Great customer service, placed a order, picture showed the float assembly as part of the tank assembly, sales rep on the phone agreed, placed the order, within 1 hour received a call from the sales rep stating he had talked to Mercury and the float was a separate part, which then we added to the order, it is rare to find people that care to do a great job!

I needed a potentiometer for my "well seasoned"trolling motor and couldn't find one anywhere. Finally came across boats.net. They not only had the part, it was cheaper than similar items I was seeing on other sites. Shipping was fast and the part was packaged well. I installed the potentiometer and it's working perfectly.
