Paid for early delivery. Called because it wasn't delivered and they lied and said it was being delivered right then. Checked after the funeral and still not delivered. Supposedly they are refunding. Going to challenge it through credit card.
I asked them to deliver the following day and they said it would be delayed a day because of supplies. Why are you accepting orders if you don't have the supplies. I was fine with a day late arrival because it was not a funeral, but the day they said they'd deliver didn't haven either. We are now on Sunday and there is not delivery on Sundays. They tell me it will be delivered today Monday. We shall see, but I will never order from this company again, ever! Now let's see if they deliver what I ordered or if they are going to skimp on it because I made them give me $5 refund rather than a $5 coupon for future orders that I'm never going to make.
Do not buy from them. I spent over $100 and got something you would buy at the grocery store. Awful.
On 11/4, ordered an $85 planter with an add on Teddy Bear ($25), plus delivery fee of $10. Address/info I gave was correct. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. Found out, this is NOT A brick & mortar FLORIST SHOP. Its an online service. Couldn't get a live person. Phone system said it was delivered on 11/6. Recipient works from home; said they did NOT get planter! Called and emailed. Finally reached a live person in 11/9! Thankfully, they admitted the arrangement was not delivered because "the florist they booked delivery with was out of the plants needed to make the arrangement, and were waiting on a shipment to come in!" The planter was finally delivered on 11/10! It looked nothing like what I ordered AND They did NOT add the teddy bear AND I didn't get a refund! I love sending flowers, but this was the WORST SERVICE EVER! I'll never use Blossom Flowers again.
I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful floral arrangement for a celebration of life for my nephew. The flowers were never delivered I ordered them by phone so there would be no mistake, wrong date or not on time. I can't believe that they never came, when I called they gave me the run around about not being able to contact the delivery driver. These flowers were going to be the center flower arrangement I was so embarrassed Not even an apology, I still don't know what happened. Please anyone out there do not order your flowers from this company!
I requested flowers to be delivered to my wife after she lost her cat of 15 years. I had them scheduled to arrive on Nov 3rd. They never showed. I emailed about it. They were like 'sorry we're backed up they'll be delivered on the 7th." They didn't tell me that on their own, they didn't notify when I bought the flowers, just left me in the wind. Trash company, they don't care, they don't communicate, don't waste your time or money.
I was charged 110. $ for a premium arrangement and faster delivery. The florist that was contacted to make the arrangements was given 60$ and instructed to make a 45$ arrangement. The flowers were nothing that I ordered and it was a 45$ arrangement not a 100$ arrangement. This company needs to be shut down.
Scam. I paid $11.99 for delivery & $5.25 for "handling fee"
My friend was called by the local florist shop who asked her to pick up the flowers due to a "lack of delivery drivers".
I spent 45 minutes disputing the delivery and handling charge as the flowers were not delivered. The person hardly speaks English and gave multiple reasons as to why they cannot refund me but instead offered me a $10 credit.
Call your local floral shops and order through them directly. Do not use this third party. They're overpriced and they'll underdeliver, or I'm my case they won't deliver at all.
Please be aware of this company. My experience has been the same as others. They called me back and asked for more money as they were having trouble locating a driver. They also claimed to forfeit their profit for the inconvenience, so I agreed to the additional charge in order to get the flowers on time. The flowers did not arrive on time and were over two days late for a funeral. I phone them 6 times to follow up on status. Each time they said they were following up and would call me back. They NEVER called me back. Each time I reached back out to them they gave me excused and lied to me twice. I also asked for a refund, and they refused saying that they needed more time to investigate the issue. They proceeded to hang up on me. I ended up finding the flowers myself by calling the local florist and never heard back from Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers delivered looked like they were picked up at the grocery store and likely didn't cost more than $40. I was charged $168. Also note this company is located in California but selling their services as a local vendor. Finally, the reviews and 4.5-star rating on the website seems to be fake reviews based on the reviews and experience from all the previous customers here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
FIRST OFF PLCAED OREDER FOR ANNIVERSARY, CALL AT 4.45 THAT DAY CANT MAKE THE DELIVERY THEY WERE OUT OF THE FLOWERS. SECOND THE FLOWERS I ORDERED WERE THE PREMIUM AND I GOT THE SMALLEST ONE. THIRD SUPPOSE TO GET MYLAR BALOON AND CHOCOLATES, DIDNT RECEIVE EITHER ONE. FLOWERS WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND THEY WERE WILLTED. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING ORDERING FLOWERS TO MOST DEFINITELY ORDER FROM ANYONE BUT BLOSSOM. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND FLOWERS. THEY DESERVE A SCORE OF A MINUS 100.
