Yes the pictures & $ are great. What you receive at your door are horrible. Sent a complaint with pictures of what was ordered and received. Their AI CS Rep say "sorry" will we make a new arrangement and our logistics team will get this new arrangement redelivered. Its a lie, CS real rep laughed at the email I received and stated we will offer 10% refund. I was so embarrassed on what was delivered. My local grocery store sells nicer flowers. Find a florists local or use the 1800flowers. Stay clear of this company.
They won't even honor the emails they send you. I ordered an arrangement that contained 30+flowers. The flowers received was mostly greenery for filling, did have 3 iris's but was missing the purple daisy, white daisy, and about 20 flowers. So disappointed with what was received and the lack CS.
Your are playing the lottery, at least in hat you know your losing out.
5 days late.a total disappointment. Poor customer service.they ruined a special occasion and they don't care.we are fighting to get a refund.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Blossom! They are a total scam! They present themselves as a local brick and mortar shop in the area where you're searching for florists, but they are just an online service who must have the worst of the worst florists fill their orders! (Either that, or they give the florist such a pittance of the price that you pay them that the florist has no choice but to send a ridiculously small, sub-par arrangement).
The arrangement I sent to my sister cost $70, and I wouldn't have paid $20 for it in a food store or Produce Junction! (I wouldn't have even purchased it for $20 because it was so poorly arranged)! When I complained to their customer service, they offered a measly 10% back, which was insulting. They eventually came up to 30%, but that was still unacceptable to me. I told them that I wanted a $50 reimbursement or I want nothing. They took me up on nothing, so I am doing what I told them I would do - I will spend my day writing reviews about their terrible, scammy business.
If I could give them a zero...I would. This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They charged me an astronomical price for flowers and they look like they were purchased at the grocery store. I called the company and sent a picture and they offered me $20.00 off. Absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to commit fraud in the light of day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Order 2 dozen roses. What was delivered was not even close. Wrote 11 emails and 5 phone calls. They offered me a 20 % refund, even though what was delivered was not specified in the contract. Will never use them again. Very disappointed. 01
They have not delivered the flowers. They charged alot for same day and will not refund. Dont do business with this scam place.
An order was placed by a family member in the UK for 2 x Christmas centrepieces on the 22nd of Dec - to go to 2 different addresses in Nova Scotia. I got a call Christmas eve from a local florist saying they had a flower delivery for me and also asked if I could also take the delivery of the other one for someone else who lived too far away to get their delivery (that was paid for) before Christmas, I agreed but when they arrived they didn't have one for me, they just delivered the one for someone else while saying they didn't have time to get mine done so they'd come back after Christmas!
When the sender found out what happened and saw the pic of what was delivered she was furious and cancelled the order for mine (that hadn't been delivered) and asked for a refund for the one that was sent to the wrong address but BLOSSOM FLOWERS refused because I had received 'something' even though it wasn't for me, they wouldn't even consider a partial refund, not even of the delivery charge, to make up for the fact that NO-ONE got what was ordered and PAID for!
She ordered 2 round centrepiece baskets filled with ROSES, candy canes, holly berry's and christmas baubles for a total spend of $115 EACH but they delivered 1 cheap CARNATION christmas gas station type one sided 'bouquet' of 6 white carnations and 3 red ones with filler and 3 pine cones in a glass vase to the wrong house --- ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT USE BLOSSOM FLOWERS----- ZERO Customer Service hey just ghost you. Beleive they take web orders, and a major portion of the price, then farm out to a real florist in the delivery area.
Charged my credit card before I had a chance to see that they said the arrangement was sent to Puerto Vallarta, Michigan. Where the hell is Puerto Vallarta Michigan. Tried to call them because the on line chat is useless. They left me on hold for over an hour. Never did talk to anyone. Then I tried to email them but the email address is not legit. The on line chat told me that I needed an ID number to check into it. They never sent an email with an ID number. I warn you, STAY AWAY.
