Today was worst ever.picked out arrangement, today to be delivered, got call out of flowers, need $40 more to get arrangement. I paid that much more, delivered late, and delivery guy let them in Arizona heat and they wilted till person went out to check and saw delivery guy was there an hour ago. Not acceptable, this is 95 degree heat, can't you call or let know coming and wait till they answer door?
I called yesterday 10-18-23 at 10 am to send an arrangement to a friends office and asked if it could be delivered by
4:30pm the latest they got there at 5 as the office was closing. So was told it would get delivered today 10-19 and it was my friend sent a picture and was stunned as it didn't look like anything I would give to someone it was missing a plant and looked straggly.
Come on people do better if you want business can't say I will ever refer anyone here!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend in the hospital on Oct 8. I was charged on my credit card, but the flowers were never delivered. My friend spent an hour calling all over the hospital to see if they were delivered to the wrong place. No trace. I called the customer service number - get a bot who tells me that they were delivered! Total rip off. But the worst is that they prevented me from showing up in an important way for my friend in need. AVOID.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever dealt with with a flower delivering company. For starters they are not at the location where the flowers are coming from, so they can never give you accurate information. The emails are coming from an automated service. They charge an extra fee to deliver the flowers before 1pm and will deliver them at 3:30pm. They cant give any definitive answers and the tracking system never changes status so you have no idea what status your order is in. They will put you on hold and hang up the phone in addition to not responding back to emails. After all this is said and done they will offer you a $5.00 discount on a $100+ order. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. I was told at 11am my order was out for delivery, then at 1:00pm (the time i paid for it to be delivered by) it was out for delivery and at a whopping 3:30pm when my girlfriend had already left work they finally came. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better company.
I ordered the Calming Comfort Delux for a family funeral that I wasn't able to attend. The picture of the arrangement on their website was beautiful, so I placed the order. The arrangement that was delivered wasn't anything like the picture so I sent an email requesting a refund. After not hearing anything from the company, I called today to inquire why I didn't receive any response regarding my emails. I was offered a refund of $14.99 on a $75.00 arrangement that I didn't order. The gentleman James that I spoke with kept saying one think then retract what he said. The offered 50% refund then retracted the offer. He admitted they knew the incorrect arrangement was sent then denied he said it. Please, nobody should order from this company. They are SCAMMERS!
The flowers delivered looked nothing like the arrangement paid for - $100 for a pink & white basket decorated with pink & white ribbon-filled with DELUXE pink and white roses and hydrangeas. What was delivered is a BROWN basket with 4 pink roses and one red one, two brownish white hydrangeas & the rest was big, ugly yellow berries and green ferns, no ribbon at all …Also, so embarrassed that my niece received these UGLY flowers!
All I can say is don't use this company. It is a total scam outfit….probably based out of China! Definitely not local! And they don't deliver the service they advertise! Buyer beware….check out the BBB report on this so called company!
I called Blossom Flower Delivery Thursday Oct 12th for sympathy flowers. (I had already had a company cancel as they couldn't deliver until the 20th.) So, I emphasized they were sympathy flowers and if they weren't there by today (Saturday, even though they were to be delivered Friday), I didn't want them. I went over that multiple times and was told not to worry.
I asked if they were local to MD, the way she answered me I thought they were around the area. Turns out they aren't! I told them the flowers HAD to be there by Saturday at the latest. They said no problem. So my friends didn't get flowers, I've been on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours, and they REFUSE to get me a supervisor. She wants 48 ADDITIONAL hours to see if they magically arrive. THEN they would start researching. Monday or Tuesday they will contact the driver to find out where the "flowers" are. I asked for A supervisor a dozen times over 2 hours, but never had one talk to me. I was ready to hold all night long. That was when they finally said they would refund me. I haven't gotten it yet, but I hope I don't have to call again. Oh,BTW these were sympathy flowers, they called my friend to confirm she didn't get the flowers. Yes, they called a family in MOURNING to ask them if they got them. I was avoiding getting her involved, talking to her adult grandchild. But this company called because they don't believe their customers. If give them a 0 if I could. This was upsetting.
I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. They called the day before and said the flowers are going to the same address as the sender is this correct? I informed them yes it is. I guess no one has ever ordered flowers from them for their wife. I had to be out of town on business when I received a call that the delivery flowers would have to be substituted and would not arrive until the day after our anniversary. The next day was a Sunday so I was a little suspect but imagine my surprise when the next call stated the delivery day would change to Monday. It seems like they want to get your money and then under delivery. I will never use them again. Stay away
Stupid company
They run out of product via their supplier and cannot deliver on date requested ( which I'm sure is important for many customers)
And somehow a customer is supposed to be ok with that and proceed with the order anyways with a new date.
Spent over $100 for rush delivery for funeral. Never came! Called days later. Said they are running behind but would deliver it that day. Later got txt, low on flowers. I asked for refund as they ruined it already. We will see. Such con artists!
Ordered a bouquet for a colleague and had it delivered to work. The initial delivery date was pushed back because they didn't have the bouquet I wanted so I was understanding and ordered a different one for a later date. It never arrived. When I contacted customer service they said it had, and take it up with the delivery company. They were in no way helpful. They didn't offer any solutions. The delivery company needed an initial confirmation number which I didn't have so I was out $80. Would not recommend.
I ordered flowers yesterday and I had the delivery address one digit off. They did not bother to call any of the phone numbers provided. Good luck getting them to answer emails, texts or phone calls. When you finally get through the hangups and transfers you are forced to pay an additional $15.00 for delivery and no option for refund. Apparently, they provide no customer service at all if you type in a wrong address. HORRIBLE customer service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend was sweet enough to surprise me with flowers while he's overseas but guess what the flower never came even tho they sent him an email saying that they got delivered. I was talking on the phone with them for almost a week and they were saying " oh we haven't talked to all the drivers yet, I need the sender's confirmation in order to cancel it" meanwhile they never emailed my boyfriend nor they responding to his emails. After many phone calls they finally said that they will refund him in 2-6 days. Now we wait and see.
As others before me have found, I find it a shame that there's not a ZERO STAR option in this review. I could write a long, detailed review about the extreme frustrations regarding the claimed delivery of an order that was a complete nondelivery and the ensuing conversations with so-called customer representatives, but suffice it to say that I'd be shocked to find out that this is a legitimate business. It has all the hallmarks of a scam. Don't spend any money with this organization of crooks.
I ordered flower to be delivered before 2:00 PM today it is now 5:40PM and the flowers have not been delivered. I called customer service and could not get a human, scheduled a call back and was hung up on when the call connected. I thought this was a local florist but obviously is not - Do not use!
Ordered flowers for my MIL for her birthday over a week in advance. They called me the DAY OF delivery saying they couldn't fulfill the order without another $28 because they didn't have enough supplies and had to have another florist complete the order. And they would now be delayed at least a day. Customer service was super unhelpful
The first picture is what was delivered! The second picture is what was advertised! 80.00 for dead flowers. Don't EVER do business with this sham of a company. They will NOT make good on their flowers that are farmed out to a 3rd party and they will NOT refund your money!
They then said I needed to pay $60+ for them to use a different supplier or just send a half dozen roses instead of the full dozen. What a scam! I have requested my money back but so far I haven't heard back. If I could give a -10 rating I would.
That one star I gave has a negative sign in front of it! I ordered calla lillies and the local florist, who delivered, told me this company said to substitute the calla lillies with other flowers. They wouldn't even respond to my email! HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.

Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
