I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and it was marked as delivered. I walk outside the house and there's nothing there. It tried to contact support for 2 weeks and nothing.
I finally mentioned that I was going to dispute my credit card charge and they refunded my purchase on week 3. This is also the second time they didn't deliver my flowers. The one time they did, they were half dead.
I spent $256.00 total for my Sister's birthday. I paid for early delivery before 1pm she didn't get it until around 5pm. My sister sat in her car looking out for the flowers. She recorded the driver getting the roses out of her trunk, turned over, no water, 90 plus degree temp in Florida. Not 30 roses... In a small vase... No baby breath... Several of the 24 roses instead of 30 were bruised and damaged. NEVER USE THEM! I WISH I HAD RESEARCHED! I KNOW BETTER NOW! She got 1st picture... I paid for 2nd...
Horrible customer service. They profess to be a local shop but in reality they are not. My delivery never happened, spoke to someone in California for a delivery that was suppose to be out of a shop in Hadley...she would not give me the phone number of the local shop. Kept repeating the same thing over and over. Horrible, Horrilbe.
Ordered FUNERAL arrangement to be delivered on Saturday for the FUNERAL. Received email on Saturday that the flowers we ordered were out of stock...they would wait to deliver the order until we contact them with our replacement flowers. Well, this is a business and we are closed on the weekends. THE FUNERAL IS OVER! Why would they not have just substituted with something close, send the arrangement and then contact us and let us know the order was different. Now it looks like our employee thinks we didn't think of them during their time of loss. FURIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Will never ever use this company again! Should have read the reviews before ordering with this company. Lesson learned.
Never, never again. I ordered flowers Monday for a Friday delivery. They notified at 5:33p Friday they would not be delivered and I had to confirm a new delivery date. Never again. Glad it wasn't for a funeral.
This company is a joke beyond words! I order flowers for a birthday and got bill crap emails that it was delivered which it was not! Then I get multiple email saying all sorts of junk along with calling the person the flowers were scheduled to go to and gave her the runaround as well! Do not use this backwards bill crap excuse for a company! Not even a sorry or partial refund for they're negligent! I had to give some type of star to leave a review but one start is WAY TO MUCH!
I ordered flowers from blossom flower delivery for a funeral for a veteran. They were to be delivered to the national cemetery. The flowers never showed up. When I called about them, blossom flower delivery, said the driver had an issue and they would bring them to the sacred service in the afternoon. Right before the service, a car pulled up and a girl with a bud face got out. I had ordered a $150 funeral spray standing on legs. This little poultry arrangement had a few little flowers and some greenery, something you could've purchased at the grocery store for $10. Do not use this site.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This company presents itself as Canadian but it is American and charges $23 for delivery yet does not deliver on day requested. I phoned twice asking where the flowers were! So not impressed. Still waiting to see if the flowers will arrive. These were supposed to arrive yesterday for a friends birthday. Pleasant surprise⦠the flowers arrived today, one day late and they were beautiful.
I placed an order on-line on 7/13 for flowers to be delivered on 7/17. Flowers still not delivered on 7/20. I asked for a refund or partial refund for the flowers and the company was only willing to credit me $5 and a $5 coupon for future orders. There is no way in hell I'll ever order from this company. Based on comments I've now read, this organization should be shut down. They don't even deserve a rating of 1.
I ordered a funeral spray with white carnations and greens also with a ribbon across it saying beloved brother and uncle. It was made with five daisies and all greens the ribbon was separated so it looked wired with beloved on one side and brother on other and uncle bottom. I did let them know and they offered me 10% oh big deal after you rennin my brothers funeral. Never again FTD here I come.
I placed an order, then on the day of delivery they called and asked for more money, which I paid because I didn't have time to find another. Two days later the most pathetic arrangement arrived, I was embarrassed as hell. Don't ever use them! This is what I ordered, and what they got, not even a basket!
I wish I had read the reviews before using this business. It is dreadful! They said on the website that they would deliver flowers to a certain address, the flowers never arrived yet they charged my credit card 103.35$. I complained and they said they would refund my order but only refunded a portion. Simply dreadful...what a scam!

I made the mistake of not looking up the reviews before I ordered. I hope others are able to read every review before buying from this disgrace of a business. They sent 3 emails asking to confirm delivery! Not confirming the address, or place of business, but to confirm if they can go ahead a deliver. And the flowers were despicable! The flowers looked like they were found in the trash then put together into a bouquet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
PATHETIC. Communications are disgraceful. Ruined what should have been an important occasion.
Could not confirm the status of the delivery after several calls to customer service with my order number...probably because their call center had no idea where the delivery was coming from or who was tasked with delivery. Advertises itself as a local florist...BS
Find a different florist and don't waste your time with this place.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. A scam.the flowers I ordered were delivered one week after paid for delivery and that's only AFTER I reached out two times. Would not cancel or refund my $70 after flowers were not delivered on 7/10 as ordered OR 7/14 as promised. Delivered a pathetic bunch of flowers on 7/17.
I ordered flowers for a birthday gift and selected the Elegant Garden Bouquet from Blossom Flower Delivery (white hydrangeas, rose-colored alstroemerias, small pink bunch roses and other pretty fillers, white, pink and green with orange accents, a very soft pastel bouquet. See picture below or on their website).
The bouquet that was delivered was bold red and white full size roses with baby's breath filler. I get the need for replacements due to availability but this was not even close to the bouquet I ordered and hydrangeas were in season. It looked like a very standard bouquet that you would pick up cheap in a grocery store with absolutely no creativity or style. Also, the white roses drooped within 24 hours of delivery.
I filled in their online complaint form immediately (the day of delivery) and heard nothing back. I phoned several times the next day and finally got a call back 3 days later. I was told the max they could do was offer a 25% discount on the bouquet because it was already delivered (?) and was "of value". The day the bouquet was delivered I requested a replacement bouquet be sent but it fell on deaf ears. The service rep who finally called me agreed it was a completely different bouquet but did not care about that or that the roses were drooping within 24 hours. Also the 25% off does not include the delivery charge, service charge or tip, just the base price of the bouquet so it was really a minor amount. (I paid $92.97 and received $16.24 refund.)
I've attached photos of the bouquet I ordered and two of the one received. By the way, these were delivered in a metropolitan city, not in the middle of nowhere.
If you don't care what flowers are delivered, the quality of the flowers or the poor customer service, go ahead and use this company.
Delivers old roses already turning black and wilting. Delivered one day late, after reminder phone call.
I ordered my Wife a dozen red roses for our Anniversary and paid extra for expedited delivery. The roses did not arrive and when I called customer service they said they would arrive the next day or they could send out some lilies or mums or something in an arrangement. I said no it was our anniversary and I ordered Red Roses and that's what I want. They never sent the roses!
Terrible company, foreign customer service rep. Could not understand his language!
They will rob you for good. They deliver a week late. And cheat you on what you ordered. Look what I ordered and paid for and what was delivered a week late.

I ordered flowers on July 6th to be delivered on the 7th. They were not delivered until the 14th. I kept getting hung up on when I tried to find the status. I did not get what I ordered. I will never use them again.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
