This so called flower company lied to my friends stating flowers sent to me were delivered & they WERE NOT! Said they were delivered to wrong address by "found them" & that they'd be delivered in a hour! 3 hrs later no flowers AND every time I call for follow up I am caller number 20; 3 different times! I think they are SCAMMERS
We picked a beautiful floral plant for a friend who had just lost her father. They sent a "money" tree instead. Who send a money tree for a person who just lost her father. I was told we would receive a full refund. Never got the full refund. We paid a lot of money for a crappy plant. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Placed an order on June 1 for delivery THAT DAY BEFORE 6 PM. Got a call today, June 3, saying they need an additional $15 and it will NOT BE WHAT I ORDERED, but rather a "designers choice" arrangement. This was a Sympathy arrangement for my brother's family and the funeral is tomorrow. They can't even tell me WHAT FLORIST will fill it - over 48 hours after the order was placed! Totally unacceptable, misleading, fraudulent website
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a $172.00 exotic floral plant. They delivered a left over $20.00 easter plant that looked nothing like the website arrangement that I purchased! Then the scam continues with this company with them offering only a 20% discount. This company is a call center and not a florist. They will take your money, deliver an arrangement worth 5% of the funds that they collected and then they pocket the other 95% OF YOUR MONEY. You will never get this company to resolve the issue, send a replacement or refund your funds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!
I placed an order on Thursday for a Friday delivery. They were not until the following Tuesday. They gave no information about this. I had to cell them because the recipient let us know they never got the flowers. When they arrived this is what they looked like (see attached photo). When they finally responded to my request for info, they sent me someone else's info. They did nothing right and I finally had to call the credit card company to dispute the payment. DON'T USE THESE CROOKS.
Ordered flowers on Monday for a funeral on Tuesday. Never got delivered. Tried to get a refund. They offered me $5.00 refund. Each time they say the flowers are, "out for delivery". Every time I call to talk to someone, Thier English is so broken I can't understand what they are saying. First time I called I waited on hold for an hour and got cut off. This is definitely a scam. There site says they are "family owned and operated". Sure they are! BUYER BEWARE!
ORDERED 4 DAYS AGO AND THEY RESCHEDULED DELIVERY FOR NEXT DAY. IT GOT DELIVERED TODAY. CANCELLED THEY DAY I ORDERED AND STILL DELIVERED WITH NO REFUND WHEN ORDERED ELSEWHERE ALREADY. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Only one star because zero stars wasn't an option. Ordered a Mother's Day arrangement. Paid $103.73 which included tax and delivery fee. What arrived wasn't worth $25.00. Their solution was to offer a $12.87 credit toward my next order. Believe me, there will NEVER be a next order. Will be using only a trusted local florist from this point forward. A true bait and switch in every sense of that phrase.
Placed an order thru them for delivery in Lake Havasu City. Nothing was delivered, and when I contacted the local business that was supposedly handling delivery, they let me know that Blossom was a scam.
Liars thieves scammers absolutely let down the amount of money spent zero refund received nor flowers received 9 days past the date of promise delivery everyday a new email that says they'll be here tomorrow and then nothing
I ordered a thinking of you flower bouquet, I was charged 111$, I later got a call saying that the flowers would not be delivered on time. The flowers were delivered 2 days late with horrible looking flowers, squished petals and it was the wrong bouquet. Absolutely upset and frustrated.
Ordered love plants and flower in a basket. They sent a small, small vase with flowers. Refused refund!
I had ordered a bouquet for my mother for mother's day. They did not have enough drivers on the day and it was not delivered with no prior warning. This was upsetting as I don't live in the country and was very excited to give this to my mom for her day. They then kept sending emails about delays. It was delivered 2 days later, and my mother is no longer home to receive them. I did make them aware to not deliver this as she will not be home. They have yet to refund my order and I've only been in communication with an AI customer service. This was also a very expensive purchase for me.
Should have looked at reviews. Do not order from them! Day of delivery they called on automated robot call stating it's delayed to next day. Next day same crap! This was a Mother's Day gift. Then called my mom to tell her she was getting something but it's delayed. Just put in a refund complaint to credit card. I'd have my 9 year old kid do a flower arrangement delivery before ever using these people again! Not even worth a one star!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a patient at a hospital, they were delivered a day late, dead and not even the flowers I chose. I immediately reached out to customer support which they said they were looking into it. I even provided photos of dead flowers. They responded a month later offering a 20% refund. This place is a joke and I would strongly suggest not using them.
I hope that this review gets read by ANYONE considering using this service and that they will know how horrible and inconsiderate you are. This week was Teacher's Appreciation week with Tuesday being Teacher's Appreciation Day. So I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered on Tuesday and though there were bumps in the road that I should have heeded, I decided to go ahead and order my niece a bouquet as well. So on Wednesday I tried to order but everytime I selected a bouquet and clicked it, something else entirely different popped up. When I complained about it on their chat, some very polite AI robot told me that they would fix the problem and get the bouquet out that day; but alas, no bouquet arrived at my niece's school. So I got back on the chat on Thursday and did the same exact thing and followed that with a third attempt to get flowers to my niece. As a result, my niece never got appreciated the way she deserved. This is absolutely no way to do business and I will NEVER do so again.
Don't waste your time with them. I ordered flowers for my Sister 70th Birthday and she never got them
When I called to ask what happen to them they said they didn't have the supplies. ( WHAT FLOWER SHOP DOSEN'T HAVE FLOWERS) They were to be deliverd on the 4th and they said there going to deliver on the 9th, Oh no your NOT CANCEL THE ORDER
Ordered for same day delivery. They told me the order was delivered and then was told several hours later the delivery was delayed one day and then the next day got an email saying due to lack of supply, they would TRY deliver in 5 days. They also are refusing to refund my money so I have to do a chargeback on my credit card. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Not delivered on date requested, not the bouquet I ordered, paid extra to have daffodils added, yet none in the bouquet delivered, All flowers were wilted, some had brown edges. After 4 days of calls, emails, photos, the offered me 20% refund….
Sending flowers to my Wife as she was sick. Completely unacceptable delivery service. Paid for upgraded service and Flowers. The flowers were a day late. Not even close to what I ordered. Called to get compensation or refund. Was told in Writing I would be getting a refund. Nothing. A month later I get a call and they offer 20% refund. Still have not received it. Pictures added of what I got and what I ordered. Absolutely stay away from this company!
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.

Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
