I ordered a plant and they told me they were out of the plant that I ordered and they asked if they could choose another plant that would be comparable to the one I ordered. It was a plant that I could have gotten for 20.00 at a store. When I told them I was not happy they said they would give me 10% back I Told them to keep the 10.00 so they said they would give me 20% back Come to find out the credieted me 10% This place is a JOKE!
Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I ordered flowers for delivery on October 5th only to have them not be delivered - Order ID: *******. I called, they were supposed to investigate and get back to me in 24-48 hours but never did. I have emailed and called to no avail. They said they were delivered; they were not! I have requested Proof of Delivery 3 times with no response. I had to order flowers from another company and had those delivered. This happened one other time with another company (to the same address) that I believe is run by Blossom as well, just under a different name - Just Flowers. I would not waste my time and hard-earned money on these companies.
It looks like I should have read reviews BEFORE using this company, but I was in a hurry. Learn from my mistakes. I ordered an arrangement called "autumn" for my aunt whose husband died. The arrangement was set to arrive the next day. I let her know to be expecting a delivery. By evening, there was no delivery. When I reached out to customer service, I found out that delivery was changed to the next day. Disappointing to my aunt who was expecting something, and embarrassing for me. It arrived the next evening, after dark. The picture of the arrangement was nothing like autumn. Yellow and white with greenery, completely different from the picture. Not even close. I have waited 10 days or before leaving a review to give them a chance to make it right. Costumer service finally offered a 10% refund today. I would not recommend this company.
I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered for a friend's 70th birthday on 11/18. I received an email on 11/19 that the flowers had not been delivered. When I called the company, the customer service person noted that there was an internal issue on 11/18 that prevented them from delivering the flowers but they would be delivered on 11/19. I explained that this was not what I had ordered and I would like to have the delivery fee refunded since they hadn't met my request. She said they could refund me $5, but that was all. I will never use this florist again and urge others who expect good service to look elsewhere.
If you want your mother to have a gift and flowers on her actually birth date, then don't go with this company! Not only will they say "sorry", 590 times, they also will take your expedite fee and still say "sorry!" No offer to give that back or anything. I almost felt bad for the man saying sorry more than I did my mother who got nothing on her birthday. This company is a joke… and please from the bottom of my heart, do not use this company, even if this is one.
I wish I would have seen theses review before I gave $119 to this scam of flower delivery service. I placed order on Nov 8 for new mom to be in labor delivery and was sadly disappointed that has never arrived. I called customer several on several occasions spoke with 'Kent' my call was never return my concerns never address, and no flowers ever came. DO NOT use Blossom flower delivery!
Who ever I spoke to on the phone has terrible customer service. I will NEVER EVER intentionally use this service again. I did not intentionally use them. I went to a LOCAL florist website. AFTER I PROCESSED THE order with the local florist it redirected me to this company (third party). It took over 24 hours to get a receipt. This company attempted to call me but came up as SPAM on my cell so I did not answer at work. I then attempted to call them multiple times and was put on hold for 20 minutes. After finally getting through after 3 attempts, I spoke to a representative. Not a problem initially other than she was little hard to understand. These flowers were for my mother for bereavement as I can not be there local to take her flowers or be with her on this day. However, the flowers I ordered were valued at 48.99, after taxes, delivery fees and tip it was $77.28. Which I was okay with because it was me being willing to pay extra to get to my mom who is across the country and to her on time. They call me the day of the delivery to explain they need $10 more to be able to cover supplies to make this order. I can either wait another 4 days until supplies come or I can pay extra to have this delivered today as originally promised. So, you can't fulfill what was posted on the florist website (did not display any shortages or lack of supplies on their site) and I was already paying WAY MORE than the original value of the bouquet I ordered. Again, if I had known at the time of the order this was going to flip to a third party, I would have just called the local florist instead. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Save money, save time, save the heartache. I explained what the flowers were for and the entire situation and was met with NO sympathy and was asked, "do you want the order or not? If so, pay more, if not we will credit you" NO apologies for the confusion, no apologies for the situation the flowers were even needed for. COLD HEARTED and not helpful at all.
Stay away from this flower company. I paid for delivery before 1 PM for Flowers and I also paid for chocolate to be delivered all at the same time. They were unable to make the 1 PM delivery and had to call and spend time with the phone to find out what's happening. Then I was promised it would be delivered by 6 PM and they refund me the charge for it not being there early. So the flowers were not delivered by 6 PM and I spend more time on the phone and then no one was there at the house to receive it. Then after it finally came late at night and it was dark the chocolate was not delivered. I just spent another couple hours trying to call and find out what was going on and I was just told that they would get back to me in 48 hours after spending another hour on the phone. This turned into a big flop as a surprise birthday present for my wife. After hours on the phone, they refunded me for the chocolate and refunded me the early charge that I paid to get there before 1 PM on her birthday. None of this is worth ever calling this company to do work or to send flowers for me again.
