Please help those of us who have not received the merchandise we paid for from Boardwalkbuy.com, and help us to get the word out that this company is a scam! There are over 50 negative reviews on sitjabber.com from consumers who have placed orders, their credit cards are charged the same day, the merchandise is never shipped, and when the consumer contacts the company, they tackle the infamous computer generated email responses of nothing but lies on when their order is going to ship.
I placed and order for a hair straightening brush on 12/15/16, I have still yet to receive my merchandise, of course my credit card was charged the same day. I too have emailed the company two different occasions and only once did I receive a response that "due to the unusual high volume of orders your order is excepted to be delivered in 4-5 business days"
Facebook please stop Boardwalkbuy.com from posting adds on your site allowing merchants to scam your followers.
I ordered Christmas presents on Dec. 13th with a guarantee they would ship in 2 days and I would received them by Christmas, I still haven't received them. So I had to go out and buy more Christmas presents locally. I emailed them just to get an automated email saying we received your email, but it might take up to 4-5 days before we respond back due to heavy demands. Five days later I receive an email saying we are sorry you haven't received your order it should ship in 4-5 business days, and we will be happy to give you a 10$ off coupon for your next order, we are just overwhelmed with orders and not enough employees. That email I received on Christmas Eve. They don't have a problem charging your credit card though. It is now Dec. 30th and nothing. I am working now with my credit card to reverse the charges.
I ordered 8 pairs of mop socks on Dec. 2. I still have not received them as of Dec. 29. I emailed them twice and each time it took 9-10 days to get a response. First email said they were back ordered and I would receive them end of this week. I emailed again and was told I would receive tracking info when they are shipped. They charged my credit card the day I ordered and one month later I have nothing.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have been waiting since November for my product and all I get is a computer generated note stating I will be contacted and it NEVER is. I write them every other day and nothing!
I bought two/ 10 foot chargers. Within a day, they only worked sporadically. I messaged Boardwalk Buy and received a computer generated response that I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours. I never heard from anyone. So, thinking that maybe my phone was the issue, I gave one of the chargers to my sister. She tried it on all of their androids. Doesn't work. So I messaged Boardwalk Buy again, only to receive the same computer generated message. I don't expect anyone to respond. They don't care. Junk products. Won't ever buy from them again. They rate ZERO in products and customer service.
I ordered a product in 10 minutes later tried to cancel it and wrote them a letter they emailed me 13 days later and said they couldn't do anything about it that they were processing my order I still haven't gotten the product there's no contact number for pathetic company don't waste your time
Don't waste your time with these scam artists. It's mind boggling they haven't been shut down... Look at all the reviews and all the people they have scammed...
I ordered a Christmas present inNovember. It has not arrived by Christmas Eve. I charged it and will not pay. Avoid this company.
No point in reviewing this company as all the 1 star reviews are spot on. No phone numbers, no address just an email address that just sends out standard responses. I have waited 2 weeks to find out when my goods are going to be despatched and despite the fact I have messaged them 5 times have not had a 'human' response confirming that my goods have been sent out. I have never spontaneously clicked on a Facebook pop up to buy something but buyers beware... check out Facebook pop ups because they obviously dont!
I ordered 2 of the speakers and have yet to receive them. I was told I would receive them in 4-7 days. That was over a week ago. Still haven't received anything and they do not respond any more to emails. Horrible customer service.
I ordered the curtain lights on Thanksgiving, I have emailed multiple times and get the same canned response, no real person. No merchandise received and it is now a month later. I wish I would have checked for complaints prior to ordering, as I would not have placed an order. Obviously threw my money away. I have requested a refund, and of course not receiving any response. On 12/01/2016 I ordered a Wireless Charger Charging Pad for $14,99 plus $3.49 shipping. The company confirmed my order the same day. According to the company's current website, the item is "In-Stock - Ships in 24 hours." On 12/06/2016, when I had not received a notice of ship, I contacted the company by email. Alex R. Replied and said:
"Your order has been received and is currently being processed. As we are now in our holiday season, shipping can take up to 5-7 business days, as stated on our website. Once shipped you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included. Delivery can take up to 3-5 business days."
On 12/15/2016 when I had received neither the product nor the confirmation email with a tracking number, I sent an email saying, "Since it has now been 14 days and I have not received notification of shipping, please cancel the order..."
On 12/21/2016 Larry B. Replied and said, "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to [sic] cancel at this point."
It is now 12/22/2016 and I still have not received the product nor the confirmation email with a tracking number. It appears that I will not have the product in time for Christmas.
Based on my experience I suggest that you not do business with Boardwalkbuy.
I purchased a product on 12/01/2016; I hadn't received it by 12/09/2016 so I emailed the company. They responded saying I should expect it in 4-5 business days. It is now 12/22/2016 and I have yet to receive my order, and on top of that they have not responded to my last 3 emails I have sent to them. I keep getting automated responses, but no actual response letting me know when to expect my order, or tracking info, or anything. Thankfully I paid through PayPal, so I am hopeful PayPal will be reimbursing me. Will NOT order from them again! Beware!
I ordered in early November a gift said approximately 5 to 8 days for shipping still have not received package 3 days before Christmas 0 stars
Order a necklace for my granddaughter at the beginning of December comma and still have not seen it on December 17th. I sent an email asking what the status was. Received a response today, December 21st, letting me know that I would not have it for my granddaughter for Christmas. For my inconvenience, I get 10% off my next order. Not going to happen, and there will be no next order. Very disappointed and told the company so..
I ordered the curtain lights on Dec. 14th-it hasn't been that long, but after reading many reviews about this company, I'm getting worried. The only e-mail I rec'd from them was the day I ordered & paid was that my order was rec'd. Well, it's a week and no shipping confirmation-nothing, so I e-mailed them inquiring as to the status. I probably won't hear from them either.
Ordered quite some time ago. Tried to contact them about it. Got no where. Now read other reviews. This is scam. Don't order from them.
I ordered 4 Bluetooth Speakers on November 28th and have no received them yet! No one will communicate with me, but you better believe my credit card was charged on that day! SO FRUSTRATED!
