I ordered flowers for my grieving sister to be delivered same day. I received an email from them 2 hrs later that said they would be delivered the next day, which I was not happy about. No response from the company when I complained. The next day I received an email and phone call that they wanted MORE MONEY! And they would not be delivered until the following day…so 2 days after I ordered them (which probably wouldn't happen either). This is a complete scam artist company. Do not order from them! I plan to issue a complaint with the better business bureau.
Worst flower service I have ever experienced. Flowers are old and wilted. Bouquets are sparse and very cheaply made. Do not adhere to any time quotes and if you pay for early delivery it does not happen. Reporting to Amex and BBB. So disappointed they ruined what was to be a very special thank you! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!
Fraudulent behavior. I am actually not sure if this isn't a scam. Did not deliver, excuses about THEIR supplier not being able to deliver, then asked for ore money. Never delivered the flowers.

I paid an expedited order fee to have flowers delivered to my daughter before 1:00 PM on her birthday. When they still hadn't arrived at 5:00 PM, I e-mailed for a status on the order. I also tried calling the number in my confirmation e-mail, but no one picked up and there was no voicemail to leave a message. My daughter did not get her flowers until after 9:00 PM. They looked slightly wilted and the water was dirty. Would never order from this company again.
Not Good never recived my refund or order not sure what happen i have emailed 3 more times since they said i would get my refund no answer
Did not receive the right flowers,candy or balloon.called the place that sent out the wrong flowers that a 2 year old put together.They scammed me out of 100.00 dollars.Please beware the people who had supposedly put the arrangement together had a card in the flowers is a bogus address and bogus phone number.!
I made a very specific and easy request and confirmed they understood what I was looking for, instead they delivered the most generic looking bouquet ever made and offered me a 10% credit when I pointed out they had not delivered what I had ordered. However, they did (after 4 emails and 3 phone calls) increased to 20%. But paying 80% for something I didn't order still is not a good deal.
I ordered a deluxe size Peace Lily for a dear friend, her brother passed away. The delivery driver dropped it off outside of the garage and left. The next day I find out that it had been stolen but the driver lied and said it was handed to the recipient. Once Blossom found out she has a ring camera and nothing was handed to her, they delivered a much smaller one ( 4 1/2 inch pot). I contacted them and they made me jump through hoops basically to prove it and that meant asking my grieving friend to send pics and a clip of the camera footage only to be offered an apology and a $10 refund. I am left pretty disappointed and will not be using them again any time in the future.
Not a flower shop! Do not use! They hijack orders from the internet posing as a local florist shop. They farm orders out to floral shops at grocery stores because actual florist will not deal with them and you get whatever they have access to and Not what you ordered. They do not provide adequate refunds. In addition the plants delivered were poisonous to children and pets. Very dissapointed!
Writing this 4 days after the worst experience. This company employs fradulent proctices. I ordered fully paid and processed flower delivery on 9.7.23. Requested delivery for 9.8.23 at 4:30 pm received an email stating delivery was postponed till 9.9.23. Morning of 9.9.23 received bot a phone call marked spam and email from Blossom stating in order to deliver my floweres I needed to call and give an additional $20 due to thir supplies increased!? I called said no not paying more order was fully paid and now 1 day late. The rep then offered coupons for "future orders"... how stupid do they think I am? I was then told no more money order will be cancelled. I said fine now am told may take up to 14 days for refund.I paid over $75 including a hefty dekiver charge. Today 9.11.23 I was emailed from Blossom staing my refund has been processed but I should contact my bank if I don't receive the refund. I did reply back I already called my bank on 9.9.23 began an investigation that day for refund, wrote to BBB complaint and contacted both MA and RI Attorney General Office concerning Blossom business practice. Please be warned STAY AWAY you think your getting a good prices only to have your order held hostage for more money!