Don't use these people— they are the worst — took 5 phone calls about flowers NOT delivered and they kept putting me on hold and having to wait again and again for 20 plus minutes —THE WORST
This one of the worst experiences of online shopping. Blossom flowers didn't follow the instructions provided for delivery. First kept order on hold due to unavailability of flowers and asked for confirmation. Before I reply to them, with in 1 hr received email about flowers being delivered which was apparently asked to be delivered on next day as per order instruction. Receiver didn't received flowers and Blossom delivery was claiming about flowers delivered. It seems like they are running fake business. My whole money got wasted and the special occasion of loved one was ruined unfortunately. If there is an option to give -ve rating would have done that.
Ordered $160 bouquet and it was left on a side walk by the them and the recipient never got the bouquet. I had notes to walk it in to the building. And i didn't even request a refund I just wanted them to resend a bouquet. They refused to do that and refused to do a refund. Highly disappointed
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on 10/15. On 10/21 (the day they were supposed to be delivered) I received an email asking for an additional $12 which I paid, and postponing the delivery until 10/22, my wife's birthday. Then on 10/22 at 3:51 pm I received and email asking for an additional $25. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOME KIND OF SCAM OR WHAT?
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! If I was able to give negative stars I would! I ordered my flowers for my wife a week ahead of time and gave them 4 numbers to call just in case they get lost or have vehicle issues. Well, they didn't call, email, text or anything of course they never showed. I called their customer service line and stayed on there for at least an hour trying to figure out why they didn't deliver the flowers. They tell me it was delayed, and I said why didn't they call, oh we did sir. No you didn't my wife's work has 5 people who answer the phones. Then they promised me they would deliver them today at my home since they messed up. I get a phone call today saying they need more money to deliver to my house. HELL NO, then they are trying to substitute some of the flowers with other ones... Not sure how this company stays in business! DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING DAYS AFTER ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED.
Ordered from these thieves that only know how to lie about their poor service. I placed an order because they promised same day delivery, when they informed me later that day that would not be able to get it to the residence on time, I cancelled the order. Which they confirmed the cancellation. I cancelled because my friend wasn't going to be there the following day. Blossom said they would refund my money. They decided to go on with the delivery and deliver to someone else. Then they would not return my money.
So yes thieves and liars. You can not count on their promises they as a company have absolutely no integrity. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star
I ordered a funeral spray for the visitation/funeral service of a very close friend's father. The spray was not delivered, and I only learned of such after the fact. They blamed it on supplies even though I ordered the spray one week ahead. They offered to deliver it to the family after the visitation/funeral service which was insulting as it was a spray for the service and not something you deliver to someone's house. I've requested a full refund but have yet to receive confirmation. Horrible service and company. Do not use!
They are scammers every time I've ordered it's never on time usually following day but they guarantee that it will be there on time just to get your order then they will call you when it's late and apologize and ask if they can deliver it the following day when the occasion is already over but too late to call another company then tell you it's going to take 2 weeks to refund your money but they take it from your card in 2 minutes stay away from this company if you don't want your occasion ruined they are lying scammers
I had a terrible experience with Blossom Flower Delivery that completely ruined my anniversary. I ordered a special bouquet to surprise my partner, and it didn't arrive. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful. I explained my situation, but they didn't seem to care about my concerns. In the end, I felt completely disregarded. After several frustrating attempts to resolve the issue, I had to stop payment on my credit card. It was disappointing to go through so much hassle, especially for an anniversary. Overall, my experience with Blossom Flower Delivery was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for a reliable service, especially for important occasions. Save yourself the stress and choose another florist.
I called to the Blossom Flower Delivery to place an order, they didn't answer instead I heard a message stating that it was a high volume of calls, I hung up. And immediately a received a call back from them asking me if I wanted to place an order so they can help me, I proceed with the order not knowing what they are a SCAM, because the order a receive was not even close with the picture on the internet, I was charged extra money if I wanted to receive it by noon, the flowers were delivered by 3 o'clock. When I called to check the status of the order, the guy told me that they were delivered at noon, but surprise when I told him that was in the building and nothing was delivered yet, when finally the flowers were delivered, Surprised to see that it was not what I paid for it and wasn't even close to the picture on the internet, on the back of the arrangement the foam block was all out instead inside of the paper vase that they used, when I called back to complain about it they kept me for an hour in the Q and supposedly I was caller number 16 and when it was my turn they hung up on me. They have so many different phone numbers and I tried to call back from the number they called me and it answered as a medical center. DONT BUY FROM THAT PLACE.
Wish I would have seen these reviews prior to placing my order of a sympathy wreath for the funeral of my best friend's mother. I was charged and NOTHING was sent. The shop staff is difficult to reach and completely indifferent to their own blunder. I am still waiting for my refund. I am absolutely furious after they offered to send a funeral wreath to the family this week, days AFTER the event. This isn't like they missed a "Have a Great Day" bouquet, they failed where time is of the essence. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them, but unable to rate less. DO NOT do business with Blossom Flower Delivery.
I ordered what I thought was a beautiful fall arrangement for my friend. When she sent me a picture of what she got, I was very disappointed. She thanked me for the flowers but she had no idea that I ordered something much prettier then what she got.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
