They tried three times to deliver flowers in a town with 30 miles of roads and the delivery driver said he delivered the flowers three times in a row wrong address. I'm thinking he's on drugs or has $#*! for brains.
Ordered flowers Feb 12 to be delivered on Feb 13. Not delivered. Unable to get anyone to call back. A complete scam
Valentines 2 days late, offer 10$ refund. Bouquet not even close. Dont bother calling no one answers, was on hold 1 hr to get disconnected.

I have attached the chat conversation, I had with you being told that my order refund was initiated and that I a representative from the billing department will assist you with the refund process. Now you are charging me for this. That is my complaint. How is this my fault when one you told me in the email you did not have the supplies to fill the order and then after I initiate the cancellation you still fill the order, that is not my fault nor should I have to pay.
My order was never delivered on Valentines day. Could not contact anyone to get information. Only AI responds when you call, text, chat or email. I chose them because they had good reviews however, I believe the reviews are also by AI. Misleading, expensive and unprofessional service. Haven't received a refund yet. Do not recommend.
They got me for $100, they're a 3rd party company out of country! If they call you when you request a call it's from local hospital numbers. Be aware
Just stay away and spread the word. So many people have problems. They hand wrote a note with my flowers. I never asked them to handwrite. It literally looked like a child wrote it. Not exaggerating at all. Flowers were also not the premium configuration I paid for (there's 3 levels and premium was the most expensive). Filing a dispute with my credit card company.
The flowers I ordered for my mother in a nursing home were never delivered. On hold for customer service for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and then told to leave a voice-mail message! Tried to resolve the issue online, but never got a response. There is no way to talk to a human.
I needed to send urgently a flower arrangement to a person going into palliative care. I called Blossom delivery thinking it was an actual florist. It is a third party that made the arranging and charged $127 cdn for a very simple flower arrangement. Nothing special. They issued me "tickets" saying they were working on it and would be delivered the next day. Then more emails to advise they couldn't get the flowers, and need my approval for substitutions. Then another email, to say they needed my approval for the "revised" delivery date! Never got a photo of the arrangement that I requested, and they only offered $5 reduction for the 3 -4 day delay. I actually don't know when it got there and never got reduction or photo. Not recommend since it's not a real florist. They wouldn't answer my questions if they were the actual florist.
Totally scam, they not send my flowers. They ruined my Valentine. Not just me, so many people on the line waiting them to answer the phome, what a joke. Give my money back
I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my mom and not only were they never delivered, but their site says it was and after waiting over an hour to speak to a customer service rep, I got dumped into a voicemail box and have absolutely no idea if an actual human will listen to my message and respond. I feel like this site is not legit and I got scammed out of $148. Please⦠don't trust this site! Save yourself the headache of having to file a fraud claim with your bank after being scammed by this site! The site I ordered from was called "Sunny Flower Delivery" but the customer service number was for "Blossom Flower Delivery".
My husband spent 250 dollars on flowers for me, for them to never be delivered. You call them to inquire about a refund and they hang up. Extremely disappointing.

They look legit they act legit but it's a pure scam. They're super quick to take your information and your money but the second it comes to customer service forget about it. It doesn't exist except their AI responses. Once a refund is mentioned even the AI goes full retreat mode and stops responding. When I typed in google flower delivery they were the first company to pop up rating themselves a 4.4 star. Obviously I obliged and proceeded only to be charged 166$ for a Valentine's Day gift that never showed up. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get to customer service only to speak to their answering machine to leave a message. I won't go into more details but BE AWARE THIS ARE SCAMMERS!
Please do not order from them. They Do Not Honor their delivery promises! Horrible Customer service.
They called me at 2:00 in the afternoon the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. I ordered these flowers 1 week in advance for my sister-in-law's 70th Birthday.
I'm so disgusted that this place is out there preying on people's grief and also their joy. Just file a dispute with your bank, that's the most helpful review I read.
My experience: I was sending flowers to myself, just because. They didn't inform me the first day they changed my "same day delivery" but they contacted me (in reply) on the second day to apologize for not having the ordered items in stock. Offered me (something I didn't order that sounded good at no additional cost) for another day and when I agreed they told me after that point I could not change the delivery or cancel the order- as if I made any F'n changes to begin with.
What they meant was " we are just keeping you content until the transaction goes completely through".
They didn't contact me again until after I messaged like "I still haven't gotten my order give me my money back" and then they sent me a message telling me about my successful flower delivery and a fake name of who signed for them- as if I wasn't physically at the place it wasn't delivered to or know the people who worked there.
Who ever is behind this scam is absolutely disgraceful. When they make it to hell they'll probably wish they had some water at the bottom of a vase to drink but unfortunately nobody is going to deliver that to them.
I ordered a $75 bouquet from their website that was called VIBRANT VIOLET and included beautiful design with roses and dahlias in vibrant colors, but what The Blossom delivered was a cheap bouquet of filler flowers and no dahlias in pink and red. The recipient said that a roach fell out of the flowers and they told the delivery person, who shrugged and drove away. The website says you can have a full refund in 7 days, which the company flatly refused, OR you can ask for a re-delivery of the correct bouquet, which the company flatly refused. The company would only offer 30% discount fir their error and bad service. UNACCEPTABLE!
Ordered a premium arrangement and got SEVEN FLOWERS. Complete rip off and waste of time. Never again.
The flowers were delivered same day as ordered which I appreciated. The arrangement was a little lopsided, but pretty. My real concern was that after giving my cell phone number and other information, I received many sales calls the next morning, more than I ever have. I would certainly find a local florist in the future.
My daughter bought flowers and I had them scheduled for delivery to our home after my discharge from the hospital. I never received them and they made not attempts at redelivery, explaining what happened or rectifying the situation. I wish my daughter had read the reviews and gone somewhere else.
Order flowers on Tues to be delivered on Thurs. Called at 3:28 no flowers. Told they would be delivered by 7:00 pm. No flowers. Called Friday and told will be delivered between 10 and 11:30. Told delivery man had too many to deliver. They came by FedEx. Arrived at 12:15. Some were smashed. Thought I was dealing with a local co. Not from Bogata; Columbia. Would be out of luck if for a wedding or funeral. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
