BEWARE! I ORDERED CHRISTMAS GIFTS OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER! I SPENT OVER $150.00 TO QUALIFY FOR THE 2 DAY FREE SHIPPING! I CALLED A FEW DAYS AGO AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER WOULD BE HERE ON THE 23RD. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT FOR SOME REASON MY ORDER WAS DUPLICATED AND I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE. DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE ON THE 23RD AS TOLD. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE SECOND TIME I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED AFTER CHRISTMAS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY VERY RUDE. I DID ALL MY SHOPPING ON LINE AND THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT FAILED TO DELIVER ON TIME. THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SUCKS.
NEVER EVER order from here! Made an order that I had to cancel the following day (found a better deal at another store) and they said "Not a problem! We can cancel that for you, you should receive a refund withing 72 hours." The following day I get two emails stating that my order has now been shipped! I call them (numerous times since they do not answer on the first call) and they say oops! Our mistake, it was never cancelled! Now i have to wait over 20 days for the order to come in, ship it back, and wait for a refund! Unbelievable! Unreliable customer service!
Be careful with them; their one day only sale prices are often inaccurate. For example, today I saw a pair of gloves supposedly only available today for an extra 15% off... that upon closer examination were the exact same price bluefly has listed them for the last two weeks (without the today only language). When I called them about this blatantly false advertising they refused to honor the promise of an additional 15% off. The supervisor's explanation gave me the impression this is a typical business practice for the company.
***Please don't buy any cashmere from bluefly.com***. I bought 10-15 pieces of Bluefly cashmeres between 1-2 years ago. This winter season, I took them out and most of cashmeres have holes on them. First of all, I thought my closet has ants to bite all my clothes, however only Bluefly's cashmeres (brand: Hayden, C3 Collection, Magaschoni, Autumn and Wyatt) has at least 2 HOLES -- BUNCCH HOLES...
I was very very upset about my cashmeres, which I spent at least $60-145 for each cashmere from Bluefly.com. At this point, I don't expect any refund, but hope other customers can see my review and DON'T spent money on Bluefly's cashmeres, otherwise you only wear one year and next winter you will have to trash them -- WASTE YOUR MONEY*************
I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service and the website in general. I tried to order a pair of boots four times and each time it said my billing address was incorrect. I checked with my bank and it was correct. This website should be shut down. It is despicable and poorly run. I do not recommend buying anything through this website.

What I am an advocate for are "fairness" and "business acumen". In one sentence that could save you from unnecessary hassles, do not shop on BLUEFLY.COM ever! It took over 2 months for BLUEFLY to recognize that they had not processed my refund at all. That is - 2 months of not getting my money back, days of my calling to alert them of the issue and additional 2 weeks to actually get my refund. So much for "FLY".
BEWARE! Don't purchase any high quality or expensive merchandise from this site as they do not offer basic repairs if damaged. I bought a Reece Hudson bag from Bluefly less than a year ago. It's an expensive bag and I expected high quality. The black coating on the hardware started chipping less than a year later after I purchased it and - after making me send them pictures - Bluefly refused to do anything to help me because the purchase was more than 60 days ago, even though they continue to have the bag in stock. If I had purchased the bag from Bloomingdales, this would have been fixed for free in one second, no questions asked. NOT WORTH IT.
Purchased a bag that I had been eyeing for an extra 10% off--that day only. I received an email that wasn't their normal confirmation email, but I didn't pay much attention to it. The next day, I checked on my order status to find that it has been CANCELLED. The reason was that they couldn't verify my billing address with the bank. There was no problem with the billing address; the one I gave matched my credit card. I spoke with the bank, and they told me that they did in fact approve the transaction, and the hold was coming from the merchant. I spoke to the Bluefly rep, who told me that I will have to create a new order. Okay. The only problem was, the item is no longer available on Bluefly, but on their sister site Belle & Clive without the extra 10% discount. B&C would be unable to honor the price I had.
Also, the store credit that I used as part of my payment was not credited back. Rather, the rep put in a "note" on my account about it. This means if I want to place an order, I will need to talk to a rep to activate it.
I was very much looking forward to having that item, but due to Bluefly's negligence, I no longer have the item.
Will never EVER shop at BlueFly online again. I now have 2 dresses that I can't use because I didn't see the teeny tiny little 'Final Sale'. Pathetic that I couldn't return something the same day I received it after trying it on and realizing it didn't fit. I hope other people who think of buying something on BlueFly will read the reviews and STOP! My guess is BlueFly won't be around long with such crappy customer service and ridiculous return policies. I tried to submit this review with no stars, but I reluctantly had to click on one star.

