I've left 1 star only because I would be able leave this review. Mine experience is NEGATIVE, each time I ordered it never arrived on time and never got any updates informing me when I can expect my delivery. No phone to call and talk, messages on WhatsApp being ignored. Not impressed and won't be buying again. Also not happy with quality of fabrics, cheap China fabrics that make you order more often as clothes won't last more than 2 months. Since I've got my next day delivery subscription I have never received order on time, today waiting again and being ignored when asking when can I expect it to arrive. Overall unhappy customer, WOULDNT RECOMMENDED! Zero stars!
I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.
I placed an order for a number of different items, I've never seen such cheap crap in my life how they are allowed to sell this crap I will never know, then I couldn't send them back because I don't have a printer! So I wasted my money because they went in the bin... I would say the bin is the best place for there crappy clothes.
I've ordered quite bit and spent lots of money at Boohoo over about a year and a half. Even though I'd been shopping with Boohoo way before I saw the Joe Lysett programme, it made me a bit dubious to order from them again. I should say that I hadn't, nor have I had any problems with Boohoo to date. I only got some new clobba come today. The prices are amazing, there's mostly always offers on, and the quality is banging. I've only ever had a problem with their bra sizing, but not incredibly so. It could just be me being very small chested! I can't fault delivery (OUTSTANDING) even in these times. Overall amazing! Thank you. Keep it up
I bought clothes they came damaged, torn, twisted! This is the second delivery I make. I thought I might get something nice. The site is very misleading. Everything is a lie. Do not buy! And the service is not good! And they do not take responsibility

I placed an order on 9/27 and returned the very cheaply made item on 10/7. I have requested a refund at minimum 20 times and the only response I've received is:

They are in essence non-responsive to their customers and don't adhere to their own refund policy. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE IT'S A SCAM! No contact number, no customer service and no recourse unless you live in China close to this sweatshop!
This is the worst I did exspress shipping on an item I didn't receive which is supposed to come in two to three days and it's past that deadline I will never buy from here agian
Please do not buy from this site. There is a reason this lined coat is $40. Look at the crooked topstitching. The two top buttons do not align with the others and actually land right on top of the chest area. When I asked the site to send me a return label at their cost because of the faulty stitching, their answer was to ask me to keep the coat for $5 off. That is not customer service for such poor quality and deceptive sales.
I have paid for next day delivery for the year. Twice now I have not received my items for next day delivery. I had to wait 3 days for the item(s). When I have complained, all they said was, it is on its way. Disgusting service and I should be compensated for the scam of paying for next day delivery. I have also received torn clothing and a face mask that was obviously ripped then sewn back together and they had the nerve to tell me it's not returnable. I would give Boohoo zilch stars if I could.
I ordered 3 things, 2 pairs of joggers, one hoodie. They came the day they were supposed to, everything was great quality too. The joggers are perfect. The hoodie was huge and i ordered the smallest size but it did say it was oversized. But overall i love them and i recommend.

BOOHOO PROMISED TO PAY, BUT NEVER DID, EVEN AFTER SENDING MULTIPLE DETAILED INFORMATION AND OCCASIONALLY RECEIVING A RANDOM EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE? AS A NEW CUSTOMER, I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH BOOHOO, BUT RECEIVED NOTHING BUT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE IN RETURN. OTHER CONSUMERS SHOULD KNOW BEFORE SPENDING THEIR MONEY AND RISK IT BEING LOST WITH NO WAY OF CONTACTING OR RECEIVING A REFUND. THIS IS A SCAM IN BOOHOO IS NOT LEGIT.
I had ordered from boohoo.com. It is written on the website that they cover all customs. However after the item came to my place I was told to pay customs. I contacted customer service and they told me that they would refund the amount I would pay for customs. After I made the payment they asked me to send the receipt and my PayPal account link. However then I was told that they don't cover customs in India. Worst experience. They are fraud
I ordered a boohoo eyeliner and I am totally disappointed from it. When I opened it, there wasn't any black pigment to put on your eyelids. Instead, there was a dry colourless pigment that can't be used. So, I needed to crack the whole eyeliner to make sure that it is absolutely useless inside, it was empty. Total waste of money!
Pure FRAUD. ORDER WAS NOT THE CORRECT ORDER. NOTHING ABOUT THE ORDERED BOOTS WAS CORRECT. Big mess trying to return: getting many emails from 4 different sources--none are resolving the return problem. Classic scam of deceive the buyer and blast fake emails so the buyer gets frustrated abd gives up. I am not giving up.
Very poor customer service from Boohoo.
On the date I ordered, the website clearly stated 28 days to return an item. The website still stated 28 days to return items on the date I tried to start a return.
However, the website would not allow me to initiate returns.
Nicole, Aimee and Ashleigh who work in customer service were very unhelpful saying that they'd changed the return times to 14 days even though the website still stated 28 days. I have a screenshot of the website to prove it states 28 days to return.
They've left me no other option than to initiate two credit card claimbacks to get a refund for the poor quality clothing.
I have been ordering from Boohoo for a while but the quality of clothing has deteriorated and I have to send more items back on every order.
Don't buy anything from this store unless you don't plan on returning the items.
I bought a blouse, the blouse was ripped, I needed to return it, they told me I needed to pay 4 dlls for a return label, I paid the fee and they never email me the label.
I email them a bunch of times to let them know I didn't get the return label and they still haven't sent it to me, they keep dragging it and avoiding me, I asked for my 4 dlls refund and they ignore me.
They are unreliable, unprofessional thieves.

I ordered a t-shirt and specifically paid for NEXT day delivery as I needed it Wednesday. I am yet to receive my order, at this point I don't even need the t-shirt! Ridiculous that I paid for a service and haven't received it... avoid
