Disgusting experience

I ordered plants and they sent the cheapest flowers

As many other reviews I have read…I should have read the reviews first. What a joke!Wanted to send my cousin flowers for helping me out as a thank you. This gesture of thanks has become a BURDEN!. First I paid $25.00 for speedy delivery. They arrived a day late and was delivered hours before specified. By the time my cousin returned home they were frozen solid (who drops off flowered on someone's deck when it is -4degrees and expects a good outcome). After sitting on hold for 1/2 hour. I finally got scene on the phone who wanted to only refund $10 of the $100 dollars I paid because they had been "delivered". After more push back I am supposedly getting a full refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE FOOLS AGAIN!

Flower Buyers Beware

I saved my energies for my Better Business Bureau complaint, but feel the need to share my warning every place that I can. Do not trust this company with any floral orders of importance. After 10 days of dealing with this company for a very simple floral order for a funeral--the family of the deceased has no flowers, I am out $100, and I am completely exhausted by the run around I have been given. PLEASE don't risk it!

Totally Embarrassed

The arrangement I ordered is nothing like the photo online. I was completely embarrassed when my mother in law sent a pic of the flowers to me. I was humiliated! Never order from this company. They placed a large now in the arrangement in lieu of flowers, plus the arrangement delivered has 1/2 the amount of flowers. Extremely horrible job! My 1 year old grandson could have done better!

Stay away BEWARE

Stay away this company is AWFUL. They will take your order and money, tell you they will send pics and update you on delivery. They will say it is delivered and yet nothing is delivered. You will sit on the phone with tons of idiots who have no clue what to do. STAY AWAY.

Absolutely horrible!

I ordered flowers for my mother in law to be delivered on her birthday. They assured me they were local (not true) first they said they were in Prescott --then they said they were in Surprise, AZ. They are actually based in CA--with customer service in a different country. I spent 3 hours of my life trying to get this resolved/ refunded. They told me it was delivered-- but they had no proof. I asked to speak to a manager-- they told me 2X on 2 different days that the manager had "just left for the day". % days later--I spoke to a rep-- and after them investigating and finding no proof of delivery--they told me they would refund in 5-6 business days. We shall see. Buyer beware.

Then to top it off they send "So Sorry" emails asking for photos of the arrangement we ordered and photos of the arranghement as delivered. Just what you want to ask the receipient to whom you sent flowers to.
Anyway we ended up having to call AMX to dispute the charge as could not get them to credit us and in the end they hung up the phone on us the last three times we tried to talk to Chelsea, the owner/.

Scam

Ordered an arrangement. Was told it would be there Saturday.
Was then email stating they couldn't do it til Monday. Today got a message they can't deliver and it is doing to cost me an extra $20 and still not delivered today.
This place is not a good place. Save your money. Call a local florist whether it is near you or the city you are trying to get flowers to. It also came up with Sunny Flowers Delivery

In an effort to keep this review short, I got the same level of fraudulent service as many of the reviewers here. On Tuesday I was in a bind needing to send a quick sympathy arrangement to my mother in law for the loss of my father in law. I called to order the 'loving harmony' arrangement for $80+ in deluxe. I was assured by the agent that they could deliver it same day and had the astromelia and stargazing lies in stock. A few hours later I get an automated email saying it'll be delayed two days to get the flowers and I needed to call them back. I call and get offered a $10 refund for the issue but it'll still be two days. I'm mad, but in a bind so ok, we'll they decided to send my mother in law 11 (not even a dozen) pitiful looking white roses, not a deluxe arrangement nor what I ordered. You can literally get a better arrangement at your local grocery store.

I called and send pictures because I was upset and specifically told them multiple times that I wouldn't approve any 'florist decided' arrangement I would wait for what was ordered.

They gave me a sob story about being a small business and because they delivered the wrong flowers they could only give me a refund of 20%, which they send me $4 back… which isn't 20%

This company is fraudulent… do not use them!

SCAM

This business is a scam! They deliver substandard flowers, arrangements that you don't ask for, and refuse to answer their phone for weeks. When you finally get them on the phone, they refuse to refund your money, except for a few dollars. I can't tell you how angry I am at spending $100.00 for a sick friend, and being ripped off!

Absolutely terrible

This "company" is a complete scam. I ordered flowers for my fiancée and even payed for the quick delivery. The flowers were not delivered when I payed for them to be. In fact, they were not delivered at all. I emailed them to which I got an AI bot reply that provided zero information. After 2 weeks of constantly emailing and calling their number, I made a claim through my bank. Only then did I get a response from an actual person. I then called them and asked for a name and an address of the company. They refused to provide any information. 3 weeks later they have finally refunded my order. However not a full refund because of exchange rate.
In short, do not use this company. If you already have, make a claim with you bank. That seemed to be the only thing to work.

