AWFUL!

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! Delayed delivery then still didn't deliver--YET CHARGED MY ACCOUNT and is not responding to my questions via email.
They finally made a delivery after the second delay and it was not what I ordered. They offered a "partial refund" of $10 on an order that was almost $80 after saying they could not refund. NEVER AGAIN--and I am contesting the charge to my card.

Horrible customer Service

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother for her retirement. I wrote the address for her business and the suite number she is in. The driver didn't read the address and just took the flowers to the main building. I don't know where he dropped them off at. And they were delivered WITHOUT water. So they then sat for 24 hours WITHOUT water before they were found and brought to her office. Of course, she had retired so one of her co-workers had to bring them to her house because she no longer worked there. They looked awful. Blossom then reached out to my mother to ask how the delivery was, she told them what happened and they asked to see the arrangement. So she sent them pictures of the arrangement and after she did, she didn't hear from them. So she reached out and asked them what they would do about it and they said they were sorry but they would only deal with the person who sent the flowers. Um, then why did you reach out to the recipient AND ask for pictures of the recipient? So I was out of town and wasn't able to call until Monday. When I called, customer service told me it was my fault for not putting special instructions that it was a different building (even though the address is on the outside of the building in huge numbers), so they would not offer anything but a 20% refund. No replacement flowers, no full refund. Nothing. I'm not an unreasonable person, but to tell me it's my fault when I clearly wrote the address of the building and when the building is clearly marked, it's for sure not my fault. Shape up Blossoms. I will not be using you again. And you might want to train your customer service people to not tell the customers that it's their fault when it was your driver that screwed up...

This company is a joke. Did not deliver the plant to the funeral home as promised and when I called they said it had been delivered. On further investigation they said it had not been sent and was just now being processed 2 days later. Finally got the plant to my friend but took their time and pretty sure I was speaking to someone in India.

Delivery always delayed

I don't know why I bother with this place. I keep hoping they'll redeem themselves and provide on time deliver, but the never do. Even after paying extra to have items delivered at a specific time, the fail to meet their promised date and time. Always a disappointment with their service.

SCAMMMMMMMMMM! They bully local florists and take the profit for themselves. Third Party that operates in the States...They charged me USD and a 50 Dollar Delievery Fee!

120 Dollars spent on an arrangement that looks like hand picked weeds. Nothing like the photo and trying to get a refund is next to impossible!

BUYER BEWAREEEE! I hope this company gets sued

We ordered flowers from out of town due to a death in the family. They did receive them but because they have zero communication skills, we were never notified they had been delivered. When you call, you get a bot & no human to speak to. You get the option to hold or get a call back. We opted for a call back and when we got the call, I was 10th IN LINE for a customer service person. Look AI is not your thing & stop using it. It sux. We were NEVER notified of delivery. We found out from a relative. NEVER again.

Do Not Order from Blossom Flower Delivery. Ordered Roses and they were delivered and left on the porch of the recipient. Received and email documenting they would not deliver the roses until the next day. The roses were delivered late in evening. The Roses were wilted and had cracked heads due to being left in the extreme temperature. What florist leaves roses on the porch in 34 degree temperatures? One that does not give a damned. I contacted them no offer to replace the bouquet or refund money. I just threw $100.00 away. Extremely poor customer service.

This company is an on line 3rd party holding company and sub contracts local florists for service. They failed to deliver an expensive arrangement to a very close family member's funeral and never bothered to contact us. Instead we spoke to someone in the south East Asia who refused to give any info or provide reimbursement! This company is a fraud and you should STAY AWAY! They got 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars…

This was the worst experience I have had with a company in a very long time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY. I ordered flowers on Nov 23 to be delivered Dec 2 for my mother-in-laws birthday who is very ill. On the 2nd they were marked as delivered but she did not recieve anything. Frustrated, I reached out to see what the problem was. Their customer service is an AI bot who is of no help at all. Once I finally got someone to contact me (after 4 days), they said they can reschedule the delivery and I said fine. Then radio silence. No confirmation or anything. Then I call and it takes forever to get through to someone, and they say they will redeliver that day. Then 2 hours later I get a call saying that arrangement isnt available and they asked for another $50 and asked to reschedule it close to Christmas. Her birthday was Dec 3. Then I wanted just a full refund to then go with another, more competent company -- and it had to talk to 3 people and the AI bot to get a refund. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM, THEY ARE HORRIBLE

I looked up the shop using my phone, presuming I was calling the same flower shop in Delta Co that I have used occasionally. When they answered, I asked specifically if this was in Delta Co. They replied yes, so I assumed they hired new immigrant to help with the shop. I placed my order for Dec 6. Almost an hour later, they returned my call and stated they would not be able to deliver until Dec 7 due to not having any of the flowers we discussed earlier. They had switched out the types of flowers several times before settling on an arrangement that I agreed to in the first conversation. When I returned home, I looked up the company online and found these reviews and called back to cancel the order. They stated they could not cancel the order due to the fact that they had already sent this to the designer. I demanded that they cancel the order and delete the charge from my credit card. They stated that they would call me or email me if the order COULD be canceled. Since I did not receive the first email promised me, which they did not confirm in the first conversation, I doubt that I will receive one canceling my order.

