Scam artists

Suprised that a site like this hasnt been shutdown. Using zendesk to track tickets is your first sign that they will not resolve the issue. Ill be lucky if I ever receive my order. Super bummed

Ordered on Dec 10, and was debited from Paypal the same day, never received a tracking number or received the item. Contact with them is answered by what look like a boiler plate answer "Sorry for the delay Bhla bhla bhla" this is December 18 and I don't have a shipping No. Yet. I don't think I will ever get my item. This is purley a scam to use your money for as long as they can before you raise kain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER you will regret it, and they could not care less.

Bad business! Stay away!

I should have reviewed before i ordered! One month later and never received, wont answer emails. Hoping i get refunded through PayPal. I am sure they would be a piece of crap if I did receive them according to reviews!

I placed an order on November 7 and it said it would be delivered within a week. Have sent them multiple emails and every single time the response is, "Sorry this item is on back order but we will be receiving thousands of new items early next week." DON'T BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM

Total scam!

After my purchase I found all these negative reviews, trust me, they are all true. We placed two orders on Dec. 3rd and 5th. PayPal paid for these immediately. When we check our oder status is just says paid and unfulfilled. I have sent them 6 messages via Facebook and email. Got one response asking me to not send multiple inquiries. Just glad I used PayPal so I can get my money back!

I ordered 4 items, i recieved 3 of the item and 1 item is still missing... ive messaged them on facebook and sent email to them... no response. Im waiting for my wireless charger but i guess i got scammed... i heard it was not a good item. Boy i wish i would have found this reviews before i ordered... i want a company that i can get a hold of by calling. This waiting for them to respond by email is ridiculous. This day and age only scam companies do that crap. I wish i wouldve checked them out beforehand... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IF IT WAS REAL YOU WOULD HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL... WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought an item from Broadwalk Buy on 11/30/16. It guaranteed shipment within 24 hours. They charged my Visa on 12/2/16 and 8 days later I have no shipment confirmation or item. I have e-mailed them a few times, but they never answer any e-mails. Their lack of response has led me to believe this is a SCAM company

Total ripoff

I purchased some microfiber slippers from them as an impulse buy. I got 5 pairs and it cost me $50.44 with shipping. Just found the same ones on Amazon for $3 with free shipping. Definitely do your homework before buying from these rip off artists!

This company is probably a huge scam. I bought a Superman shirt for my husband as a Christmas present and it said shipping would be 5-10 business days. It's been 3 weeks and I have no idea where my shirt is :( I contacted their customer service and demanded a tracking number of my package and it still says it's in China for more than week! Very dissapointed with this purchase and will never order anything anymore! I don't even think I will receive my item :(

Butterfly Curtains

It took 3 weeks to arrive (surprisingly coming all the waybfrom China in a tiny package and when it did their was only ONE panel in the package. Kicker? I can get a refund if I pay to ship it back to NY. I already paid to ship it to me! It was their error. BUYER BEWARE!

Product Was Used...

I purchased one of those brush detangler straightener devices. It took almost a month to get delivered. Kind of what I expected. I also was expecting it not to work for my hair since I have extremely curly, very prone to frizz hair. That didn't really bother me as I wasn't expecting it to work. But when it arrived, it was obviously used. It smelled very off... There was also a hair stuck in between those tooth things. Pretty gross... :( I may regift it... I doubt they'd take it back. Luckily I didn't spend much at all.

I ordered a cell phone case from this company and it took over a month to get it and they sent the wrong one. Had to email them several times to find out what was going on. They charged my credit card right away of course.

Fraud company

After almost 2 months Paypal finally got my order for me. They have no resolution center and will not let you cancel your order even after weeks of not shipping yet they charge your account ASAP after you order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this scam-artist unless you like drama!

They sell crap

I ordered the HD Vehicle Blackbox DVR. It arrived in a timely manner but had issues. The video would skip whole travel times and show it was recording. The thing would lock up or freeze and have to be powered down by letting the battery run out. It took 7 emails to get them to send me a new one. They asked for a video of it freezing but they can't be sent a video bigger than 5mb. So i had to chop up the video for them. The second unit worked for a week then started turning off or going to green screen again i made a video and sent it off chopped up in 5mb sections. The third unit worked again for a few weeks and then locked up. It showed a moving screen but was not recording again it was locked up and would not shut down or respond to any of the buttons. Another video made and chopped and sent. No word back from them yet. At this point i don't want another unit and would happily send all 3 units back to them as they are crap. I would say to every one to not order anything from this place. And would be happy to share my 3 videos of the units.

SCAMMERS

Nasty scammers, buy something from a uk address, it gets delivered from a uk address (if ever). Any problems they dodge UK law by having to send faulty goods to TORONTO! At your cost by fully tracked post. This will cost more than some of the worthless junk they sell. So be warned, AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

Yes, I received the item I ordered, however I'd asked to change the shipping address which they said they'd done but didn't. Also no tracking information was provided until after the item had been delivered and so I didn't know which address to check to until after the fact.

I will avoid them in the future. If you can't provide good automated customer service, you have no business taking orders on the web.

Improper refund
October 27, 2016

I ordered a dash cam for 29.99 with free shipping. It came defective and wanted a refund. Then I noticed they charged me $33.48. After a dozen back and forth emails (it takes them 2 days to answer) I sent it back and scanned the receipt to their satisfaction. But here's the rub: they only refunded 29.99! So they are still going to get me for 3.49.
THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST i HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Good Experience

Planning placing an order with them and I thought I would look at reviews. My wife recently ordered two 6 foot heavy duty android charge cords. So far they appear to be of good quality. They were shipped promptly. Read some of the negative reviews and felt I should share ours.

This company is a complete scam! I ordered what was marketed as a Samsung wireless charger. The ad even shows the wireless charger with Samsung across the base of the charger. I ordered it on 8/5/2016, my card was charged that day and I did not receive the item until 9/9/16. When it arrived it was a cheap knock off charger that was made of lightweight plastic and no brand name. I plugged it in and tried charging my phone for hours. It did not work at all! I contacted customer service(they only have email, no phone number). I told them I wanted a refund asap and that the charger I ordered was not the charger I received. It took a few days but I heard back that I would have to PAY to ship it back with tracking. I refuse to do that. I should not have to pay for something to be returned that I did not order. They sold me an inferior non-functioning piece of plastic(it's not even heavy enough to use as a paperweight). I've filed claims with my credit card, paypal and the BBB. Whatever anyone does DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is something else. They are now going around to different consumer sites trying to get their negative reviews taken down saying that we don't EXSIT! I have dozens of emails from Boardwalk buy. I will be happy to provide my order email and my refund email. They said they can't find my account based on my name. I have a very unique last name, I find it REALLY hard to believe. Please everyone keep reviewing on ALL sites in both US and Canada. This company is clearly hiding something. They only gave me a refund after I posted dozen's of reviews and contacted the BBB and my local police department to help me resolve this scam. DO NOT BUY from this company. Their customer service was really great! I asked for a status of my order and I received a reply within 24, which is really rare these days. The csr was pleasant and gave me tracking. When I got my package I was completely satisfied with the products for the price I paid. Definitely doing my christmas shopping with Boardwalk Buy!
