money, maybe they'll send it back. I'm so pissed and I don't even know what to do.
Use to love shopping at Boohoo. Key words. USE TO. Over the last couple of years the quality has rapidly declined, along with the customer service and delivery time. Yes the items look great on the site but dont be fooled- in your package youll find cheap, flimsy and often damaged items. And nothing like the photo. Save yourself the money, Kmart is cheaper and better quality!
The last few purchases Ive had issues but continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and another chance:
One time they stuffed up and sent the wrong size. My order was correct they just packed wrong.
Next time I was missing items

And the last straw was recently when I received a damaged pair of trousers and was told the only option I had was to send it back at a mere $8 postage cost. The trousers were only $13 in the first place. They couldnt seem to understand my frustration at this.
That was the last straw and now Ill be ensuring everyone is warned about the crap products and lousy customer service!
Shipped back (and paid for shipping as well) and never received a credit - it has been a month and a half and I have proof it was returned. There is no customer service number to even call! Do NOT order for here!
I ordered two coats. Same size (12-40). One was too small for me, the other one too big! :/ Not to mention the colours were quite different from the ones in the pictures. I ended up wasting a lot of money for the shipping ( especially to send them back, bc of the weight) It is not worth it at all! They should be more accurate in describing and sizing!
I have been ordering from them since 2014. Pretty decent quality for the price. Comparable to Asos but much cheaper and a lot cheesier! However the shipping is horrid! I placed an order on 11/24 and I paid for 4 day expedited shipping I still have not received my items. I have reached out to inquire about the addtl cost for shipping and lack of receiving the items the items with in 4 days and have yet to receive a response. Not happy especially since I paid for epedited shipping.
I ordered 5 pieces from Boohoo last week and my order arrived within 5-6 business days to Australia with super saver shipping. I have ordered from Boohoo in the past and have paid for express and standard shipping but they always came within 5 business days. Quality wise, you get what you pay for. Some items of clothing are worth it when they have 50% off sales. The items I bought all fit perfectly, they looked exactly what they looked like in the pictures.
Overall it was a good experience and I would buy from them again.
I ordered two graphic tees and one culottes. Love the graphic tees, they are so cute! I might just buy them more! However, the culottes (Product code: DZZ*******) felt like they were made from cheap material. It's £9 so I'm not expecting a high end material but the fabric is rather thin and slightly sheer (when put against light). I wouldn't want the general public to see my undies! Decided to keep anyway since I couldn't put up with returning it since there is no free international returns...
The parcel was somewhat almost ripped when it arrived. (Most likely went through inspection but didnt bother to seal it properly back) Shipping incurred approx £6, the duration is standard shipping - takes about 10 days to arrive to my country (from 17-27Nov)
The clothes looked good, but never came to me at all. They claimed that I wasn't there when the package arrived and that they sendt it back, but did I ever get my money back? No, I didn't. I also checked the date when the package arrived, and surprisingly I was home at that time. They are pretty much big liars and won't respond to my email.Do I even get the package? All in All just a huge dissappointment.
Placed two orders with this company. Still waiting on my refund. I have tracking proof that the merchandise was delivered to them and yet they're denying that they received it and instructing me to wait 30 days. Wait 30 days for what? You clearly received the item, where's my refund? I will never shop with them again and will make sure to spread the word about how horrible their customer service is and how they're pretty much thieves. I am out of over $100 and no clothes. I will be filing a formal complaint, as customer service has been NO HELP. Hopefully, paypal's resolution center will help me get my money back.
Ordered some items and paid for next day delivery for the year. Items never arrived the next day, contacted boohoo who apologised snd said they would arrive the following day. Nothing. Again contacted boohoo but this time no reply.
Third day I received a text to say the parcel was out for delivery and then another to say delivered. But I still had no parcel, called Hermes who offered no help and likewise contacted boohoo whos tone then completely changed. Treated me as if I was lying and trying to pull a fast one and as such provided no help or advice. I understand that the delivery issue was down to the courier but I purchased from boohoo and a little help or advice would have been expected.
