Purchased over $1000 worth of clothing half price on the lot. 5 of the 13 items do not fit yet are the same sizing which is size 20.
3 jackets are oversized which should have a label attached reading size 24 not 20.1 jacket which is the velvet biker jacket is the most paper thin material as are the other 3 and being a size 20 I couldnt get my arm into the sleeves! Come on boohoo what is going on here? The biker jacket says size 20 on the fixed label but its definitely a 16 fit. As for the Jean's I ordered high rise got low rise. I'm pissed as I have spent so much money on these items for work and I dont have the time to be sending this crappy clothing back for a refund IF I am deemed eligible. I'll honestly never buy another item from here again the quality is like sweat shop quality very thin and over sized or undersized do not attempt to buy from here. Fancy gimmicks and adverts do not depict the actual product quality stay far away from boohoo! Now I know why they call it boohoo because they leave you crying of all the money you spend for poor quality! Boohoo to me!
I am a first time customer with Boohoo, and I was really looking forward to receiving my shipment because I'd heard really good things about them. I placed my order on 3/17 a month before I would need the items, thinking that this would give enough time for the shipment to process and be delivered. I was promised that the shipment would only take 8 days. Here it is two weeks later and I have still not received my order. I can be patient, I have had orders take longer. I understand that it is not completely Boohoo's fault that the shipment has been delayed, but my complaint is not about the shipment being delayed, but rather the way that Boohoo's customer service has handled my situation so far. I have been in contact with 2 different reps, and both left me feeling very helpless. The last person I spoke with was patronizing. It is your job to deal with customers and help them with their issues, so why act as though that isn't your job? Why treat your customers disrespectfully? A customer service rep's job is to de-esculate, but instead I was left feeling like they were trying to get rid of me. My first experience with Boohoo is not looking good. I will not be ordering from them again in the future. I will update on the progress of this issue so other's can learn from my experience.
Extremely poor customer service. Firstly, sent two emails which date back to 2 weeks ago but have still not received any response to either.
Tried to speak with the team via WhatsApp - got a different person each time each of whom did not read the previous notes so the conversation dragged on due to them not reading this correctly.
Then when I was passed to a ‘manager' - Nicha - they offered me a £5 voucher to solve my complaint. Being well aware that nothing on that site is £5 and that I would have to spend more of my own money to even use the supposed complaint resolution. When I stated this, I got a very sarcastic and patronising message back stating they were happy to resolve this for me and that they would be closing my complaint. I advised that I was not satisfied with this outcome and they stated it was closed and they were happy to help again. Absolutely appalling service.
From customer service, to shipping and returns, terrible company to deal with! Do not shop here. Representatives are not helpful and lack empathy. I received an order with the wrong sizes and they wanted me to send it back and pay for the shipping! Most recently, I ordered clothes for Easter, paid for express shipping, did not receive my order in time and they refused to reimburse me my express shipping costs. Save your time and money and find a reputable company to order clothes from online!
Attention! Cyprus shoppers! Do not shop from this site unless you are willing to pay extra tax! On their site they mention that they pay for ALL TAXES and they promised me that they will refund any taxes BUT THEY NEVER DID! They lied and then act like they dont know anything about it. HORRIBLE. Do not believe their lies.
I ordered jeans, and they sent out the wrong size. I informed them about it and they said that I can return it. But the most annoying thing was, since I am returning from Norway, the shipping costs more than the cost of the jeans! My point is, it was their fault that they sent out the wrong size. In the end, they said that they can't do anything about it, since that is the only option their system has! For that, I will never order from them again. They should not offer online shopping if they will not allow free returns for their defective product.
I understand that they clothes some are cheap but they quality are trash, sizes are really big and the material of the clothes are really really cheap like you can see true the clothes. I wasted my money, forever shein smh.
I Ordered some clothes in 28th of December. Waited for over 1 month to receive anything and then I contacted them through email. When I asked them what the heck is going on, they said once again that "the parcel has been lost on the way to the courier". I waited 2 damn months for NOTHING. Worse experience in my life. Only good thing is that i received the refund within an hour.Other than that, a huge disappointment.
