My boyfriend ordered me flowers, teddy bear. Supposedly was to arrive Dec 29th no delivery, then being delivered Jan 3rd, still no delivery!
We will never ever order through you again. Thank you for ruining what was left of the holidays. Then we check to see when it was coming only to find it was cancelled but not by us. This is very disappointing.
Requested floral delivery to a very sick friend coming out of the hospital. Since placing the order, I have received 3 updates from Blossom Flower Delivery that they apparently have been shorted by their supplier (a Floral company with no flowers?), and although they advertise "next day delivery," best estimate now will be 11 days later for estimated delivery. It should be noted that the delay is even with my approval to substitute whatever flowers they deem appropriate or available as opposed to the arrangement I originally selected. This is a terrible service with a customer service team who seems to care very little about the timeliness & quality of their service beyond canned email responses apologizing for their general lack of ability to provide what they advertise.
I wanted to give them no stars but it would not let me. I ordered flowers that would be delivered the next day. In the evening of the next day I recieved an email stating they could not fill the orderr because of supply demands and would I like to substitute different flowers of the same value to fullfill the order that would be delivered 3 days later. Stupid me, I agreed because I wanted to send flowers. They were not delivered! I had to call again! They were finally delivered but the value of what they recieved was half the value I had paid for!
I ordered a floral spray for my late sister's coffin on 1/3. You contact me 2 days later saying "supply difficulties" and demand another $55. Call me up the night before the funeral, haven't delivered it to the home, demand another $100. Your company is sub-human. I am totally humiliated.
I placed an online order through a local florist for January 3. At 2:52 received an email. No Go till 1/4. No flowers. Horrid customer service and they use AI to communicate their excuses. Never use this site. Called my local florist n and reported them however, my Mom did not get flowers for her 98TH!
This was the worst experience for delivery of flowers. I paid for guaranteed delivery. Didn't happen! The company tried to claim I didn't pay them. They told me my flowers were out for delivery and the family I was sending them to never received them. I get a text message telling me they will attempt delivery on the next available delivery date. When is that?! No additional information. Do not use this company! In my book they are LIARS!
I purchased a flower arrangement and upgraded to premium, which promised even more flowers than what was shown on the website. I paid for express shipping to receive the flowers before 1PM to coincide with plans I had for my wife to receive the flowers. They not only failed to deliver the flowers before 1PM, but they also delivered an arrangement that didn't look as good as the arrangement being sold on their website. The flowers and overall arrangement did not look as good and not as much flowers. I spent 1-2 hours yesterday and today trying to reach customer support, on hold, and talking to people who do not understand the issue at hand. They're choosing to hide behind a limited refund limit on their website, even though they failed to deliver on the product they were selling and on the expectations they set. I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone thinking about using these guys to just go somewhere else. If you're trying to plan for something special, do you really want to take a chance with buying flowers from these guys? You'll be spending more time talking to customer support and your bank to dispute the charge after. STAY AWAY!
Scam! Avoid using this company (and their affiliated company 'Sunny Flower Delivery') at all costs! They reneged on their service after I ordered flowers for my sister for Christmas. Flowers never arrived, then they apologized and said I would need to pay more to allow for a local flower company to fulfill the delivery. I asked for a refund which led to numerous back and forth emails with a AI customer service bot. I deeply regret not having checked independent customer reviews before I used this company. Duped
I wouldn't even give 1 star if that was an option. No delivery, and no communication from this company to let me know. Don't order from this company if you want floral delivery and want it there on time.
Worst flower delivery experience ever. No service staff working Xmas weekend, item not delivered, lots of ""you are important ro us" emails but no satisfaction. Stay away from them.
Fraudsters. Sympathy flowers never delivered as claimed. Email was not helping to get the matter so I resolved so I called and demanded a refund. They confirmed on the phone and via email I would be refunded. I received no refund. I wrote again and they said the refund went to the florist and the flowers were going to be delivered (three weeks late)?!?! No thanks. Let's see if I get the refund this time. Not holding my breath. I should have hung up the phone when the first order taker was a bufoon and very hard to understand. Don't do it!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The arrangements online are NOT representative of what you actually receive! I ordered the Snowy Delight arrangement for a friend's birthday and she received an arrangement that looked NOTHING like the picture. It actually looked like a grocery store arrangement. Between the cost of the arrangement and all of the fees attached to the order, you should get what you order. There are too many other floral delivery companies that do a MUCH better job! The green vase is what was advertised.
Do not order from this flower delivery service. I ordered flowers and was told it would be delivered on a specific day. Then the day they were supposed to be delivered got a text saying would be delivered the next day. This happened 2 times and then I got another text. The flowers were never delivered.
I ordered flowers for my friend in St Augustine to be delivered the next day.
She sent me a picture of what was delivered. I was so disappointed. I asked for a mixed bouquet so it would last longer. It was a few carnations with greenery. Certainly not much for almost a $100. Flowers plus delivery.

Ordered and paid a week ago, for delivery on Friday. Now Sunday, still no flowers. We'll deliver Saturday! Oops, no we won't. Okay Sunday! We'll deliver Sunday! Just kidding! We won't deliver at all! There's lots of blame (COVID?) but no delivery and now there's no more time. Run to another option now!
This company is as all the reviews state they are and as all the complaints on the BBB says about them. They are a scam, I still can not find a corporate address or phone number. They lied about every question I had asked them and their managers are in meetings all day long { I find that strange} ordered an arrangement on 12-12-2023 for a 12-22-2023 delivery. The arrangement was never delivered and all they can say is we can cancel and receive a refund and a 10 dollar coupon for a future order. Like a future order is going to happen. I will be filing this with the BBB and looking into a class action suit against Blossom Flower Delivery. Anyone that would like to join me is welcome to message me here on Facebook. Also I will be filing with the Attorney General for this company. Avoid this company at all cost.
So my flower delivery was 4 days late and they didn't delivery the flowers I ordered I spent 74$ on a couple roses and some crapp carnations.
Customer service is nonexistent DO NOT order from this company!

That is a lie and bull$#*!. They send a wrong order to my friend and I informed them in the same moment, they asked for a photo that I have sent right away to them. No call backs, no response to my emails, no correction, no compensation, no apology, and even the price difference never been offered to me however they delivered a cheaper product
I am a doctor and I have never seen worse than such horrible service in my life. No respect at all..
I ordered flowers for delivery on 12/20/2023. They were never delivered. I called on 12/21 to get an update, the customer service rep could not tell me what happened or why there wasna 2 day delay but she would call me pack in an hour. Surprise... She never called back. Do not use them!

Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