The company promotes next-day delivery, but this claim is inaccurate. I bought flowers, and the delivery date was postponed twice. Although I was assured and given a "confirmed" delivery date, the flowers were not delivered as promised. Despite sending multiple chat messages the day after the "supposed" delivery date, my messages were read throughout the day without any response confirming the delivery status. Frustrated, I eventually decided to call, but I was transferred several times. The person I eventually spoke to provided poor customer service, merely stating, "We appreciate your patience with your order." This response is insufficient, considering the company's two delivery delays and failure to meet a third "confirmed delivery date." There was no refund or reduction in charges for my order. This company needs to improve its customer service tremendously! I will NEVER use this company again to purchase anything - EVER. Before selecting this company as your florist delivery service, I suggest you read the reviews - I did not, and that was my mistake.

I placed my order 10 minutes after store opened & was promised same day Saturday delivery. They texted me after store was closed that my delivery would not be made as promised and it would be next available day delivery. It was delivered to hospital Monday evening at 6 o'clock. Also I was billed in US funds.
Overall I was not happy with their service

Beware...

I placed an order on 12/02/23 around 12;30pm EST for an arrangement to be delivered that day before 8pm. It did not show up. The tracking system provided does not work, nor the customer service line. I received an automated response at 7:40 stating the flowers would be delivered by 8 that night. When they didn't the run around began. I spent hours trying to find a human to speak with and eventually did who again promised that it would be taken care of and I would receive a phone call to me, the buyer, and the flowers were in process. I began a complaint on the auto help button messaging system which I believe to be computer generated. I again gave the order number and "they" told me the flowers were in process and reviewed the card's message. The message was wrong in the recipients name, body of message, and my name. I then began digging and found this site. I just canceled my order and am disputing the charges. Such a waste of time and energy in an attempt to cheer up our sweet mother. Beware!

Worst flowers ever

I ordered from this company because of their same day delivery policy. It took 3 days for them to arrive. The flowers were not even close to the arrangement I had ordered. Worst of all the flower were wilted and brown from being frozen. Words can not describe how awful they were. What a total embarrassment that I sent them to someone. Only Mortician from the Adam's Family would like flowers from this company.

Blatant thievery

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife's birthday, to be delivered Nov. 30, and paid $115 (CDN), with tax, for them. I got a call from one of their representatives late in the day telling me the roses were unavailable and that I would get an assortment of equal value. Instead, I got two roses, a few carnations and some lilies stuffed into what looks like an old mason jar (see attached photo).
When I called to complain, I was told the best they could do was a 20 per cent refund ($13), which means that this pathetic little display cost me $100 – at least twice its value.
The woman I spoke to apologized profusely, but that doesn't mitigate the fact that they cheated me and ruined my wife's birthday gift.
Avoid these crooks like the plague they are. They'll take your money, welch on the delivery, and then stonewall you. Pure scumbags.

Blossom flower delivery is a scam! DO NOT USE! Only once did I fall for it. Ordered flowers on a Saturday for a funeral service at 2pm on Sunday. 1:55 pm on Sunday I called to confirm delivery because the online tracking did not show delivery. The person on the call stated "sorry" our delivery person called in sick today! So no delivery. They never called me to try and make a plan "B" happen. Ok - but they started an immediately cancellation process, stating the cancellation would hit the credit card in 2-6 business days. You guessed it - never happened. So I called again and they just said I would need to check with my "bank" to find out what happened to the cancellation...which never happened. So now I have a dispute opened up with Citi Bank on the card charge. What an ordeal! Never again! Had to click 1 star but this review is a big fat "0".

What a horrible experience finding out 5 minutes before the funeral visitation starts that my flowers will not be delivered - and that is ONLY because I went on line to see that their order update showed my flowers were in transit (yes 5 minutes before the service started) and I had the smarts to call them directly to find out what was going on. Then they say the arranger called in sick that day so SORRY! When did you know your arranger was sick? Surely enough time to call me and give me time to try a plan B.

They're a scam
November 30, 2023

Ordered flowers for my mother in law's passing and was given next day shipping. Almost a week later, I finally got them to agree to a refund for undelivered plants, but not until I complained to the BBB and put in a dispute with my bank. Complete scam. Advice- DON'T USE THEM! You'll get no nowhere. I don't know that I'll actually receive my refund.
