The box the parts come in is usually flimsy & rips easily - have lost small parts in past shipments due to this. Please use stronger boxes.
Yamaha oil filters - I usually order these in piece quantities of 10, however they're always put loose into the box, & arrive with damage to the individual packages - perhaps you could send these in the 10-piece packaging?
