Not one time, but 2 times in the same week, I order flowers from them and I get an email at the last minute saying they don't have the flowers, '' BUT. They can get it for $100 extra'', this is 100% scam to get more money out of you. This is after I already spent $200, and this happened to another one in my family and the flowers was never delivered even with the extra charge,
Stay away from the company! They are not conducting businesses, they are nothing but lies and big scammers when you defend your self they only talk over you and refuse to pay any attention to what you have to say, after being on hold for over 2 hours. This was for a funeral, they have zero respect.
This company should be shutdown at one!
Wanted to have flowers delivered. No florists in that area that delivered. Went to Blossoms online site. It portrays itself as local. Ordered on a Monday for Tuesday delivery. Wednesday came and went. No delivery. Called their number. Rep told me he'd check into it. 5 mins later, he said that he couldn't get ahold of the florist. Multiple texts back and forth! Figured out it was a scam! Reported to BBB, my credit card company, and flooding my social media platforms regarding their bad business practices! Do not use this company! Total scam!
It hurt even giving one star.
So. First. Read some reviews while I was attempting to calm down from the two hour long run around….Your company has quite the reputation online and I, for one, cannot wait to put my two cents worth in.
My friends beloved mother passed. I was put in charge by our group of friends(all of whom have wonderful taste, especially on the realm of flowers and garden plants), to order our friend a plant basket for her home, and a floral arrangement for the funeral services. I chose your company. There was my first error. Second error was, as arrangements for the funeral became available, I then ordered a second arrangement with your company. Silly me. Grand total of around 170$.
I was informed through email that some changes had to be made to the plant basket that I ordered. I was assured it would still look very similar to what I ordered despite the one change. One.
What came was hideous. I will send pics just so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.
Your customer service. Let meJust say wow. Driving in my car back to our home, 7 hours away, I have now wasted three on dealing with this nightmare. (Oh! And I was blamed for accepting a change by two of your employees. I WAS BLAMED!-the customer- I was blamed!)I was offered- hold your horses- a whopping 10 percent refund. Grand total, wait for it, 8$That was only after I demanded a phone number that was reluctantly given to me(and even told by the lady on the phone "how'd you get this number?"
Runaround. Runaround. Let meConnect you, we can't help you on this end(you sure can order plants but you better not complain or expect any kind of customer service), you're gonna need to talk to a customer service rep……
Oh, btw. When you get a phone call back, if you're not suddenly disconnected, if you call back? It comes back to a surgical center in Lafayette La. Aces. Great company.

You should be ashamed of your company and the people who represent you. The last thing I thought I would have to deal with when trying to procure a little bit of happiness to our friend during the loss of her mother. I will be sharing this online, with anyone and everyone I can get my hands on. I have the rest of this seven hour drive to share what bs your company has dealt to a paying customer. Shame on you.
We received notice the day after scheduled delivery they ran out of flowers. Rescheduled two days later with different flowers after the memorial was over. All we got was we are sorry for late notice 24 hours after paid delivery date.
Warning, do not use this company. They told me the flowers were delivered after there was a two day delay. The person I sent the flowers to never received them. They charged me extra for same-day delivery. At first, I did receive emails telling me that, for some unknown reason there was a delay then they said the flowers were delivered. When I confirmed they were not. I never heard from the company again. I did report them to my credit card Company. Thank goodness my credit card company is crediting me the money and they are going after this company themselves for reimbursement.
They are horrible. Didn't deliver on the day I requested. It was a special day... NOT! I had the city noted wrong. They never contacted me, it was a hard stop for them. Didn't even google it! I requested a re delivery still nothing a week later and they are giving me a hard time about a refund. I'm doubting I'll get one. They are thieves! Stay away like the plague! If there was lower than one star I'd choose it.
This was a terrible experience. I paid money to send flowers, and then the AI chatbot they used kept asking me for the recipient's phone number. I gave it to the chatbot 3 times. I finally called, and their automated system hung up on me 2 times when I pressed the button to ask about a current order. When someone picked up on the other line about NEW orders, they said my happy birthday delivery could not be sent out because the AI chatbot did not get the recipient's phone number. They then saw that they HAD received the recipient's phone number and asked me if I wanted the birthday flowers sent out the NEXT day. Garbage. I asked for a refund. Never again.
Plant delivered was not what I ordered. They delivered 4 potted plants with moss shoved in the front in a used basket. Everyone at my daughter's work could not believe what a mess the arrangement looked like. Also, charge an additional $5.99 fee to have delivery by 1:00 pm. Arrived at 3:30pm. Beware of this website... You have been warned.
I also should have read the reviews. Did NOT get same day delivery, received about 4 emails saying they wanted to substitute my order, was told in one email that delivery would be same day, flowers were delivered 2 days later. There was no vase with delivery. This was going to my 89 year old aunt and I was guaranteed it would be same day delivery!
DO NOT USE! BUYER BEWARE! SCAM!

Blossom Flowers ruined a Birthday surprise for an 86 year old Great Grandmother from her grandchildren.
Flowers ordered. Followed by email showing they were delivered. They were NOT. Followed up with a phone call to customer service to be told they were out on the truck for delivery (one day late!). They have still not been delivered 3 days later!
Please be careful and do not order from this company. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday 5 days in advance. The flowers never arrived and trying to get through to customer service is impossible. I still have not received a refund from the company. Me and the recipient of the flowers have received non stop text messages and emails from the company. The latest of the emails is as follows:
We are writing to inform you that we are experiencing some difficulty with our supplies as we did not receive the necessary deliveries. To avoid further delays, we have decided to have the items made by our partner florist. However, this has resulted in an additional cost of $20, but as compensation, we have rendered our profit for this order. We only need an additional $10 and it'll be a designer's choice flower arrangement with the same color scheme.
The company is a scam and will take your money without fulfilling the order.
I very rarely post negative reviews, but this website is a SCAM. The arrangement I ordered for $75+ arrived half-dead, didn't include the flowers that were pictured and wasn't even the correct color scheme.
When I contacted their customer service, I was asked to provide a photo, which I did and received an auto-response from LunaAI stating that a replacement arrangement would be sent, which would have been fine. However, after almost a week with no delivery, I reached out to customer service a second time and was told that the best they could do was a 50% refund and that the offer from LunaAI wasn't valid because it was an automated chat.
So, basically, I paid $35, lost over an hour of my time on the phone and my mother who just had heart surgery received a crummy bouquet of daises and some roses. I would have done better getting grocery store flowers.
Avoid this place at all costs.
Called day before ordering to confirm they could deliver my order the next day for my daughters Birthday and was told yes. Tracking stated delivery would be by days end. Called at 5 pm and was told they would be delivered by 9 pm. Did not arrive. Called in the morning and was told that they didn't have the supply's so they just cancelled my order. Ridiculous
I placed an order on Monday for a 1:00pm delivery on Thursday. It is now close of business on Thursday and no flowers have been delivered. When I attempted to reach customer service (over 12 times via phone, chat and email) the phone hung up each and every time and the chat was just standard noise. Clearly this is organization is a scam and no flowers will ever be delivered. Be safe and stay away.
I paid 160 bucks for my dads FUNERAL FLOWERS paid extra for expediting delivery and this POS company never delivered them. DO NO USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. They should be shut down immediately. I cannot believe they are in business. I was so pissed off! Not 1 person speaks english, nor do they give a crap about you.
Flowers left out in cold and froze. Delivery person made no attempt to notify recipient. After repeated attempts to contact company, I lost $63.00 they would not refund and never accepted responsibility for their mistake. Never do business with this company!
I realize too late that I should have read the reviews before ordering flowers from this service! Specifically asked the flowers to be delivered today, then once this was confirmed, I ordered them and added a tip for the driver on top of the flower charge. I ordered them just after 8 am thinking my aunt would receive them sometime in the afternoon. Was greatly surprised when I received an email saying that they couldn't be delivered today and would have to be rescheduled for a possible delivery tomorrow. I called to speak with customer service only to find out that they couldn't find a supplier for the basket or type of flowers I ordered. When I asked why I wasn't notified so I could change my order, she couldn't answer me. I was only offered a $5 refund. I felt at this point just to cancel my order as they couldn't even guarantee the flowers would be delivered tomorrow.
I wouldn't advise or recommend this flower delivery service to anyone - especially if your flowers need to be delivered on a certain day!
This seems to be a recurring theme...customer orders the flowers, pays for expedited delivery and delivery doesn't happen. I received the "Low Inventory" email. In my situation there wasn't anyone to speak to, by the time there was someone, she could careless, she would only refund the fraudulent "expedited delivery fee." Customer service doesn't care about the inconvenience of the receiver of the flowers. I regret using this company so much! It only made what was suppose to be a nice gesture into anxiety.
This is so funny, the review keeps asking for a picture of proof of purchase. The proof hasn't arrived YET!
I was charged for flowers never received. Called, emailed, no resolution. Four days later I am still trying to get a response.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