SCAM ALERT. Flowers not delivered. BANK Charge of $140.00 showed up. Called customer service and forwarded out to grocery stores, hospitals, etc. THIS IS A SCAM
If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is horrible. In November I ordered a friend a plant that they told me over the phone that they had in stock. Then the next day they tell me they don't and would like to send another plant. I agree expecting the plant to be delivered that day. Then they call me again and tell me that they don't have it. I canceled the order.
On Dec 21st I called around looking for another flower shop that would deliver to Bay Roberts, as I am calling from Ontario. Every Flower Shop directs back to Blossom Flowers. Because my husband and I really wanted to send our friend a plant I called again. I asked the person on the phone, I would like to order a plant. Which plant can you see right in front of you that you can guarantee me to send to a friend. The person on the phone told me a plant and I said ok. I verified that this was right in front of her and she could see it. She took my payment and i explained what happened back in November and I didn't want that to happen again. Well this morning Dec 23rd I woke up to an email saying that they didn't have the plant that I ordered and that could they send a poinsettia instead. I am beyond mad. I called my credit card company to see what they had charged me. I was told over the phone my total $137.98. My credit card company told me there was a charge of $199.00. The $130.00 was US. Why would they be charging in US dollars when I am calling Newfoundland? When I spoke to someone, I said you call me and ask if you can send a poinsettia instead. They charge me $199.00 and want to send a poinsettia?
This website will keep your credit card information after confirmation of a cancellation and refund. They will go back days later and charge your card $200 and ship a few flowers in a box AFTER cancellation! They don't answer the customer service number. They lie! I filed a police report and complaint with FTC. My credit card company did refund me but I had to cancel my credit card and get a new CC because this site kept making charges to my credit card! See the attached verified cancellation, yet they went back days later and charged anyway!
Worst flower delivery experience of my life! An embarrassment! The flowers were delivered late and looked absolutley nothing like the picture Inwas paying for. And when i complained i got nowhere. Never, ever, never use this company!
I called this flower delivery service to deliver flowers as my husband's uncle passed away. It took two weeks with emails back and forth and several phone calls to get answers. I waited 45 minutes for customer service to answer the phone, finally at the 46th minute customer service closed and the phone hung up. Needless to say they cancelled the order, flowers never ended up for the service, and now I have to wait 2-6 days to get a refund. This flower delivery business is a scam. I wouldn't trust anything they say or sell. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
This is a scam. They have 3 diff phone numbers. First tyime i was on their website it said they had stores in NY. For a week they have been bull$#*!ting that my delivery is going out and its been 5 days and no flowers, no refund. No one answers any of the 3 numbers. I have reported them to my credit card.
I sent flowers to my sister for Christmas. They were knocked over in the rain left on her front porch. I wrote to report, and got nowhere. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get help. The most they could refund me was 20%. The flowers were a complete mess! I've never had this issue with any other company.
I ordered flowers to be sent to my in-laws in Elk Point AB. They said it would be delivered that day. Then I received an email saying wouldnt be until the next day, so I looked the company up online and saw people saying they were scammers. I cancelled my order, they said I would get my money back in 2-5 business days. There is nothing. They stole 150 dollars. Do not use them and make sure to report them.
There customer service phone number is not accepting messages. They never responded to an email to costumer service, Never delivered the flowers
I should have read all the reviews before trusting this company. I ordered roses for my wife, for our anniversary to arrive on 11/30/2024. The order came to $96. After they added in their delivery, handling, and tip which came to an additional $26. They never showed up. That evening I checked the tracker and it stated the flowers were delivered. I called them that evening, waited for over 20 minutes for somebody to answer. The lady apologized and I then told her to just credit me the amount and I will go out and buy my wife something else that evening. Again she apologized and said it would take 48 hours. The next day, they delivered the flowers on my doorstep. I called and asked them to pick it up since I had to replace what didn't arrive on 11/30. I received no call after 72 hours. I finally called them again, they stated they would give me a $5 credit instead of the entire amount and hung up the phone. By the way, the flowers were almost dead when they arrived the next day., they were wilted and sick looking. NEVER AGAIN.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
