Wow they Suck. Tried to charge me 30 dollars more. Said had no flowers and then changed what I ordered. Also delivered 2 days later! My arrangement looked like from Walmart and the baby's breath was all 1/2 dead. Stay away

I also want to clarify that although I agreed, they could send the arrangement on August 19, not on August 18, but it was also wrong. Everything was wrong with you!

I guess I should have read the reviews before I placed an order for a birthday flower delivery. However I ordered flowers to be delivered to a sweet 92-year-old lady on a friday. It was guaranteed they would be delivered by 5:00 p.m. at 8:30 that evening I got an email that due to low inventory they would not be delivered until Monday and please confirm that was acceptable. I was told they would add some extra designers choice flowers at no additional cost. This was completely unacceptable as they knew when I placed the order they had low inventory but did not tell me or offer me the option to switch my order to something else. They also waited until they were closed so when I responded I got an automated email. I asked them to yes please deliver the flowers but that this customer service was atrocious. On Sunday I received an email stating that they still needed confirmation to deliver my flowers. I had already given them confirmation but I told them again to please deliver the flowers that I had already paid for. Their solution to being late was to give me a $5 refund which was only one third of the delivery fee let alone the price of the flowers and offer me a $5 coupon code off of future orders. I assure you there will be no future orders.
I ordered a Pink Roses "Kisses" Bouquet. NEVER got it; Twice they sent the WRONG items, Refused To Refund My Money; Lied and said they'd get back with me before closing 5 days ago! Their reps purposely hung up on me when I insisted on a REFUND, after waiting extended periods of time in a phone call cue. I sent pics of the bad/wrong items... they told me that I should accept what they sent because it looked ok to them; mind you that both deliveries were WRONG... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT I ORDERED!
Needless to say this ruined my Fiancee's Anniversary GIFT/SURPRISE... and to make matters "WORSE" they evidently came to our home unannounced and left a box of chocolates (full of ants all over it) and a half deflated balloon 5 days later... it was after 12am when we realized it because we almost stepped on the items left at our front door for a period of time ONLY they know because they never asked nor informed us! I've filed a Complaint with the BBB, the number of Bad Complaints about this scam-sham rip off company is pathetic. Law Enforcement needs to look into this, they're flat out STEALING peoples money!

This company is untrustworthy. I ordered premium flowers to be delivered on a specific date, and paid extra for the privilege. Not only were no flowers delivered on said date but, when delivery was finally made, the flowers were half dead and looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. Customer service was full of apologies, offered a discount on the existing order, and dangled a larger discount on the next order. There will not be any future orders from me. My mistake was in not reading the litany of terrible reviews before doing business with this company.
Waited over a week for flowers didn't get the ones i ordered and was delivered after she moved states so the flowers went to her co workers instead of the one i was sending flowers too sad excuse and customer services sucks would not recommend to any one!
Buyer beware...this is not a real shop, it is what is called an order gatherer, so they use a website to gather your orders and send them through wire services such as FTD and Teleflora, Bloomnet, etc whaere your orde is wired to an actual florist local to the area minus about 45% of the money you spent. So if you spent 80 bucks the florist only gets about $56. Do yourself a favor and call your florist locally. I learned the hard.
If I could rate a "0", I would! I wish I read reviews before using this company. Order delivered was not at all what I requested. They didn't provide the details of my request to the 3rd party company, therefore receiving nothing like I requested. Website states they will collect and send a new arrangement if notified within 2 days. They don't stand by this statement. Offered me 10% off and a $5 coupon for my next order...as if - will never use this company again. I'm disgusted with the customer service! Image on left is what I asked for. Image on right is what was delivered.
First off they didn't have what I needed! Called to tell me they well get something similar in size.

