If I could give this place NO stars, I certainly would. Ordered flower delivery 2 days before event. Day of the event I called to see if flowers were delivered. Didn't have flowers or balloons in stock so I was promised substitutions would be made & guaranteed delivery by 1pm. Called at 4pm still no delivery. Next day after the event, still nothing. Called to get a refund & got ripped off due to American exchange. Every call was put on hold for minimum 1/2 hour each time. TOTAL JOKE! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your time & money on this horrid excuse for flower delivery!

I ordered flowers on Sunday to be delivered today (Tuesday). Got a call at 4:30 PM today saying the flowers had not been delivered because they needed to know if the recent was a teacher or student. (Why?) They wanted to deliver the flowers on Thursday…not tomorrow, but Thursday! I assumed they had been delivered earlier today. Then when I asked the address of the florist they gave me the school address where flowers were to be delivered. Then I get a email saying the flowers HAD been hand delivered today.
Sketchy at best. Dishonest for sure.
Don't do business with this place!

When I called the the florist the day before I wanted an arrangement delivered to a friend who just got home from the hospital, I paid extra to have next day delivery. They said they could not contact the delivery guy and said he was not able to be reached...Not only were they NOT delivered (until 2 days later), but delivery guy posted that they were dropped off. The arrangement that was delivered was NOT what I ordered...no one called me from the florist, I had to find out all of this on my own.I will NEVER use this florist again. They even misspelled her last name! After the flower charge, the delivery charge, the early delivery charge and the tip, it cost me over $35 extra. Total rip off florist! Oh, they did say they would refund my next day delivery charge...we will see.

A scam, do not use

They promised ontime delivery and then asked for more money and then pushed it out and out. Complete waste of money and time. And then the stupid AI had no idea how to respond to my messages.

I have no idea if it was delivered. Even today. And no refunds.

GOT FOOLED

Ordered from Blossom Flowers in Grand Rapids over the phone and needed flowers the next day for a funeral out of town. The man on the phone was incredibly rude, I should have hung up but I was in a time crunch. The bouquet I ordered was very different from the picture on their website. It was a joke! Embarrassing that it was given to friends at her Mom's funeral. They wouldn't send me pictures ahead of time either! I should have read reviews and taken more time. So disgusted with this place! Never buy flowers from them, you will need very disappointed! Look at the difference. I could have made that bouquet myself!

Scam!

I ordered flowers for delivery on Thursday, the 21st. At 8pm on the 22nd I was contacted by email that they could not get the flowers I ordered, but could for an extra $30. Of course, being the good company that they are, they would cut that in half and only charge me an extra $15. The email said to let them know when was a good time to call me tomorrow…which was Saturday.

Nobody contacted me. I spent over three hours trying to get a hold of customer service, only to get someone that said they could deliver the flowers I ordered next Wednesday, or for $15 they could deliver them today. They were already two days late!

Being a weekend, I had a difficult time finding another florist. If they had contacted me the day they were to be delivered, I could have called someone else. This was for a funeral! I told them it's like delivering a brides bouquet AFTER the wedding, or a Christmas tree on New Years.

I still don't know if I will ever see my $100 plus delivery ever again.

Stay away from Blossom Flower Delivery!

The flowers were NOT delivered for my Mom's 75th Birthday party. I was not contacted by anyone from the company and I had to phone the next day and complain. The only resolution they would offer is to waive the delivery fee. Garbage company! DO NOT USE THEM!

I made a purchase from this company and did not do my homework. I placed the order, the flowers arrived and were absolutely beautiful! They even called the recipient several times to coordinate the delivery!

My flowers were not delivered on the date promised, and not on the second date promised. And the price was ridiculous! Reaching customer service was an absolute nightmare. And when you finally do reach customer service, they are less than interested in actually helping you. Just the attitude of "oh well". Would definitely not recommend for any occasion! Your flowers would arrive faster if sent by carrier pigeons.

This is a scam!

I ordered online and was contacted quickly to ensure working phone number. Then flowers never showed up and I contacted the company via email, phone call, and text. They went silent. Further investigation shows this is not a reputable company. Do not buy or share information with this company or subsidiaries.

Wish I had read reviews. Had similar experience with other users. More than 1 delay with my order. Charge was duplicated but they did catch that. Feel like I got the runaround. Plus they represent themselves as a local company and they are not. Strictly on line. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

NO STAR - TOTAL SCAM

When dealing with a family funeral you don't necessary think to read reviews. My Fault. They contacted me 2 hours before the service and said they had to change both of my orders. They didn't have any easels for the spray. They wanted me to agree to just flowers in a vase, an because of the time frame, I didn't have a choice. On the plant order they wanted me to pay an extra $65 and they would have another florist handle it. NO WAY. After calling them the plant did not get delivered for the service but will be delivered the following day to the family. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Total scammers

Don't use them. No flowers will ever be delivered. Ordered funeral flowers for a friend. Numerous apologies and excuses. No flowers. They lie about having physical florists in certain areas. Their florists don't exist. I hope they can be prosecuted for being scammers.

They will deliver old flowers and only offer you a 20% credit. Don't waste your money, I had to contact them 3 times in a week to even get that offer

I ordered flowers for a funeral of a relative in PA since I could not travel to the funeral. I paid for expedited delivery so the flowers would arrive for the family viewing, the order was accepted. They were delivered a day late. Customer service was terrible they kept saying their on line tracking was not working and couldn't tell me if they were delivered or not when I called and chatted and emailed. Calling took 30 minutes and system kept saying it was a 15 second wait in line of 26 persons. They agreed to refund my expedited delivery and now I have been charged by my bank twice and have to wait 5 business days to get the funds back. I do note the flowers were beautiful. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Plant arrangement never got delivered. Then once I called, it took over 60 hrs to "investigate" the delivery, then never called me back. Once I called them for the 3rd time 5 days later, they asked what I wanted to do... Really? No brainier...refund! Not worth the money or time.

I ordered flowers for my best friends fathers funeral. I chose this place because of all the reviews. The flowers I ordered were nothing like what the website showed. While I realize the pictures can vary somewhat, these were pathetic looking. I was so embarrassed. I contacted them to work something out. We exchanged emails and after they said they'd get back to me, two weeks went by. I emailed several times w no response. I called back and they offered me a $10 refund on a $70 order saying that they find the arrangement they sent acceptable. You tell me? These were pathetic and I felt so bad. I wouldn't use this company again for anything. Several comments were made about the flowers they sent and I was so embarrassed. Buyer beware!

I should have read these reviews before selecting Blossom Flower Delivery. They appeared to have a good selection and a reasonable service charge fee, so I went with them. Flowers were to be delivered on a Tuesday, but at 6:40 that night, I received an email stating that they had very limited supplies and will be delivering flowers on Thursday. Oh, and the requested arrangement was not available. I called Support and was on hold for at least 15 mins. The wait message kept saying that I had a 15-second wait time….more than a half dozen times. Not sure why they were so busy because it was not a holiday. I had picked my delivery date for a reason and would have appreciated much earlier notice so I could go elsewhere. They claimed a delivery truck had not arrived, which is certainly possible but way too late to notify me, IMO. They could not tell me what the arrangement would look like. I requested a picture of the arrangement when they had put it together. I had purposely selected colorful daisies. They did deliver on Thurs as promised, but even though the flowers were very nice, there was no color in the arrangement. I also did not receive a photo to know what was delivered. I did get a photo from the recipient. I will not be using Blossom Flower Delivery again.

Total Scam

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day and they were never delivered. Many customer service requests went unanswered (email, chat, messenger, phone).

I ended up having to initiate a credit card charge back to get my refund.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY
