I live on Ontario and my sister lives in New Brunswick. I found this company and wanted to send flowers to my sister for a 60th birthday. I was emailing them all day and they said that the delivery is scheduled to be on time. I asked for a delivery at 1 PM, it was 8:30 PM and my sister still had not received her flowers. I couldn't speak to anybody finally the customer service number I pressed one to place an order and I received some customer service lady saying that they didn't have the supply to deliver in that area, however, I was receiving email saying that the delivery is on schedule, and that my sister oversee her flowers, all lies! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WHATEVER YOU DO! Also, the email is AI. It's not a real person disgusting. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
I ordered the secret garden delux and our client received a plain plan with zero flowers and some of the leaves were dead. They wouldn't redeliver and only gave me a 20% discount! The first pic is what I ordered. The second pic is what was sent
This fraudulent company scammed my elderly mother out of $88 and had a dollar store cup filled with overflowing dry dirt and some plant clippings shoved in it. They refused to refund her money. BBB complaint has been filed. Now on to the district attorney's office of California. Below is their information!

This is some kind of scam-missed delivery date, didn't deliver add-ons, lying,their representative called from Med Ctr Aurora-very alarming!
On 11/22/23 I placed two orders from Blossom Flowers totaling $310.94, one for my aunt and one for my uncle William Russell's funeral which started at 10am on 11/25. I paid for expedited orders for both which is freakin joke! Neither got there in time. The one to my aunt was 2 days late and the one for my uncle's funeral which was to be delivered on 11/24/23 wasn't delivered at all! I contacted Blossom Flower reps 4 times receiving the most asinine BS excuses ever. Rep #1 11/24 5pm- Oh they're going to be delivered tomorrow morning before the funeral - we want them to be fresh for the funeral because they're a standing spray. Never received a notice they weren't delivered. Just checked the tracking system which is a joke. Rep #2 9:15 am 11/25. Oh they were delivered yesterday...you can call the church. The driver said he delivered them. Contacted the church. No delivery on 11/24 because they were closed... Rep #3 9:30 am 11/25. Typical BS apologies. Oh it's going to be there in a few minutes let me check,. But your other rep said they were delivered yesterday. Rep goes to check but never comes back it's now 9:48. Rep #4 9:50am. I'm now calling for a refund because the funeral starts in 10 minutes and no delivery. Rep answers with the typical BS. I don't need her to check. I need a refund! Rep leaves and doesn't come back. So the moral of the story is leave this POS company alone! Don't waste your money or your time! I'm contacting my bank to dispute the payment. Blossom Flowers then has the nerve to send me a confirmation that they were delivered.
I ordered flowers pictured on their site. The flower company called 10-17 to say they didn't have what i ordered and couldn't tell me what they would replace it with. I asked several times for it to be cancelled. They finally agreed. I received an order cancellation confirmation via email on 10-17. A MONTH later they called and said the order had been delivered. I had not noticed that they charged my card and i also ordered from a local florist the day it was cancelled. Now they are refusing to credit my card. I have the cancellation in writing. They tried to bait and switch me and are now defrauding me. You will never speak to the same person, they have zero intention of providing what is pictured on their site and they will not cancel your order. They are disreputable.
My niece was turning forty, we decide to send flowers and balloons to her as a surprise. To begin with the cost was pretty steep considering. We specifically ordered one with sunflowers in it, upon arrival the flowers were not even close to the ones described in our ordering, including zero sunflowers in it. She also did not receive the balloons; we were told when inquiring that the ballons are based on avalabity of the product. Then why offer the service if it's not guaranteed. When reaching out we basically received snotty responses, telling us they sent flowers that were comparable to the ones we ordered. We did get a standard 10% discount on the order due to their failure as a company. I strongly recommend to not use this service. Customer service is not really something they excel in, and really could care less about your satisfaction with their service.
This company is a joke. I ordered flowers a week prior for next day delivery and they told me they were backed up so it would for sure be delivered 3 days later. That day came and went and they couldn't get a hold of the driver who was supposedly delivering the flowers. So as of now we are out $300 and still no flowers delivered. I will never use this company and I encourage everyone to order flowers elsewhere
Ordered a floral arrangement ($193)for my great uncle funeral in another state.
