While these flowers were actually nice, the delivery was a complete boch job. I ordered them for delivery on February 6th for a Celebration of Life event on February 7th. They delivered on February 2nd, my concern being would they even still be nice by February 7th? When I reached out they first apologized for the late delivery. When I pointed out they were not late, but 4 days early for a Celebration of Life event, they said the were so sorry and would re-deliver on February 6th as ordered. Well, I reached out multiple times and you guessed it... no new flowers and the event is now past. A joke of a company. Never again.My next step is to dispute the purchase with Visa. So tired of mediocre customer service.
I placed an order 3 days ahead of when I wanted them to be delivered. I had to call and check on the delivery the day of to find out that it was delayed by a day. Totally MISSED the specific day I wanted to commemorate a specific day. Was NOT happy. I called and all they could do is say sorry and give me $10 off of a $100 dollar order. The flowers were FINALLY delivered the next day and it didn't even include a card. Which I wrote out a special message to go with the flowers. If I had not texted the recipient the day before that they were coming, they never would have know who they were from! The flowers were wilted and the arrangement was not as full as the picture had shown. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN!
Had a major surgery! A dear friend from CA who also had a major surgery sent me flowers to cheer me! This unethical business, left the flowers in a mangled box on our porch, did not ring the bell and we would not have even known they had been thrown there if the dog hadn't barked. They were already brown and wilting when we placed them in a vase. Completely browned by day two. Were delivered several days late. They charged her for flowers then charged her a separate delivery fee after the sale and had the nerve to request more for a tip! Unethical and completely unprofessional!
Flowers were delivered three days late and were nothing like what I ordered. When trying to contact customer service, I just keep getting an IA robot. This company is a complete scam.
I had the misfortune to order flowers for a
Funeral from this awful company. Not realizing it wasn't a local florist. The arrangement was a joke with less flowers than a grocery store bouquet and over $100. Then when I called to complain they told me to take a photo of the flowers ( the service was the day before) and offered me a 10% refund. I told them to keep their refund that I would get more than $10 of satisfaction from writing this review.
The flowers were nothing like what I ordered. I was so embarrassed by the flowers that were delivered for my wife's birthday. I ordered a dozen red roses and paid extra for delivery before 11 am. Two the of the flowers were red roses. The rest were pathetic wilted red and other flowers of different colors. The flower were not delivered until 6 pm. They offered credit for a future purchase. That will go to waste. I'll never let Blossom Flower Delivery embarrass me again.
They will change the delivery date more than once in want even notify you that it has been changed. You have to call them wait 10-20mins just to be told that your order was pushed back another day. So unprofessional in not worth your time or money!
DO NOT ORDER from this company! I ordered flowers from this company for a friend who lost a family member. My credit card was charged, the flowers weren't delivered and after 5 phone calls to customer service (where they kept telling me they were checking into it) and a week later, I got a refund (but still no flowers delivered). They also called my friend and bothered her with their nonsense, putting her on hold to ask about the flowers.
Stay away from ordering from this company! I ordered the flowers for my mother's birthday, and after discussions and selecting what to deliver and e-mail confirmation, nothing was eventually delivered, plus it took me hours on hold to figure this out! And I was not notified during the day that there are some issues with delivery, so I could have ordered somewhere else!
Ordered a dozen carnations for my wife for our month long stay on Jekyll Island. Got a email stating they needed a valid phone number, sent that again and got a 2nd email they still needed a valid phone number. Decided to call. After a very long wait on hold was told they could not fulfill my order but for $40.00 dollars more could send a similar order to be delivered in 5 days.Cancelled my order. Sounds like a scam to me, should have read the reviews before I ordered. Did not want to leave any stars but had to leave 1, should have a negative selections. DO NOT USE blossom flower...
When I ordered, they seemed to try to push extras at me constantly. I finally got the order in and then was texted that it wouldn't be sent on the right day but the next day. They said they would upgrade it, but that wasn't the point, I was promised that it would be there on her birthday, not a day late. When I said I would rather have a discount on the late order, nobody responded to me about that. I would not order from them again they are not reliable.