I have an order on 27/5/2014, gave me track number, and right now it ready to delivery out to an place in us, i'm in AUSTRALIA! Wish i read all these reviews before ordered it... grrr... very angry to bluefly.com, i also was scammed with vonvonni.com, they not send my order, not refund... contact bbb, but case closed, they r hide like a mouse
Horrible service. No response to emails. I wanted to return an item, but couldn't because the order status was still "processing" on their website, even though I received the item two weeks earlier. Then when they finally responded after a second email, I was told it was past the 21 day return period (even though the order still said "processing" on their website.
This is my second time purchasing from bluefly & they were both expensive designer handbags. I was horrified after reading the reviews but they were such great deals that i ignored the reviews and I'm so thankful i did ignore them the second handbag is a mulberry bayswater 40% cheaper than the actual price & omg its beautiful exactly what the picture looks. Its in perfect condition with a dust bag, my only complain is that it came in box & wrap in cheap plastic trash bag unlike my first order it came in a huge zip lock nevertheless it didn't affect the integrity of the bag it was still in perfect condition its just that it made it look cheap but what the heck I'm paying a lot less for this heavenly bag. Customer service had been great with me too i had issues with my shipping charges I'm suppose to get a free shipping but was not credited after i submitted the order. I emailed them & got a response in less than 24 hrs & credited the shipping in about less than 3 days. I was surprised coz as i was reading the reviews credits & customer service is almost impossible to deal with but so far i have been lucky. I also got an email for the confirmation order & a fedex tracking just like any other online orders. So there I'm one happy gal! Thanks bluefly hope to see more great deals & hopefully will not have issues like others I'm keeping my fingers cross!
I have ordered seven items - dresses, blouses, and swimwear - from this company over the past six months and every time I love what I get, it's just as pictured, and sometimes it's even better! I've had a great experience building my closet with beautiful items from BF and have had no issues re: customer service or mixups. I'll continue to use this shop happily and recommend it to my friends.
I do all of my shopping online and I have never had such a horrible experience as I have had with the customer service at this website. Please please please do not give these people your business.
NIGHTMARE! BEWARE!
This was my first purchase with Bluefly. I bought 2 pair of AG jeans. They arrived in a week and I needed to return them. I bought them with a discount and wanted to get another size for the discount price... OMG, I wish I had Googled Bluefly reviews first. So, I called the customer service number and this woman said "No, problem, I can reorder the right size with the discount". She attempted to process the order FIVE times and EVERYTIME it charged my card. She blamed my card so we tried Paypal and the same thing happened. I was on the phone with her for 2.5 hours. It took a week and half and many phone calls to get the charge dropped from the Paypal account. The order was never processed and the "supervisor" was a glorified rep. She could do nothing to override or correct anything. At this point they offered no resolution so I simply sent the 2 pair of jeans back. 2.5 weeks after they have received the return I still have not received my refund. When I called to ask I was met with a condescending male rep who told me "Bluefly has been in business for 15 years and that everyone makes mistakes". Of course, he had "no control" over any refunds..."But don't worry, it takes 10 business days". Apparently, he can't add. I have never had a refund take weeks once it has been received. I think Blufly is an unstable "business" and probably floats its money. I filed a claim with the payee and will get my refund BUT will NEVER buy from Bluefly again. Everything about Bluefly from beginning to end is an unprofessional joke.
Honestly, I can understand why a lot of people found the site sketchy, but I must've had INCREDIBLY GOOD LUCK with them, or they changed their management or something because...
I ordered a dress early on Friday 3/14 morning and it was at my house by Saturday 3/15 afternoon. That quick. And they weren't trying to get rid of bad quality clothing either; the dress I ordered is absolutely GORGEOUS quality and a cobalt color true to the picture-- the Taylor Azure Long Sleeve Body Con Dress: http://www.bluefly.com/Taylor-azure-long-sleeve-body-con-dress/p/*******/detail.fly. I did their sizing calculation and ordered a size down from my normal 8, and checked the measurements to be sure, and the dress fits like a very sexy glove. They even allowed me a 15% off coupon to be used, and when my order went through, they sent me a $30 off of next time.
Their system is definitely strange, as I was trying to order the dress last week, but every time I got all the way through the payment and Paypal and hit 'confirm' it took me to a page that my browser said was not from the actual domain and flashed the security message: 'This probably isn't the page that you are looking for!' and the order didn't go through. I checked extensively, but they did not charge my credit card (other than later for my final order). I don't know what was up then, but it was definitely worth it to come back to.

I was out of the country unexpectedly for one month and two weeks overdue for the return as specified online (21 days from the purchase date). So I made a couple of phone calls asking for an exception for return and no use. They just don’t really care about customers’ satisfaction and don’t have the intention to keep a client. I don’t think I will shop from them any more and my family/friends will all boycott this store. The Worst Store Ever."
I return items and have been waiting 3 weeks for a credit to my credit card. No answer to emails and recording when I called. I shop frequently online and have had no problems except for Bluefly.com.