4 days later finally managed to find the parcel, even though Hermes changed their tracking to say parcel hadnt been received and boohoo still helped in no way at all. Parcel had been delivered 17 doors down to another shop, luckily the shop owner brought it to us after we hadnt collected. But no card left or lnoweledge of where the parcel was from anyone at Hermes or boohoo.
Boohoo has the 60% Black Friday sale since Thanksgivings. I got four items and with the promo code applied and shipping the total was $63.99. But when I got my confirmation email, the total changed to $150. I checked my bank account and was also charged $150. Right away I contacted the customer service team through their twitter and email. On twitter, I pretty much got a different person responding to me every single time. Their response time is 30 min to an hour even though I would reply right after they respond. I started off by asking them if they can change the amount charged to the discounted total of $63.99 or cancel the order all together. They responded by giving me a list of reasons why the promo code did not work. Not addressing my inquiries of changing the order amount or canceling my order. I went through each of the reasons and still did not see how it went wrong. I responded, again asking for changing the amount or cancellation of order. They responded saying that they looked at my order and something in my cart was on sale before so the promo code didn't apply for the whole order. I looked again, and nothing was on sale, I was charged for the full price of every item which led the total to be $87 more than what I should have been charged if the promo code applied. This time I got pretty upset, they still haven't addressed what I wanted instead seems to blame it on me that the promo code did not work. I sent them the screen shot of my total with the promo code applied and also asked them to let me know which of the item is on sale because I do not seem to be able to spot it. Finally, someone told me to fill out the cancellation form. I filled it in right away and sent it to the customer services email and asked them if that was the right email to send it to. They directed me to the claims email so I also sent an email to them as well. This whole correspondence took almost a day. This morning when I woke up I got an email from customer services saying that they checked my order and it has already been dispatched. I can only wait for the order be sent to me and I have pay an addition fee in order to send it back! I wish I would have read more reviews before placing an order with them. I started to read them today and most of them say that their order either gets lost or gets delivered really late. It's funny how for my order they dispatched the order right away. I checked the status of my order and I did not have anything, so where are they getting their information? (also where are they getting the information that I bought something that was on sale before promo code? Guess we'll never know.) This is my worst shopping experience ever and I do not wish anyone else to have to go through this.
If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to order the same order twice, and had it cancelled both times. All customer service could tell me was conflicting information... telling me that they have no clue what they're doing, they're lazy or that there is zero common sense. Their help consisted of, ummm you could try this? Won't be ordering (sorry... i wasn't even successful) will never try to order from them again. Brutal. Take your money elsewhere. A company that can't be bothered to train their customer service properly or have staff that cares enough to help you, is not worth your money. There are waaaay better companies out this.
I placed my order for 300.00 worth of items during their half off sale, when I went to check out it didn't go through and tried charging me full price. I emailed them and received no response and then I Facebook messaged them and they messaged me back and basically told me I'm S. O. L and that I need to pay the full price! Will never try to order here again
Do not ever order from boohoo, if you expect to have returns. They do not exchange your size. Customer service is horrible. I had to return items from two orders because they did not fit. I emailed customer service to find out if I could ship the returns back in one package versus two packages to avoid paying shipping twice. They said this was fine, write a note about the orders, i included the order return label. They are not refunding me for my second order return because I don't have proof of postage which they failed to state in their initial email about returns. By the time they told me I need proof of postage, i already shipped the package. They processed the returns for the first order but refuse to awknowledge the second order returns included and state they can't without proof of postage which I can't provide as i shipped it from work. I paid boohoo the return shipping and printed the label from their website so work could not provide a proof of postage as they did not weigh or charge me for the parcel. So essentially they have the items back and are keeping my money for them.
The worst experiance in my life. They are basically thieves who take your money, tell you that the parcel is on its way but I believe it has actually never been sent. I placed an order on 22nd of October (today is 11th of November) and after 10 emails they keep giving the same excuse - "We don't know where it is. Maybe it's held at customs but that is out of our hand."
I think we should all sue them and take this to court because this is actually a theft. They are telling the same things to all of us that the parcel is held at customs - and there is no way we can check if it's true or not. While they are enjoying our money

Answer: I wouldn't I had to fight so hard for my refund. It took them about 4 months to acknowledge that they had actually received it
