Worst flower delivery service I've ever used, my mistake for not looking at reviews. My client never received their order on the date they were supposed to, so I reached out to their customer service to cancel and ended up going with another flower company, who actually delivered the flowers on time. So I thought my order was canceled and refunded, nope they delivered the flowers still just two weeks late, never refunded me or replied to my emails. Don't waste your time and please don't be like me and skip over reviews

Horrible company! Ordered flowers for her babies heavenly birthday. The flowers weren't delivered when I ordered them to be due to a mix up in the address. Then when they were delivered the delivery lady handed them and said "they fell over you might want to add some water to them" the flowers were damaged. When I contacted them about it I was offered 10% refund/credit. I wasn't expecting a full refund but really!

Blossom Flower Delivery did promise to deliver by noon, but the flowers did not come until 2 pm. The added charge was refunded. When the flowers did arrive they were not at all what I had purchased. The person receiving the flowers was allergic to the flowers that had been substituted and it made me look like I was not paying attention to this persons requirements. I might also add that I am not good at floral arranging, but I could have done better myself. The company is not an American company nor are they Canadian. Their company is based outside of the North American continent.

TERRIBLE & UNRELIABLE

Sympathy flower order was never delivered. When I tracked the order it kept saying was going to be delivered by end of day. Chat said even though past the 6 pm delivery it was still going to be delivered. Never was. Then when I tracked it said delivered and it wasn't. When I left a message they said I would receive a call back in 2-8 minutes that was 36 hours ago and still have not heard back. Needless to say I cancelled the order and will dispute any credit card charges. It was a scam! Beware!

Unbelievably bad business

Would be a negative review - but that's not an option, so I guess 1 star is as low as I can go. I called (3:34 pm) and placed an order for a $100 order for a dish garden, no problem - will be delivered the next day between 9 am and 6pm, perfect. Got a text message (8:04 pm) stating they don't have what I wanted, was going to substitute all fresh flowers - definitely not what I want. I called immediately after receiving the text and was told they don't have what I ordered, they would replace with just live flowers (again - absolutely not what I want) so I want to cancel the order. They then told me I would receive a refund in 6 business days, plus told me I was calling late to talk bout this - was a few min after I received text (8:10pm). Seriously, they took the money out of my account in minutes - they messed up, their error and can't deliver what I ordered and I have to wait 6 days for a refund? I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid using this company. Was on the phone for 42 minutes with a rep and still couldn't resolve the issue. They have no business sense and don't know how to take care of customers.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Blossom flower delivery service that I felt compelled to share. I placed an order over the phone for same-day delivery, and I was promised that my flowers would be delivered on the very same day. However, this promise turned out to be nothing more than empty words, and it left me extremely disappointed.

When I inquired about the possibility of a same-day delivery, I made it clear that if it couldn't be accomplished, I didn't want the order to proceed. The customer service representative assured me that they could indeed deliver the flowers on the same day.
To my shock and dismay, I received an email four hours later stating, "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day. We sincerely apologize for the delay. We sincerely appreciate your patience and treasure your valued business." This message was a slap in the face, and it made me question the professionalism and organization of this company.

What followed was a nightmare of customer service. I attempted to contact them multiple times, spending hours on hold, just to request a refund for an order they failed to fulfill. To add insult to injury, they refused to accept responsibility for their actions and offered me a measly $5 credit instead.

This entire experience left me feeling frustrated, cheated, and deeply unsatisfied with this company's services. It's clear that they are not only unprofessional but also have no qualms about making promises they can't keep. It's a shame that a company can charge customers for a service and then fail to deliver on their commitments.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using this flower delivery service. My experience with them was nothing short of a disaster, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Their unprofessionalism, broken promises, and lack of accountability make them a company that is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your flower delivery needs..

SCAM Flower Delivery

Do NOT order flowers from this service. It's a complete scam. I ordered a Premium bouquet and paid an expedited delivery fee, and not only were they delivered a day late, but the flowers themselves were AWFUL.

Below LEFT is what I ordered for $110, and below right is what was delivered.

Their customer service is a complete sham as well. After holding 25 minutes, the lady said she was reaching out to the delivery driver and the order was "on the truck for jASAP delivery."

