Made an order of a raincoat 23/09/23. Since I didn't get in in 4 weeks I made a request of a missing item. Got a response rather quickly with a link to check the parcel delivery.
As of today 27/10/23 after more than a month a parcel is still shown to be in China. Made another request- got same automatic response! You cannot claim a refund as a time for delivery is until 12/12/23 if you ordered 23/09/23! Is it delivered somewhere from Mars?

Tried to cancel an order I made within 20 min of making it because it wasn't going to be delivered in time for my event and all customers service said was to return it when it's delivered and they would do nothing more. So I have to pay for shipping twice when you could literally just cancel the order? Do better at customer service. Definitely will never order from here ever again

When I contacted them about the wrong color I received when clearly the brown color is what is advertised( I sent them these pictures) they said it was the studio lighting. Seriously, this isn't just a minor lighting alteration it's just pure deception lol.
DONT ORDER. BESIDES FOR THE FACT THAT THEIR SIZING IS HORREDOUS AND CLOTHING CHEAP QUALITY, There are a bunch of other reviews that say the same thing, but I placed a 20 item order and 2 of the items were missing and when you contact boohoo, they tell you they need to review the footage. This is insane because they package their items in a thin plastic bag, and when it arrives it looks like it has been repackaged 4x. My guess is the items fall out during shipping, and boohoo doesn't care to switch carriers or investigate this.
Bought alot of items and never had an issue but bought this set and wore it once for few hours-washed it that day and when I went to wear it next found the material of all tearing and disintegrating. Won't buy again,it's too hit and miss.

Long time customer, recently ordered a Aviator Bomber jacket for the fall that was faux fur lined. Recieved the jacket and loved the way it looked. However when putting it on I noticed it was constantly shedding. I look at the seams by the collar and the sleeves and the faux fur was falling off as the glue that was holding it on the jacket is very hard and cheap. There are also hard pieces in the sleeves where the fabric sticks out and uncomfortably rubs against your skin, so you cant wear it without a hoodie or sweater. I wont be able to wear it for a season, let alone a long period of time without it falling apart. Very disappointed of the quality cause I loved this jacket.
I purchased some dresses in the fall of 2022! The dresses didn't look nothing like what was shown on website. They didn't fit at all and looked horrible. Therefore, I returned them by spending $58. However, I have not received any response from the company! I ended up losing about $225 of my money. I have no dresses, no refund and no response! I have been humiliated and disrespected and feel like I have been abused! I wish I could get my money back and I hope nobody else purchase from this company so they won't have to go through what I have been through! This was a horrible experience for me!
Was not giving a refund or anything to solve the issue deeply disappointed with the service as I've paid for something and not received the product I've basically gave them money for free

I made a purchase from BooHoo about two weeks ago, and when the package arrived (three days ago), I found that only 5 items out of 9 arrived in the package. I contacted customer service and explained what happened. They replied that the package arrived in its entirety and no item was missing. I explained to them repeatedly that the order did not arrive with all the items and I even sent them a picture. It really didn't interest them, they simply answered me that an "inspection" they did with the security cameras saw that the package was packed and all the items were in it. I asked them for the photo of the security cameras but they refused on the grounds that it violates privacy laws and that I would not receive compensation or the possibility of a return. Their service is terrible and you should not buy anything from them. It can only be described as a $50 steal from the order I placed. I will make sure to post this everywhere I can!
Returned a dress that my wife ordered but was too big, done within less than a week but Boohoo have refused to issue refund. Parcel tracking says its been picked up by Evri but is stuck in transit...
Surely it is up to Boohoo to issue refund and claim loss of Evri?
Ordered a blazer & a tracksuit both size 16. Got the tracksuit and it was a size 6. Blazer was fine fit perfectly and was what I expected. Paid for express delivery which was suppose to take UP TO five days which to my understanding means my parcel shall take no longer than 5 days to arrive! I ordered on a Monday, and it arrived the following Monday but needed the blazer for an event happening on a Sunday. A whole $#*! week to get to me. Ended up getting another outfit due to boohoo's lyin $#*! delivery times and I tracked my parcel and saw that it had made its way to Mars, Pluto and Venus before it made its way to me. And only to receive half an order. Arrrgghhh! Frustrating. Anyways, TRUST THE RATINGS PPL!
Return an item and never been refunded, they only keep saying check with your bank.

I ordered 3 dresses and didn't receive the one I wanted, when I told them, they said they hav checked the cctv footage and saw that my dresses where packed, all 6 tokens were packed. Funny cause I only ordered 3 items, when I mentioned this they said sorry a they missed typed, it was meant to be 3, a load of bull! Then when I asked to look at the footage they saw they said, for my peace of mind they said no cause of privacy. So am I meant to go off by there own words? Pathetic really! Never ordering again!
For years I was a die hard customer of Boohoo and never had issues with orders and clothes are good quality. However recently they began to use a new carrier (Royal Mail) of which lost all 3 recent orders. It was a hassle to go back and forth with Boohoo through email. They eventually resent one order through different carrier. The other 2 refunded. Unfortunate Boohoo will no longer be the reuptable co. It once was due to this carrier.
I generally love the quality of Boohoo clothing however I will not be ordered from them anymore. This is the 3rd time I have received the wrong size. I wear a 20/22 and they ship me a size 12 as if I'm not going to notice. If you don't have my size, just cancel the order and refund me, instead of having me have to take my time shipping the item back and waiting to be refunded.
I ordered some Ugg Boot lookalikes and they looked more like clown shoes, not confortable, not easy to walk in and despite ordering my usual size 4 they were 2 sizes too big! They wanted me to return them, sent me a return link that didn't work and had the audacity to still charge me for them (I paid via Klarna) after I emailed asking for another returns link when the initial one wouldn't work.
My latest order was a pack of "High waisted" cotton leggings They're not high waisted, they are the itchiest, most horrible material I've ever worn and incredibly see threw. I also ordered some "pyjamas" but to my horror opened uo the plastic bag and it was literally just the trousers. Who TF buys only half a set of PJ's and even worse, isn't clear on the advettising. After they can't get the basics right, I'm closing my account, uninstalling their app and never buying from them again. Pure dissapointment.
Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I originally contacted them on the 25th June with an issue that I'm having with a gift voucher. I was asked to wait 48 hours but did not hear anything back. I've contacted them a further 3 times and each time I'm either told to wait another 48 hours or, more recently, to "extend your patience and allow longer for the relevant team to send the resolution for you"…. That was almost a week ago. I've just accepted that I've lost my money and to no longer shop at BooHoo (not that they would be phased by this as losing out on the business of one person really doesn't make any difference to such a big company). Please may this be a warning to other shoppers.
