I reported this site to the FTC. Took my money and didn't deliver. Asked for my money back and they kept on hanging up on me, and now that I'm reading the reviews, this seems to be the way they probably handle things on the norm. Only got an answer from them when I chose the option to place a new order (who'd of thought that). They finally, after multiple demands gave me an address of a local flower shop that they sent the order out to for delivery and when I called them they said not only had they not received the order, they also had never heard of the website. That's coming from a flower shop! They are hopefully shut down soon. Total SCAM!
Their website says they will deliver an order the same day if it is placed by 5 PM. My order was placed the day before I wanted delivery. By 2 PM day of delivery they call to say their last truck is out and they will not deliver till the next day! This was for an anniversary! Never again!
Its the worst experience and service i get have I ordered flowers and balloons. They send them after three days and they said the driver he can't find the address, but after three days he find it. Wow. And I contact him every day and they say we will send them today after that the bad customer service they contact with me and they said we sorry can't do anything for you for that we will give you a five dollar gift. Oh thank you. I have five dollar, I'm lucky. I don't recommend for any one
I've ordered flowers two days ago, and it still has not been delivered. The customer service people are terrible and I would never use this service again.

I ordered a bouquet of flower for sympathy occasion on the passing of a close friend. I paid extra so the bouquet will look even better than the pictures. I left a delivery tip.
I cannot tell you the disappointment to find out the kind of bouquet was sent!
They changed the flowers added a lot of greens, no extra anything…was delivered in a box from Schucks
I sent them the picture of what was delivered versus of what I paid and when I called back and asked them to redeliver the arrangement I paid for they said the best they can do is give me a 30% fee back.
I don't want money back I want them to deliver what I paid for. I am wondering how many people pay the extra and they don't know what's been delivered
This was a friend of the family and the bouquet sent did not reflect the love and respect we had for this person nor what I paid for!

Had ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital, and almost immediately after placing order she was transferred to a rehab. Connected with someone on the phone and they changed the delivery address, however the flowers were still sent to hospital. She did get them 5 days later. I wasn't happy with the whole situation and was offered a very small 15% refund.
Placed the order in the morning and they guaranteed same day service - by 6:00 pm. They make it seem like they're the local florist but they are NOT. (Someone in the Philippines took my order.) Told them this was for my best friend whose birthday was TODAY. It was offensive that on top of a large delivery fee they wanted me to add a tip for the driver as well (I said, "I thought that's where the delivery fee went" when in fact the whole thing is a scam - IMO - but I digress). When by 5:30 pm their "tracker" (which only worked for me a small fraction of the time) showed the delivery hadn't yet been made, I started calling them. After many lies, very long hold times, etc., ONE HOUR hour later I was told that, "oh sorry, the delivery couldn't be made today because the local florist didn't have the right flowers." What?! You guaranteed delivery and never reached out to tell me you couldn't do it after all?" Additional offenses were that I told them I wanted the "regular" arrangement, not the "deluxe" or "premium" and they kept saying, "so you want the premium?" TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY!
Absolute DISGRACE! Paid for same day delivery to a viewing. They missed that and asked for more $$. Missed the Funeral too! Monday roll along and they asked for a new address they can send these to. I made the changes with their PROMISE that it would be there the same day. Received another email late afternoon ASKING FOR MORE MONEY! WTF!? Canceled the order and disputed the charge with my CC company. I have NEVER been more embarrassed in my life! One of our biggest clients, mother passed, and this company screwed the pooch! Thanks for nothing Blossom! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Biggest SCAM COMPANY EVER! ZERO STARS!
I live in Edmonton AB and was sending flowers to a friend in Lethbridge AB. This website came up as a local floral shop so of course I would expect to pay in CAD. My credit card was charged in USD.
They substituted my arrangement with grocery store. Flowers in a glass for $115.00. Called customer service and got hung up on twice until I called from another phone when I got offered $11.00 off. Disputing with my credit card. THIEVES. Below you will see what I ordered versus what was delivered.
Three days before delivery they called to say the local flower shops could not make the arrangement at the price I paid. They wanted another $30 and said they would pay $30. Totally absurd. I told them no so they downgraded the arrangement. I wanted to ask for a refund but I was scared to give them any more information. They sent a cheap, very generic arrangement. Do not trust this service. This complaint is on other sites from many customers.
NEVER delivered the flowers to the event.

I had to call multiple times and they kept putting me off about getting a credit, eventually had to dispute through my credit card company.
If I would give them ZERO stars I would.
I got the runaround about delivery and the flowers never showed up as promised. They were supposed to deliver in the morning -,they did not. Then I was told mid afternoon. Didn't happen. The day is over and nothing has been delivered. THE WORST!
I ordered an Anniversary arrangement, the day of delivery I received an email & text saying they would need $20 additional to use their "partner florist". (attached with proof of purchase)
When I refused & asked for a credit, they did cancel & promised a credit.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers, Elegant Garden Bouquet for a friend's 74th birthday. The flowers were never delivered. My friend never received a call from them. My MC account was charged $88.97. I have made repeated requests to customer service at this company to either deliver the flowers or refund my account.
They have no explanation why the flowers weren't delivered. Next step will be a payment dispute with MC for non-delivery from Blossom Delivery. Horrible customer service!
I ordered a flower arrangement for my Daughters Birthday on July 28th to be delivered on July 29th. It was not delivered, nor was it delivered the following day. I called customer service on July 31 and was given nothing but excuses. Flexible Holiday, Delayed Delivery, etc; none of which pertained my delivery. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that she was the Supervisor. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no one. She said she apologized for late delivery and was because of supply issues. (then don't promise s delivery date by!) I said I wanted a partial refund and she said she could offer me a coupon for $10 on my next order. I said, "why would I order from you again, when you couldn't get the first order correct." I told her I was going to do reviews on the company website, and social media sites. She wasn't fazed by this, and I now know why, this seems to be the norm for this company.
This company is a liar first they called me to ask additional $15 to process my order so they can deliver on time which it didn't happened then second they sent me email that my mother in law received the order with message. But when i called her to confirmed she said she haven't receive the gift and knowing her she wouldn't write or leave a message like that! She never use word cheers OMG. Really! I am very disappointed plus refunding my money will took 2-6 business day how's that! Never use this service!
The flowers are still not delivered. Three days late as of right now. I called three times and was placed on hold and the representatives never came back on the line. I have disputed this entire charge with my bank. I even left a tip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered flowers 4 days in advance. When I went to check on the order they said they would be delivered late. I wanted to cancel my order #******* and they would not help me. They just kept saying sorry which does nobody any good. I will never order from this company again!
I should've read reviews before I ordered from this company. They are awful and will never forget what a nightmare of an experience I had with them. You name it, they suck at it. Communication, availability of products and services, and they will only refund $5 for inconvenience. Screw the foreigners who claims they are stateside but they have absolutely no clue what is going on.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