My sister had knee surgery and I had placed a flower order to be delivered to her house the day after her surgery. They came up with the excuse that they didn't have flowers. They ran out of product! I didn't even know until the day after they were supposed to deliver flowers that they hadn't delivered the flowers yet. I had called and asked my sister how she was feeling and then I finally asked her. Did you get your flowers yesterday? She said, "No! What flowers?" So then I called Blossom Flowers back and said why didn't even let me know that you didn't deliver her flowers!?!? Their response…"We're sorry", they weren't! Then they said that they would get it to her that day. Their shipment still didn't come in so on the fourth day after ordering it, I was fed up and said give me my money back they kept on saying they would give me a five dollar discount towards my next purchase. There will never be a next purchase. I told him you guys have messed this up royally! They really didn't want to give me the refund. I finally had to go to a supervisor to get a refund after the ridiculousness of four days, not delivering the flowers to my sister, who just had surgery.! So take my warning do not order from this company. They are unreliable and they basically ruined, me sending flowers to my sister!
Beware, you are not getting same day delivery. If you cancel your order due to an email after they take your money that it will be 2 days, you will get offered a deal to move forward with the purchase. If you still cancel out of principal you will wait 5-6 business days for the refund! Yikes.
They deserve 0 stars. WEDNESDAY morning I ordered at bouquet, sale price $59.99. Service fee of. $10.99 plus other expenses for a total of $71.23. Today, Friday, I come home to a missed call and email at 5:32PM saying their supplies did not come in and the WANTED ANOTHER $20.32 minutes later, Sunshine, really her name?, finally tells me a refund has been issued (most of my time spent on hold then having to tell her THREE TIMES to credit my credit card as there was NO WAY I was paying them any more money. How are they still in business?
I went online to order a plant for a friend that was recovering from a colon cancer surgery. I should have read the reviews first instead of just looking at the pictures. #myfault I wanted the African Violet plant on the left. What I got looks like weeds on the right with a lopsided eye Teddy Bear! They didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the plant. I called the next day at 4pm when I was told it would arrive by 6pm. They then told me they didn't have it and would send a plant that looked similar. (IT DOES NOT) They told me they would send me a picture before shipping. (THEY DID NOT) This office was in Houston, TX. I paid $95 and this looks like a $50 arrangement if that. After reading about 7 reviews this seems to be how they make money by putting up pretty pictures and shipping something with a lesser quality. SHAMEFUL! I learned a lesson and I will NEVER purchase from them again! How do you substitute African Violets for weed growing Daisy's? ANNOYED!
Oh my gosh. I ordered Blossoms' "Exquisite Sunflowers" specifically because we live where they are currently very plentiful. I paid over $100 and what was delivered was FIVE average looking sunflowers with a touch of greenery. - Customer support has not replied. - I am crying! My first time not being able to spend my daughter's birthday with her due to illness so I wanted the flowers to be super special. I am so sad. This looks like somebody ran into the local grocery store and grabbed this arrangement, went through checkout and brought to my daughter's workplace. - BUYER BEWARE!
I asked them days in advance to send a picture of the floral arrangements before they were sent out, I had them make note of that and yet they still did not do the one thing I asked. I also asked for peonies days in advance and was told day before that they could not do that flower even though I made sure before placing the order. My order was over 100$ and was told because peonies are expensive flowers and then I had to have them substituted with something for cheaper. I will not shop with them again.
I placed an order on September 2nd 2023 to have roses delivered on September 4th to a specified address. I gave special instructions that the roses must not be delivered before September 4th.
When we arrived at our destination to where the roses were delivered, the receptionist said they were delivered on the 2nd. All the roses were already in full open bloom. We usually get the roses before they are in bloom so we get to enjoy them longer.
We have sent 4 emails with not one response back plus called customer service and was put on hold for 31 minutes and then cut off. Never heard anything back from them.
I ordered a daisy bouquet and the recipient got two daisies in a small vase. Not only that, it arrived a day late! I was very sad because this was given to someone that had just had surgery for cancer and is not doing well. Don't use this company!
The people who run this place are incompetent.
Do NOT shop here. I paid extra for next day service with a nice delivery tip. Flowers were delivered 4 days late. And they refused to give me a refund during those 4 days we didn't receive the flowers.

Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