This company doesn't even deserve a star. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered a special flower arrangement for my sister. This company is HORRIBLE. What all the other reviews are saying is SO Correct. I could throw up all over this review, but that HORRIBLE company doesn't even deserve all my frustration. And to make matters worse, the email correspondence was not with a REAL PERSON! It was a chatbot, I bet the HORRIBLE company doesn't even read the emails! Bottom line, DON'T USE THEM
I ordered a wreath for my Dad's memorial. The wreath was subcontracted to another florist who got the colors of the flowers wrong. They used very cheap flowers. The writing on the ribbon was printed then stapled. The name was misspelled. When I called about the concerns, instead of fixing the problem, they offered 10% discount. I was very angry.
Not only was my order never delivered after multiple follow ups, no apology was offered re why my friend never received her flowers. I was put on hold multiple times and told various reasons including that the delivery driver never went out and then that they simply couldn't get ahold of the designer. As if that's an acceptable reason for not fulfilling an order? I asked for a full refund and was offered a $5 credit and a coupon for a future order which was beyond insulting. Insisted on full refund and let them know I would be writing a couple of reviews like this. I don't know how they've managed to hide google reviews but if I'd know this was how they operated I never would have ordered from this shop. Don't waste your time and money.
Over $100 all in and absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. The flowers they sent were not at all like the picture. The were sparse and very very old - roses fully opened - petals ready to fall off. No filler as in photo. I suspect the flowers that were sent might have been picked up a Safeway? :) I am not kidding. Avoid this company. Lots of good reputable florist services out there like Canada Flowers and FTD to choose from.
I ordered to be delivered today. When attempting the Irder Tracker-none of the numbers given to me on this order would pull up the info. After 3 hung up calls, I finally got a person. The flowers I ordered are not available and a new bouquet will deliver tomorrow? I'm so disappointed in this company. I will never order from them again.
I ordered a $110 flowering plant for a funeral service 3 days in advance and paid $4.99 for an express delivery to ensure it was delivered before the service began, on top of the 18.00 delivery fee and 5.00 tip and service fee. My total bill was $158.71. Got to the funeral and there was no sign of the plant. Called them and there was a delivery truck issue. They couldn't deliver until Monday and would credit tip and express delivery fee. OK, gave them new address. What was delivered was a small dish garden! They are not to be relied upon. After days of negotation with rude people they credited me with a 30% discount, at least. I am so embarrassed with my friend who is grieving.
On 10/23/2023 I ordered a dozen roses for my wife on her birthday, the receipt stated the flowers would be hand delivered on 10/23/2023. The company remembered to bill my credit card but forgot to deliver the flowers Lol what a bunch of incompetent idiots.
I purchased a Deluxe plant arrangement for delivery to a family member as I wanted something the recipient could keep and nurture and she instead received a random flower arrangement which died within days. I was not informed or given any choice of an alternative. Since then the shop has ignored my emails and has done nothing to right their wrong. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This place has NO integrity.
Placed an order. I got a call less than 30
Mins later saying they didnt have what was needed for that bouquet. They requested an additional $30 to have a sister company do it. I had to call twice the day of delivery to check on it. The order did not arrive until 8pm. The bouquet delivered did not look anything like what I wanted and nowhere near as nice as the original. It looked quite messy. They actually called my mother to see if she had received the order when it was supposed to be a surprise. Not impressed. I will not be using this company again. The only positive is that the customer service agents were nice and accomodating.
Ordered $150 worth of flowers. Never delivered. Complained twice, no followup, no refund. Stay away from this company!
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
