I was told the jets were included. They were not. So I ordered them separately have not gotten them yet

Next day air has been breaking down. UPS is struggling. Some out of stock on common service items. I'm having to delete them from my Boats.net order and pick them up locally from dealerships that have a health in stock status. My purchase price could be better. I've noticed on some high demand expensive items have no cost break. But overall, you guys have been great. I typically use option #2 when I call due to the sales department has been a bit uninformed.
Exactly what I needed in stock and ready to ship. I went to the local parts dealer and they did not have a head gasket for my Yamaha. In my opinion a common item. They said we have to order it and it will take a week.
I talked to 4 or 5 different employees and all of them were really helpfull,

I ordered parts for my Honda 20 HP outboard for my dingy. They were delivered the same day, but I discovered some other problems while disassembling the motor. So I ordered the extra parts and the arrived in three days AMAZING! Thank you Boats.net
The shipping was messed up and then when I opened the package the gasket had been folded to fit in the box. You don't fold gaskets. That's what causes leaks.

My last two purchases did not charge as PayPal pay in 4 like I selected at checkout. I even set it up on PayPal, but upon checkout, the full amount drafted. I contacted PayPal, and PayPal indicated this was the fault of the merchant. Please fix this issue