I get a text the morning of the funeral saying they needed an address to deliver to, which they were already given. The flowers were too be delivered the day BEFORE the funeral. Now they won't be delivered at all. They offered me $10 off my order to deliver them AFTER the funeral. I won't say here what I told them. What a disappointment! Do yourself a favor and order flowers elsewhere.
I am so upset that I did not view their incredibly LOW ratings before purchasing. A co-worker had a big loss in their life, I ordered flowers to be delivered Friday, then it got pushed to Saturday, then to Tuesday (today) and now just received an email they are still experiencing "unforeseen circumstances" and "unexpected challenges" in delivering the order in the original estimated timeframe. After days of back and forth emails their final result was to offer a $10 refund (on a $60 order) and $10 off of a future order. Like I would EVER be purchasing from this company again. I called them and told them I wanted the order cancelled and fully refunded and she said they could refund $5 for a discount? Less than what was emailed? Oh, and the flowers would be delivered this coming Friday. FRIDAY, A WEEK AFTER I PURCHASED THEM. After literally having to throw a fit (which I Hate doing) I finally got them to agree to a refund. I am not one to complain and am genrally understanding but I have literally never felt so used and mistreated by a company especially when their sole purpose is to deliver things that probably a timeframe means more than the product. Absolutely appauled.
This place is a joke! Worst customer service ever! Ordered and flowers never delivered then when I called to find out why they wanted to charge me more money. I am still waiting for my refund! I hope they get shut down, crooks
My man ordered 12 red roses with babies breath in a nice vase. $115.00 later I got a pitiful bouquet of basically mums and 1 rose. He paid extra for the roses because they were sold out and had to go pick them up. The actual florist said called and said blossom flowers said the order was for a $50.00 bouquet. How many roses and babies breath do you see.? Does this look like $115.00 worth of red roses?
I ordered an anniversary flower arrangement for my daughter in Colorado on Tuesday, November 14. The nice lady told me it would be delivered that afternoon. I was called on Thursday and told it was not delivered. The lady Then said that they could deliver it on the following Tuesday. I called on Monday morning the day before the delivery to cancel the order because my daughter would not be there for Thanksgiving and they stated that the order already had gone out on Monday. I stated I was told Tuesday and I want to cancel the order. They said they could not cancel the order. I stated I do not want the flowers to rot on the porch because my daughter will not be there. They were very quick to take my money and give me an invoice that stated that they had hand-delivered it on the day that I wanted and I did not find out till two days later. Do not order from these people!
Ordered the luxurious pink roses… recipient received a cheaper version on their website Called the one dozen red roses.
Called to complain and they they were so incredibly rude and refused a solution. CALLED THE RECIPIENT MULTIPLE TIMES TO LET THEM KNOW I COMPLAINED.
What kind of company does this? Actually shocked they are still in business. Do not use their services.
This business is a sham! The flowers were never delivered! They charged me American money when I ordered from their Sherwood business. I will be reporting this company to the news and also warn people on Facebook. Run from these guys! Run hard and fast! I have taken a photo of what I received from them. You will note that it is NOTHING!
Placed order for same day (Nov 15) delivery (but did not pay extra for guaranteed delivery). Flowers were not delivered. Links in email to check order status were non functional. Next day (Nov 16) called customer service and automated system said flowers were delivered. Spoke with customer service representative and they admitted flowers were not yet delivered but that they would deliver the flowers the next day (Nov 17, two days late). I agreed to this scenario. On new promised delivery date (Nov 17) received a text and phone message informing me that the flowers could be delivered but an additional $10.00 would be required. I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund, which they agreed to do.
I tried ordering flowers for my wife's birthday, and instead of calling me and letting me know they didn't have the supplies they let the day pass without informing me. YOU HAD ONE JOB!
Don't do it. Shady on every level. Did not deliver flowers. Tracking number was not legitimate. Protested to credit card company.
I ordered $90 arrangement and even paid extra to upgrade to "deluxe" which was supposed to have more flowers and a bigger vase for our anniversary. My wife received what looked like $20 worth. It was one big flower instead of 4 and all green filler. It was less flowers than what the website showed as the cheap option. Called and emailed pics with my complaint. Was offered $11 in compensation. Going to have to dispute with Amex and will get all my money back. DO NOT order from these people.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