My husband ordered a flower bouquet for my birthday paid extra for same day delivery. (We were in 2 different states at the time) After waiting all day and telling him they were out for delivery finally at approximately 6pm he received notification that the store did not have the flowers in stock and the "bouquet" would arrive 2 days later. They finally arrived not the "bouquet" he ordered but a sad heap of half dead roses, no water, vase not even big enough to hold the roses without almost falling over (paint can holding them up in picture) He ordered from them based on the picture that was shown, not the heap of crap that was sent. The pink and red bouquet was what was ordered the thorny limp roses was what was sent.
I live out of state. Needed to send Funeral Agreement and ordered it from Blossom Flower Delivery this morning before 9:00 am. They stated that they had same day delivery. Received a call from Blossom Flower Delivery at 3:12pm informing me that they would not be able to deliver the flowers noting that they did not have the supplies to fill the order. So, I asked Angie what they were going to do, she stated that they could do nothing other than to send me a refund. This is unacceptable in waiting 6 hours to tell me that they suck in customer service and to bad. I'm filling a major complaint with the NC Attorney General's office, and the BBB but also noticed that they are not a BBB member. STAY AWAY from this company they have not morals and values..
After placing my order and payment made, they said a supplier problem will cost an additional $ to me. There problem became mine. I will never use them again
I have never written a negative review in my life, but I feel like I need to save others from the experience I had. I ordered a lovely bouquet of pink lilies and roses in a nice vase for my in-laws. When my MIL sent a photo to thank me for the flowers, I was stunned that they looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers she received were red carnations and roses in a tiny vase. She lives on a tropical island, so I am quite certain the florist could have found nicer flowers if they were out of lilies. I contacted Blossom Florist immediately. I received an AI-generated response saying they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. They did not. I called again, requesting they either refund my money or send the original bouquet. Their reply was, "The best we can do for you is refund you 15% of the cost of the arrangement." This amount would only cover the tip I left for the driver. I would advise you to avoid Blossom Florist.
Did not delivery flowers for a funeral. Several call and just lie after lie. I have reported them to the BBB and Chamber of Commerce.

Obviously fake, we made the mistake, and we hope no one else does. Not only did we not recieve what we purchased, but we also can not get ahold of anyone competent enought to give us straight answers.

This place is a scam! I bought the Loving Harmony for my gf's bday on 1/22/24. I paid the extra money for the premium arrangement and the extra money for the expedited delivery to ensure it would be there before 1pm. The flowers were NOT delivered before 1pm and numerous attempts to contact the company failed. Their email AI support (LunaAI) kept reassuring me that the order would be delivered asap, but the flowers weren't delivered until after 5:30pm, after which my gf had left work and the building was closed. My gf showed up to work the next morning and had a random coworker deliver the dead and wilting flowers to her desk. 1) they did not meet the 1pm deadline despite paying the expedited delivery fee; 2) they delivered a basic arrangement, not the premium I ordered; 3) the flowers were dead and wilting; 4) the card / note was not in included in the arrangement; 5) the email AI responses were complete garbage and no steps were taken to fix the situation; 6) when I finally got in touch with a human they said they'd "submit a ticket to remedy the issue" and promised me a call back. It's been over 24 hours and no remediation has occurred, not one person from the company has contacted me, and the issue has certainly not be remediated. This is a negative review from a disgruntled customer, it's a warning to all future customers. Go with 1-1800 Flowers, it's a much safer bet. If I could give a Zero Star rating I would!
I ordered Orchids for my daughter's 40th Birthday. The picture advertised was a beautiful full bouquet. The arrangement that arrived looked as if it was prepared for a funeral. I contacted them the same day and was told another arrangement would be sent. It never arrived after 3 wks and multiple attempts I was told they could refund 15% of my $120 purchase. After attempting to find a resolution I was told that they would not replace the arrangement due to being unable to get from flowers from their supplier. Their final offer was 20% or nothing which I did not accept.
I ordered flowers and candy for my bed ridden aunt. The flowers came without the candy. Left callback number with customer service several times. Each time I was called the phone was disconnected. I called another customer service number, waited half an hour and was disconnected. Finally someone answered who left a message with the delivery people. I have little faith they will get in touch with me. They had no trouble taking the order and charging me. Order from elsewhere...anywhere else.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
