I tried this company twice, only to NEVER have any flowers delivered to the funeral home. They lie 2 u.
I ordered a $100.00 bouquet for Mother's Day. She never received them and they refused a refund.Do not order from them.
Blossom flower delivery keeps contacting me and the recipient of the delivery to check to see if the order was delivered and what day and if it was on time this is harassment I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I will continue to report them
The fact that a recipient I was trying to thank and do not know very well received this from me embarassed and mortified me! I can't even believe this shop would think these were acceptable. They could not refund me on the spot or make it right that day and send another arrangement. They said it was "under investigation". I am so disappointed and angry.
I got scammed. Heartbroken that my flowers were never sent to a funeral. I will be smarter next time.
I ordered flowers for a family members birthday picked my schedule date no flowers delivered 3 days later I'm told they will deliver them the next week worst company ever will never ever do business with them and will discourage anyone I know never to do business with them.
Please do not order from this company. It will be the biggest waste of your time and money.
I tried ordering sympathy flowers which were never delivered. I know that, because I was at the home of the location they were supposed to arrive at. There was no attempts in any way to contact the person they were intended for, no proof that anyone even tried, like a photo of them left on a doorstep. When I tried talking to a live person, two different asian women made up two completely different delivery times when these flowers supposedly arrived. The company responds to my emails only to say "we are working on your ticket, thanks" Then never does anything.
Ordered flowers for expedited service to be delivered by 1pm (Nearly $25 delivery/handle/service charge on a $68 arrangement. Arrangement arrived after 5:30pm. The picture will tell the rest of the story as what was advertised and what was received are two completely different arrangements. Very disappointing.
3 hours to the funeral service i was notified that they could not do my arrangement i spent $150 on. They then refused to send a picture of other options that could be done refused to tell me the local florist that was making it so i could work directly with them. According to the family nothing arrived from us. They refuse to send proof of delivery or give a refund.
This site offers same day delivery with additional charges. I ordered a sympathy plant with same day delivery, paid the expedited fee to have it delivered by 1pm. The delivery never arrived, I called at 5:00pm, was on a lengthy hold, then spoke to a representative "Neka", she would not provide me with her Emp ID or a reference# to the call. She offered to refund me $10.99, however, same day and expedited is more than that. She stated on the call my arrangement would be delivered tomorrow (10/03/2023), stated she sent an email of my $10.99 refund and that my arrangement will be delivered by 11am tomorrow. When the email arrived as she stayed on the phone, it mentioned nothing about the 11am delivery. I told her it did not indicate this and she disconnected the call. This is false advertising and misleading and this company is taking consumer's money for same day and expedited same day (meaning at a specified time) and not delivering. How can businesses get away with this? I don't even know if this arrangement will ever be delivered at this point and I am sure I will never receive a full refund if it does not.
I order flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. They were not delivered until Sunday. Despite how many times I contacted them, and they continually told me that "They were out for delivery" on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Then they tried to tell me it was a "supply" issue. They offered $5 for the inconvenience. That's insulting. I don't think these people really understand why people send flowers to others on specific days/occasions. It's a lost concept with them. They are Cleary in the wrong business. I will never order flowers from them again.
I was lied to about the presence of the florist in the town I wanted flowers sent to. I was pestered by phone, email, and texts the three days it took to get the address I needed. The flowers were delivered four days late, not at all what I ordered, and seemed to come from another state. At least they refunded my expedited delivery fund. Sorry I didn't resd the reviews first.
Placed an order for flowers for a funeral. The next day they said they couldn't do the arrangement due to "low supplies", so they'd make something else up. They said they'd send the confirmation email that the order was delivered, & no email was received. Nothing. Ended up calling & the flowers were not delivered for the funeral. We had to call to find this out. Nobody reached out or anything to disclose this information. They are now saying we have to wait 2-6 business days for a refund since no flowers were delivered. After reading all these reviews, I feel there will be no refund, & am well aware of the scam of a "company" this is. They even quoted a price for the mastercard transaction, & added an extra charge of $30 for the US exchange rate & did not make any mention of so. DO NOT order ANYTHING from these bs scammers. This is not a company, it's a joke stealing so many peoples money.
I placed an important same day flower order on Friday 9/29. Late in the day I received an email that my order couldn't be delivered that day but would be next day
At noon, they called to say they had no pick roses (the entire basis of the arrangement) asking that I pick a different color, so I did.
At 3pm, I received an email saying they were unable to deliver the flowers today.
Called customer service to verify and inquire as to why. No reason could be provided, instead I was told they couldn't be there now until Monday.
The delivery was sentimentality time sensitive and these repeated delays were unforeseen, very disappointed and not acceptable. Future buyers beware that this florist did not prove to be dependable at a time it mattered most.
I am disputing the transaction since customer service sucks and don't know who customer is… save your money and aggrevation
I searched Calgary, Alberta same day flower delivery - Blossom cane up and I mistrusted where this company is based. I feel gouged for how much it cost when I thought I was paying in Canadian Dollars.
The delivery was prompt. Quality was satisfactory. I will not be using this service again.
Ordered flowers for my daughter. Not delivered. Instead received a text requesting more money. When I called I was told that I could get different flowers than what I order, but not for four more days. I cancelled the order and will be reporting to the BBB.
They took my money, including the extra charge to have sent before 1pm, took 2 days before saying they couldn't fill it and had the audacity to ask me for more money. Everytime I used the tracker online it said in transit when they didn't even have it on site, they order deliveries as they come and everytime I called I was hung up on.
The flowers sent to my cousin were awful compared to what the picture was online. They won't even refund or send her a new arrangement. Never buy flowers from them. Terrible and dishonest customer service.
I called early in the morning they promised same day delivery, and 9 hours later when I called to check on delivery status they said driver's car is not working. They charged me $158 for this boquet and could not perform service they promised. Now they are telling me it will take up to 6 days to refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
