Terrible, do not buy from them!

Placed order on 20 Feb. Called 2PM the next day to be told flowers had not been delivered but will be later on that day. Called again today, 22 Feb and was told order was missed. Seriously? When asked when I would be notified about this, they advised I will not be because they do not generally know about ithings like these until there is an enquiry from the customer. Not great customer service guys. They offered a refund, hopefully will get my money back. Customer service does not understand/speak English properly, which adds to the frustration when trying to get more information on why my order was missed. Definitely do NOT order from these people!

Stay away from them terrible - not Australian either

Ordered 3 x gifts for clients - info supplied was transcribed incorrectly and left us looking like idiots as it had a complete garbled name.
Contacted their "Australian" number seems company is based in Canada even though when you call it says Australia.
Delivery did not make it on time and asked for my enquiry to be escalated only to be verbally abused by someone called Megan.