I have a love and hate relationship with Boohoo. I love buying their dresses and I have never been disappointed with the quality and price. (Average maxi dress price is 20-25 dollars). The issue with me is that you pay $10 for shipping and it takes about a month. It's also really hard to track the shipment and often times it comes randomly. I have no problem with the wait but one time it got delayed and my package was delayed for 3 months. Otherwise I love the site and the prices are good. I have purchased about 15 dresses from them and I will continue to do so despite the wait times.
Worst customer service and delivery service ever! I do not recommend at all! They have lost my parcel and have no idea how to resolve the issue, they just push it back... and I pay next day delivery for a year! It doesn't work at all! They told me i have to wait 2 weeks to see what they can do... pathetic...
Like the title says, Boohoo sells trash with terrible customer service. My package has been lost for over 2 weeks and Boohoo is doing nothing to resolve the situation. UPS has informed me they are receiving numerous package from Boohoo that arrive completely empty. Screw Boohoo and their awful customer service. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's crap. Right now I want my money back

An Absolutely "boohoo" for the money and the hope I lost waiting to fit some pieces to my clothes collection from boohoo.com. Because I order from Greece, I tried to study the sizes chart very well and I measured my body separately for each item I ordered. The clothes though, have unacceptable fit, it is like I ordered for a body of 10 kg less. The quality is the poorest, the clothes are seethrough, and they stick at your skin, very unhealthty. Unfortunately, the return expenses cost 69€, so no worth it at all, to return them for a 30 euros refund. The wide fit shoes I'd what lead me to this site at first, but they are fake. No special design for wide toebox, just one size higher and that's it. I am talking about the black pointy pumps, a khahi ribbed dress with fluffy sleeves, and two openings at the side, one ribbed long sleeve (they're both like small, while I ordered medium), and a mint ribbed short sleeve t- shirt, which first time in my life has narrower shoulders than mine. I am a curvy petite, so I chose this category. They know nothing about clothes and I feel very disrespectful. Plus it takes them more than a week to send you the parcel. This is due to Brexit, I can understand than, but you can write explicitly boohoo " Are you sure you want to proceed? You may lay customs at the delivery and a fortune to return them in case you are not happy that we scammed you". The clothes I gave them already to kids, so I don't have pictures only from the shoes
Ya so dont ever order from Boohoo. You pay $10 or more for shipping plus international fees and If nothing fits you send it all back for $4 plus more international fees and you end up with nothing. So ya I paid a little over $20 for nothing. The wesite says choose your regular US size so I did and everything was like 4 sizes too big. Their measurments guide is way off and Customer service will NOT refund Shipping Even if it IS their Fault!
I will never order from here again. My order was supposed to be here on 2/19. Today is the last day in February and my order is no where to be found. I've contacted them and they refuse to refund my money. They just keep telling me to be patient. I want my money back.
I ordered 7 items from Boohoo and they sent all wrong sizes. Size 24 and 26 and I ordered a 18. I should have known because ot took 4 months to get them. This order is a mess and I will never purchse from them again. I guess they sent me whatever was left in the stockroom.
Paid $70.00 for pencil Skirt, which has zipper sewn in SKEW resulting in fabric puckering around area. They apparently can't see the fault from numerous photos sent and refuse to regard it as defective item... Spare specs anyone... I will not recommend or ever use them again.
I'm just came here to share my disappointment with this company, I bought one grey tracksuit with a hooded, on boohoo app, it supposed to be for valentine's day, anyway my item came totally different, it delivered for me a green tacksuits with no hoode. Completed different item that I order.
That's ok, I contact the costumer service told them what happened, I gave my tracking number, took the picture to prove, they saw it was wrong, they said I had to return it by post, and the return was totally free, next day I went to the post office I had to pay 9 euros to return it, ah I just had to go on an post because the fastway u are unable to contact them,
I contacted again the costumer service and they said they would refund it for me, fine, so finally I asked then when my right item would be delivered, because I still wanted the right grey tracksuit and they said it is out off stock.
I'm so angry about it, it supposed to be a valentine's present and now it a night mirror, and they will refund me I dont know when.
Right now I dont have no money and no present.

Then order a jumper and hoodie using their size guide and wow.:: horrendous sizing, the jumper was 2 sizes to big and the hoodie, I ordered an XL and it is a tad bigger than my partners who wears a SMALL... terrible sizing and the quality isn't good either