On Dec 17, I ordered a Christmas arrangement using Blossom's very sluggish website, and likely because the website didn't provide feedback as I repeatedly tried to submit the order, there was a duplicate order. Blossom caught the error and refunded it. That's the only good thing I can say about them. The arrangement was a gift, so I repeatedly checked on delivery. Once it got to the 21st, "they" were unable to confirm delivery, so on the 22nd I canceled the delivery and asked for a refund. "They" confirmed it had not been delivered and initiated a refund. On the 30th, 5th, and again today (the 10th), I asked about the refund, and each time "they" said it would be expedited. But I could tell "they" was AI, so I found the email for a live Blossom representative and learned the arrangement was delivered on the 21st! In addition to that gem, I got an apology for the confusion and inconvenience and was asked to disregard the messages from "the Virtual Assistant"... all 11 of them, apparently! Terrible business!

Scam.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on the 14th of December. What was supposed to be "the most wonderful tree" ended up being a wilted Poinsettia. After calling customer service they JUST now got back to me today January 8th. Instead of a full refund they are giving me back 30% for my purchase. Thanks for nothing.

Awful company with awful customer service. Do not make the same mistake I did and stay away from this scam. I will be filing with the BBB.

I wish I could add a picture of what I ordered vs what was delivered. NOTHING alike!

I specified the delivery date. They delivered the DAY BEFORE. The recipients were at the funeral that day. I specified the DAY AFTER because I knew they would be home to recieve the delivery.

What I ordered included flowers and a bow. What was delivered DID NOT include any flowers and there was no bow.

Item delivered was NOTHING LIKE THE ITEM ORDERED. Additionally, there were DEAD LEAVES on the plant! HOW DO YOU DELIVER SOMETHING WITH DEAD LEAVES!?

They offered to go and pick up the defective delivery and then send a substitute. NO THANK YOU. DONE with this company. HORRIBLE.

I ordered flowers on 1/4 for a friend who lost a sibling. I received a call today on 1/7 confirming an order that was supposed to be delivered SAME DAY. Everytime I called customer service, the phone line disconnected and I made multiple calls trying to resolve. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE i'VE EVER HAD WITH FLORAL DELIVERY. GRADE F-

Placed an order day before funeral w/instructions to be delivered at specific time. Everything fine until night before, then AI bot kept texting me that they didn't have the specific arrangement, could they sub something. I responded repeated yes, with anything. Bot could not understand that, wanted specific item number. Gave 5 or 6. Bot said each one not available. Next day, AT THE FUNERAL, got phone call that they were waiting for me to finalize the order! Told them to forget it, cancel the order, that they had the worst service ever. Caller would not stop talking, trying to sell me an arrangement to go to the family. Had to finally hang up on her! Never experienced such bad service. This is a SCAM!

Never delivered

I tried to order online to do same-day delivery and it wouldn't let me. So I had to call them directly. When I called them, the price was $25 higher and promised it would be delivered the next day. Well, it was never delivered. I called the day after they said there was an issue they wanted me to pay an extra $60 to get it delivered by somebody else. I said no they would so they said they would send a different set. And he rear four days later still never delivered and it said it delivered. Their customer service is absolute crap never delivered from them. They are a scam.

It was terrible

My father had flowers delivered to me, but there was a huge mistake. I didn't receive the bouquet for my birthday, and nobody even called me. I had to figure it all out myself. The bouquet was terrible, as was the service. And all of this costs a lot of money. I don't understand how you can have the conscience to charge so much for such poor service

I ordered these flowers 2 days before the funeral and paid extra for the expedited delivery as I wanted to be sure that they arrived the morning of the funeral. There tracking site online was useless, so I called customer service twice, and I could not get an answer if they would be delivered on time. I also called 1 hour before the service to find out the status, and waited on hold for 20 minutes. When I did speak to someone they tried calling the deliverer, but he would not answer. They assured me that they would contact me as soon as they knew, and I never did hear back from them.
The flowers were delivered and they were nothing at all like the description that I had ordered….no lilies, or many of the other flowers that should have been included. I was also assured that it would be a blue vase. I had requested the largest bouquet, and it was the smallest bouquet at the funeral. I have included photos. I will never use Blossom again!

Don't order from them! I have been waiting since December 30th 2023 for a Same Day delivery and it is now past delivery time on January 5th, 2024 and still no delivery. I have inquired about why and when they would be delivered and can't get an answer, just they are out for delivery. I ordered Fresh flowers and obviously even if they were to ever be delivered they won't be fresh! I have asked for a refund and now I can't get any answers from them. Beware and take your business elsewhere!
