Loved my clothes

I recently started my YouTube channel and I purchased a bunch of lounge sets from Boohoo to do a clothing haul. I loved everything I ordered. I tried to use their mobile app but it was very hard to navigate so I had to use the website. Once I got on the website though I found a lot of outfits that I loved. They offer petite and plus size options too so that's great that they are inclusive. I noticed that they are always offering some form of a discount so that makes it really great to order whenever you want.

Late delivery

Ordered items and paid for shipping for me to receive my items on time for Christmas i tried contacting the company on this matter several times they guaranteed i would receive my package by December 23rd and its still at the post office and hasnt moved as of now still dont order from this company they lie about delivery my Christmas was ruined i didnt wrap any gifts

Disgusting Company

Their site glitched and charged me twice and sent me the same order twice and they still refused to issue me a free return label. Their customer service is absolutely trash and have no organization at all.

Extremely slow shipping

I will NEVER buy from them again! They have to ship your product from the UK! I paid standard shipping which they say takes 10 business days... make that a month instead. Worst ever for shipping! I bought my product a month in advance.

Not delivered

I ordered on 12/6/20. I received a shipment confirmation and tracking #. On 12/18/20 the company emailed me claiming weather delayed my delivery from Fedex. Called Fedex today 12/22, they haven't received a package the company only made a shipping label. There is no phone # had to Whatsapp them waiting on a response. Will never order from them again these were Xmas gifts. I now have to try and find the items at another company in time for Xmas. Horrible company!

This is absolutely the worst website to order for shipping. Your order will take more than a month to come. Also there's no actual customer service so you just get a bunch of random people on WhatsApp who can't provide ANY HELP! Beware

Horrible

I placed an order on the 30th of November and boohoo is telling me that I will not be able to receive a refund or credit until January 3rd. There customer service is horrible. Not to mention they do not have a line to call.

This company tried to over charge me and when I reached out to them, they just kept saying send me a pic of the order... I sent three pics and they still couldn't fix my total. I was ordering 2 shirts one for 10.00 and the other for 28.00, equals 28.00 but it kept coming up 40.00. So I didn't order from them nor will I order from them... the products aren't the best anyway.

Never buy from Boohoo

Package lost in the post - tracking clearly shows this. But Boohoo will not refund or resend until a month later leaving it too late for me to buy other Christmas presents. Disgusting customer service. They have stolen my money!

No Refund Returned

I returned 2 items to Boohoo in October 2020, because of the style (ugly). I have not received my refund yet it's now December 2020. They said they credit my Bank Card but could not confirm the Bank Card Numbers the refund was sent too, yeah right. They just lost a Customer.

I ordered boots along with other items... didn't get the boots. So I had to send them back to receive my refund. The boots were now out of stock and so they couldn't send me out one, even though I paid for it. Got my refund, but not for the boots but for the cheapest item I ordered even though I printed the correct returns label with the order number for the boots on a note I was instructed to write out by their representatives.
Absolutely infuriating. Both faults on their parts. Currently waiting to hear back for my correct refund...

Never again

Express delivery took 2 weeks when it finally came the delivery man left a note that I have to pick it up from our local post office! Our local post office openings times makes it impossible for me to pick it up. Disgusted they didn't leave it in a safe place for me like literally every single other delivery person has done especially during covid EVERY SINGLE delivery iv had has been left in a safe spot. I waited a whole month for my clothes when I paid for shipping that was promised in 7 days. My parcel apparently got lost while being shipped and it took multiple emails for the boohoo team to realize this. After many complaints and questions, I was promised a $10 gift voucher that I did not receive. 1 of my items were then out of stock when they replaced my order. Once I received my parcel a whole month later, my jacket and one of my shirts were 2 sizes too big than the size i chose. They're good quality clothes but not worth the wait, stress and inaccurate sizes.

For at least 8 years ive been a busy boohoo customer and never really had an issue until this year. Two orders in a row have contained faulty items. Their process regarding this is, "we'll refund you, please make sure you recycle the item". They do not offer exchanges. This is their mistake and they are not willing to send out the correct item. And on top of that they refunded me a lesser amount. Their returns process is also an ordeal, so be careful if you order the wrong size. I will save my pennies and no longer shop here.

I recently ordered this puffer jacket for my daughter as a Christmas present. She saw it on the site and loved it but when we received the jacket it looked nothing like the picture. The jacket looks and feels like a trash bag and does not have even a slight bit of the puff look. One wrong move and its going to shred into pieces. Highly disappointed, especially considering it was almost $60 after shipping. Would not recommend.