I ordered a $160.00 double-sized bunch of daisies in a glass vase to be sent to my friend's Celebration of Life. Instead, they sent a half dead plant that had to be removed from the service given its ugly appearance (and the charge was $CA162.53). I am Canadian yet this company charged me in $US - you will see that reflected in the difference between the $119.72 quoted on the Invoice versus my VISA charge of $162.53! I was not warned of that in advance! The company has been totally uncooperative! Note that I have cut the ID section out of the Invoice for privacy purposes.
Very poor customer service. Will not use them again. Will not recommend and I hope they make improvements to their business model.
I don't know how this company can still have a website. You'll notice you can't leave a review on it though. There's a reason for that! So many people getting ripped off by them. I ordered flowers to be delivered for a 60th birthday. They never arrived. I was forced to ask this person if they actually got their flowers. So much for the surprise. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, I was on long holds before they agreed to give me a refund. I was one of the lucky ones. They said they have trouble getting flowers in! Then don't take my order! AND they don't tell you their prices are in US funds so when I did get my refund, it wasn't as much as I originally paid. Just avoid this company all together and save yourself the headaches. I wish I had researched more before purchasing. Look them up in the Better Business Bureau as well. I wish I could give them zero stars.
My experience was, unfortunately, terrible. The arrangement I selected was elegant, soft, and beautiful. It was a sympathy arrangement for a close friend and colleague and cost me $110.00 CAD. I was expecting it to look similar to the one on the website - and acknowledged there would likely be some slight variances. What was sent looked like an arrangement I would pick up from Costco or Safeway for $30. I sent an email along with photos of what I expected and what was received. More than 24 hours passed prior to someone reaching out to me. Ralph apologized, defended, and then offered me less than $10 as a refund. I advised this was unacceptable. He then moved to 20%, also unacceptable. He then stated that 25% is all he could refund - $16, also unacceptable. I wasn't expecting a $70 refund, even though that is what I should have received. I am incredibly disappointed in this company as a whole. I will not purchase from them in future and will be sure to spread the word that "Buyer Beware" as you will not get anything close to what they post on their website. Instead of roses, freesia, hydrangea, and irises - I got carnations, daisies (and not the Gerbera ones, but the inexpensive ones), mums, and maybe 2 roses (it is hard to tell from the photo). For $110?
Their substitution policy mentions exchanging like for like - it just may be a variation in colour (white vs cream; pink vs purple). That is not what happened. The two arrangements didn't look remotely similar.
Oh! And the staff made a typo when writing the card and rather than be professional about it, used messy liquid white out rather than re-writing the card. Unacceptable.
Essentially - I got bargain flowers at an inflated designer price and the company isn't willing to acknowledge that or actually be accountable. I consider this to be theft and have asked to speak with Ralph's supervisor as this does not adhere to their own Substitution Policy on their website.
I will provide an update as to whether the company will step up and make it right, or if they continue to not take responsibility.
I will also continue to write reviews to express my disappointment in the hopes that someone else doesn't get taken advantage of.
Out of state order to be delivered on Saturday. Called on Monday and was told it would be delivered then and they had talked to recieving party to change delivery date. Called on Thursday. No delivery yet so I canceled order but they refused to refund. Talked to receiving party and no one had contacted them. This business is poorly run and is borderline fraud
Poor communication. No tracking info available like they claim.Can't get through to speak with anyone. Flowers not delivered. Having to dispute transaction. Shop elsewhere!
I ordered the deluxe pink kalanchoe plant to be delivered to a family member who had recently lost her son. The plant should have been delivered the next day which ended up being delivered almost a week later. The interesting thing is that I received notice that the plant had been delivered on day 2, when in fact it hadn't. I spoke with someone by phone who act as if they were trying to reach the delivery person but unsuccessful. This person assured me that it would be delivered and they would get back with me. I also communicated with someone via email with much of the same conversation. Long story less long, the first photo is from their website vs what was delivered in the second photo. I am not a plant expert but what was delivered is no where a deluxe plant. It looks more like a starter in the budding phase. I will never order from the business again. I can't say for sure that they are scammers but they are very close.

First of all, the order was 3 days late. Second, it was nothing like the photo. They switched Lillies for carnations and still charged me for Lillies. I have been on the phone with them and on hold with them multiple times over the last week and a half. They have offered me 10% off. When I told them that was unacceptable they said the best they could do was 20% off - which was only $10. ($50 arrangement). They wouldn't give me a refund on the delivery (also $10) or any of the other fees that added up to a $91 total. RIDICULOUS! I am more upset after speaking to their "customer care" team than I was before I called. I will never EVER send flowers from them again.
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, they charged me $182, but today is her birthday, I'm waiting the flowers, but I receive a message that they cancelled my order. Without any explanation. The money refund will take 2-6 working days, its's awful, they've rather let me down with this, I`m very upset!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I order a flower arrangement online, scheduled delivery, and this company came back and told me that there was a problem with my arrangement: "We are writing to inform you that we are having issues locating a driver and supplies going to this area. The good news is we found a supplier who can send us the products. Their prices are higher than expected.
We are writing to ask for an additional $25. We actually need $50 and as compensation, we just rendered our profit for this order and only needed the remaining $25 to proceed and substitute your order with a beautiful Designer's Choice." This company is a scam!
I placed an order two days in advance of delivery. On delivery day they called to say their supplier could not provide the flowers but if I gave them an additional $20 they could use another supplier. As I had already spent 90$ I told them I would not and they said they would send an arrangement close to what I had asked for. I called back to ensure the delivery was going to happen and they assured me there were going to deliver that day. Later that day I received an email saying they could not deliver until the following day. I canceled my order and used another florist...now let's see if i receive my refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.

Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
