I ordered a trim motor for a 2018 Yamaha f90Lb. I gave them all of the motor information but received the wrong part. The return process was easy. Upon calling and talking with a sales rep they told me the part was obselete which isn't correct because I just purchased from another source.

Unfortunately, while the updated part is intended as a direct replacement, it does not fit all earlier applications—in this case, due to a change in shaft length.