Save your money and frustration and CHOOSE ANOTHER FLORIST..

I would give this business 0 stars! I ordered bouquet, balloons, candy for morning delivery as recipient not home after 1 p.m. Paid extra charge to deliver early. Called business when not delivered as promised. They offered to refund early delivery charge and said they would deliver before six. This was not satisfactory and I cancelled entire order since not as promised. Still waiting for money to be returned.

NO STAR should be an option!

I placed an order on 9/14 to be delivered on the same day. The next day I received a message that the flowers weren't delivered because of a late notice from their supplier, but they would deliver that day (9/15).
I had no problem with that and thanked them for the update (maybe that was my mistake). The following message came on Monday 9/18, again apologizing: "late notice from our supplier about delayed delivery." They said that they would deliver the next day 9/19. I told them that if any way possible I would need the delivery to happen that day or 'no later' than the next day (that would be 9/20).
On 9/20 they called me with the same message. Still no delivery! We told them that this was the last chance they were given. If no delivery on 9/21, we need a full refund.
They had the gall to reply in an email that 'all changes or cancellations of the order are no longer an option.'
I can't wait to see a picture of the arrangement.

I will never do business with them again.

Stay away. Sent me an email that there were "supply problems" and tried to charge me another $40 on a $65 bouquet. Untrustworthy and weird experience. Now I'm worried about my credit card #s.

I was fraudulently mislead on my $111.00 order, it was to be delivered the same day and it was not. I called the flower shop the next day to see where my order was and they told me that the flower arrangement I ordered was out of stock, why did they not tell me that at the time of order, they had no issue taking my money immediately for it. They did not care and just ignored my concerns when I called. This is for a death in the family and the added stress does not help, they were aware of this as well. Service is a zero as well as their phone etiquette, I will never order from there again.(receipt is in U.S. $)

It will be hard to put into words what an awful experience this was. Ordered a week in advance and paid extra for a guaranteed morning delivery (my wife is a teacher and it was our anniversary)

They never delivered them, I began communicating my concern around 10:00am and it took until 3:00pm to get any type of response. They would not let me cancel my order (even though no one would be at the school to receive the order this late in the day).

The online chat stopped responding once I voiced some concern and asked for a number to call.

I can't express enough what a poorly run operation this is. When I finally had a chance to speak with someone, they seemingly had no concern about my experience being so poor, they want me to wait 48-hours to confirm my order wasn't delivered before refunding me.

The timing was extremely important, as I made that known when I placed my order. The last thing I want is flowers to show up the day after my anniversary.

They wouldn't provide me with a cancelation number or any written acknowledgment of my cancellation.

I will be disputing any charges on my card and will tell as many people as I know to avoid this company at all cost.

Terrible Service

Ordered flowers for my sisters 80th birthday. Paid $5.99 for early morning delivery, she got them at 6.40pm!
I paid $14.99 for addition of a box of chocolates, she received two bars of chocolate!
I paid $5 for a tip for the driver to wish my sister a happy birthday, my nephew answered the door and he said nothing! My sisters day was spoiled as I had to tell her they were coming so she couldn't leave the house. Absolutely disgusted. Have emailed them and asked for the money paid for extras be refunded but haven't heard back. Don't order from them, shocking company.

Absolute $#*!ing scam. They dont even deliver flowers. I paid $200 for birthday / new baby flowers, they were so quick to take my $ - the flowers never got delivered and when I called for a refund they kept hanging up on me. FML. Livid.

This is not a local company, all of the support is in India. I ordered Florists Choice from the website, then they said I needed to pay an additional $15 because they were out of stock. I said ok, then they still didn't deliver the flowers.

I ordered funeral flowers days in advance & was told day of I needed to pay $51 more to get what I ordered. Or let them downgrade it to their choice for a casket spray instead of the heart wreath. Still no guarantee that they will arrive in time before the service. Unbelievable! NEVER USE THEM.

We ordered a lovely bouquet to be sent to a funeral in another town. First off, we had to pay an extra delivery fee to ensure that the flowers would arrive more that 20 minutes before the service. What a rip off, that's ridiculous! Then, the flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like what we ordered. SO embarrassing to have 'sent ' such a tacky display! Customer service refunded 25% of the price only after I argued forever. Won't use them again!
